Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu cara untuk membentuk watak atau karakter seseorang. Akhlak ialah mempertimbangkan atau memperhatikan tingkah laku manusia dalam mengambil suatu keputusan yang berkaitan dengan moral. Akhlak merupakan ilmu atau konsep yang dimiliki oleh individu atau masyarakat untuk menilai apakah tindakan-tindakan yang telah dikerjakannya itu baik atau buruk dan salah atau benar. Namun pada kenyataanya peserta didik pada saat ini di MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan, yang mana masih banyak siswa yang berkata kurang sopan kepada teman sebayanya maupun kepada orang dewasa, kesopanan kepada guru dan orang lebih dewasa juga mulai berkurang, tidak adanya sikap ta’dim terhadap guru (rendahnya rasa hormat dan patuh terhadap guru), kurang disiplin dan pelanggaran tata tertib. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui Emotional Quotient (EQ) siswa kelas X 2 di MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan, (2) Untuk mengetahui akhlak siswa kepada guru kelas X 2 di MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan, (3) Untuk mengetahui realitas pengaruh Emotional Quotient (EQ) terhadap akhlak siswa kepada guru kelas X 2 di MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan. Emotional Quotient (EQ) dapat diartikan kemampuan seseorang untuk menerima, menilai, mengelola, dan mengontrol emosi dirinya sendiri maupun orang lain. Akhlak adalah sikap dominan yang dimiliki oleh setip orang, yang melekat dalam dirinya, akhlak juga mempunyai peranan penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara umum penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket dengan jumlah sampel 30 dari jumlah populasi 30 siswa di kelas X 2 MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan. Dari data yang diperoleh penulis menyimpulkan: pertama, tingkat kualitas Emotional Quotient (EQ) di kelas X 2 MA Daarul Maa’rif Pasawahan dinilai baik. Dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 77.5%. kedua, tingkat kualitas akhlak siswa kepada guru di kelas X 2 MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan dinilai sangat baik. dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83.8% dan termasuk kategori sangat baik. ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikansi antara Emotional Quotient (EQ) dengan akhlak siswa kepada guru di kelas X 2 MA Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan, dengan korelasi sebesar 0.407 dengan presentase hubungan sebesar 16.5% dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Emotional Quotient (EQ) (X) terhadap akhlak siswa kepada guru (Y) berdasarkan hasil hitungan regresi dan perbandingan antara Fhitung dengan Ftabel dengan hasil Fhitung lebih besar dari pada Ftabel, yakni Fhitung = 43.214 dan Ftabel = 4.20. sehingga hipotesis alternative yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Emotional Quotient (EQ) (X) terhadap Akhlak siswa kepada guru (Y) diterima dan hipotesis yang menyatakan tidak ada pengaruh ditolak.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah terjadi didunia khususnya pada negara indonesia yang telah memberikan tantangan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk pada dunia pendidikan. Kebijakan pemerintah telah mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan pada masa pandemi namun kebijakan tersebut terus menerus di lakukannya revisi agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan pada kebijakan sebelumnya. Kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas  yang sesuai dengan SKB 4 diambil saat ini telah mengizinkan lembaga sekolah untuk melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Kemudian pembelajaran tatap muka dapat dimulai pada juli 2021, PTM dapat dilakukan bergiliran setiap kelasnya jadi tidak semua masuk berbarengan sudah mempunyai jadwalnya masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana PTM di laksanakan terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam, sehingga dapat menjadi gambaran ke depannya sebagai bahan acuan dan perbaikan untuk nantinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September-November 2021 yang beralokasi di SMA N 1 Campaka. Subjek pada penelitian adalah kelas XI IPA 2 tahun ajaran 2021/2022 berjumlah 34 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, lembar observasi, dokumentasi, hasil belajar siswa yang di peroleh 47,05% dapat dikatakan cukup dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil belajar peserta didik ini dapat memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal klasikal, hal ini disesuaikan dengan peraturan PTM pada era new normal.

Abstract

The scientific approach is a learning approach using scientific principles. This means that students play a more active role in the classroom. This is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum which has designed all aspects of learning. Research objectives: (1) to determine scientific-based learning designs in Islamic religious education subjects for class XI IPA 2; (2) to find out the process of implementing scientific-based learning in Islamic religious education subjects in class XI IPA 2; (3) to find out the scientific-based assessment carried out by PAI teachers in Islamic religious education subjects in class XI IPA 2. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with interview research techniques, observation, documentation, and data validity testing techniques with source triangulation. The theory used is the educational regulation Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture number 22 of 2016 concerning Learning Process Standards which consist of the learning design used, the process of implementing learning, and the assessment carried out by educators. The results of the study: (1) The learning design used by PAI teachers in class XI IPA 2 is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, namely by using a scientific learning design; (2) The process of implementing scientific-based learning is not realized; 3) The assessment made by PAI teachers in class XI IPA 2 in PAI learning has not been fully achieved.

Abstract

Creating conditions for good governance is the dream of every Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), including the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bandung Regency. However, to make this happen, support from qualified human resources is needed to be able to produce better organizational performance. Organizational performance can be achieved with the condition that high employee performance is the prime mover in the Regional Apparatus Organization or other organizations. The increase in employee performance is thought to be influenced by leadership and communication styles. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine and explain whether leadership and communication styles have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The population used was all employees of the Bandung Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, with a sample of 100 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial and simultaneous analysis show that leadership and communication styles have an effect on improving employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bandung Regency.

Abstract

The increased usage of electronic devices by children has prompted a discussion regarding its impact on emotional intelligence. According to a number of studies, children's emotional intelligence can benefit from the moderate use of electronic devices, including the improvement of social and communication skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the positive and negative effects of technology on the emotional intelligence development of children. Utilizing a literature analysis, this study examines the impact of gadget use on children's emotional intelligence. The findings indicate that excessive or uncontrolled use can result in emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, and lack of awareness of the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is essential to limit children's gadget and ensure that they have ample access to activities that foster emotional intelligence. To maximize the benefits of device use for children, parents should play a crucial role in establishing limits and educating their children on emotional intelligence.

Abstract

In the world of education these days, things related to the phenomenon of moral decadence that occur in the midst of society and in the government environment are increasing and diverse. Scouting Education and Islamic Religious Education are expected to be able to produce human beings who always strive to perfect faith, piety, and noble character, noble morals include ethics, ethics, or morals as the embodiment of education. Such human beings are expected to be resilient in facing challenges, obstacles, and changes that arise in community associations both locally, nationally, regionally and globally. Scouting Education is a non-formal education in which there is a process of forming the personality, life skills, and noble morals of scouts through the passion and practice of scouting values for students in the Education Unit is a School. Islamic Religious Education is an education that provides knowledge and shapes the attitudes, personalities and skills of students in practicing the teachings of the Islamic religion, which is carried out at least through subjects at all levels of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of google form media and its effect on the effectiveness of online fiqh learning at MTs Al-Hidayah during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) Variable X and Y to class VIII MTs Al-Hidayah as many as 68 samples. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that first, the use of google form media was considered good with an average score of 80.66%. Second, the effectiveness of online learning is considered good with an average score of 80.27. Third, there is a significant effect between the use of google form media and the effectiveness of online learning with a correlation value of 0.823 which can be categorized as a very strong correlation. The determination value of 0.673 means that the influence of the X variable with the Y variable is 67.3% and the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other factors besides the use of google form media. With the regression equation Y = 14.056 + 0.771X, it means that if there is an increase in the X variable, it will also affect the Y variable.

Abstract

Pada masa era digitalisasi sekarang tantangan yang dihadapi remaja akan semakin sulit. Karena remaja yang biasanya senang dengan gadget, nongkrong ataupun hal lainnya. Namun ada kumpulan remaja yang berbeda dengan remaja yang lain. Yakni remaja yang terkumpul dalam wadah IREMA. Remaja tersebut memiliki kesadaran sosial yang cukup tinggi terhadap lingkungan masyarakat. Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya figur ataupun contoh yang memiliki kesadaran jiwa sosial yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan yang sering disapa dengan sebutan abi. Irema itu sendiri adalah organisasi yang mewadahi para remaja dari berbagai macam kalangan, baik yang dari tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas, yang melanjutkan kuliah, ataupun yang tidak melanjutkan kuliah.  Remaja yang tergabung dalam wadah tersebut, senantiasa aktif dalam kegiatan dimasyarakat terutama kegiatan dimasjid. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan para remaja masjid untuk senantiasa aktif dan konsisten dalam memiliki kesadaran sosial terhadap lingkungan masyarakat. Salah satu caranya yaitu dengan mengadakan program Mengaji bareng irema (NGARIMA). Dalam program tersebut para remaja masjid dibagi kedalam beberapa kelompok kemudian didistribusikan untuk mengajar mengaji anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan tentunya sangat penting untuk para remaja agar senantiasa mempunyai jiwa sosial yang tinggi terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar, terutama dalam bidang kegamaan. Selain daripada itu, remaja akan mampu meningkatkan kualitas dirinya dalam mengajar maupun bermasyarakat.

Abstract

This writing is the result of Community Service Lecture activities carried out with research studies. This study discusses training in making PAUD administration for teachers at SIRU SHIBYAN KB. The purpose of this study is to understand how this training can bring progress to teachers in making PAUD administration, so that it can be used in everyday learning activities. The method used is descriptive method and data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the study show that training in making PAUD administration can improve skills in making PAUD administration such as the Prota Promes Curriculum, Rppm Rpph. regarding Training on making PAUD administration that was trained in the Training on making PAUD administration above. In turn, these abilities can be transferred to teachers in the Cihanjawar village environment, Bojong sub-district.
