Abstract

This study was to analyze: (1) The effect of emotional exhaustion on deviant behavior in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (2) The effect of emotional exhaustion on deviant behavior with self-efficacy as a moderating variable in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This type of research is a causative descriptive study. The study population was all nurses in inpatient at the Army Hospital dr. Padang Reksodiwiryo, amounting to 146 people. While the number of research samples is determined based on the cluster proportional sampling method with a sample of 107 people. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inductive analysis through Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis using SPSS Version 17.00. The results showed that: (1) emotional exhaustion had a positive and significant effect on deviant behavior in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (2) the self-efficacy variable does not weaken the influence between emotional fatigue on deviant behavior in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on deviant behaviors through turnover intention as a mediator of at the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees in the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 90 people. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using PLS3 smart. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on deviant behaviors employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (2) Negative and significant emotional intelligence on employees turnover intention of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (3) Positive and significant turnover intention on the deviant behaviors on employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (4) Emotional intelligence is to be significant towards the deviant behavior employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel with turnover intention as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, training and Perceived Organizational Support on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel contract employees in the city of Padang with a sample of 106 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, training has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Training, Perceived Organizational Support

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of Supervisor Support and Organizational Climate on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel employees in Padang city with a sample of 100 people taken by simple random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0. The results showed that supervisor support had a significant positive effect on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational climate had a significantly positive effect on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior at α = 0.05Keyword: Supervisor Support, Organizational Climate, OCB, SO-OCB

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze: (1) influence of Job Insecurity to Turnover Intention (2)Influence Job Insecurity to Organizational Commitment (3) Influence Job Insecurity to TurnoverIntention with Organizational Commitment as mediating variable. The population in thisresearch was all the contract nurses at General Hospital Citra BMC of Padang which amountedto 140 people. The sampling technique of this reserach is Cluster Propotional SamplingTechnique with total sample amounted 104 people. The data used are primary data andsecondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with themediating variable with SPSS version 16.0 program. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (2) Persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi antara keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan yang berjumlah 73 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 73 orang dengan menggunkan teknik total sampling.Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v.3.0 dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (2)Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (3) Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (4) Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (5)Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research is to analyze : (1) influence of Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention (2) Influence of Organizational Justice to Job Satisfaction (3) Influence of Job Satisfaction to Turnover Intention (4) Influence Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as mediating variable.Methodology - The population in this research was all the employee at PT Kilang Lima Gunung which amounted to 109 people. The sampling technique of this reserach is Cluster Propotional Random Sampling Technique with total sample amounted 86 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the mediating variable with SPSS version 16.0 program.Finding - The result showed that (1) Organizational Justice has negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung.(2) Organizational Justice has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung (3) Job Satisfaction has negative effect on turnover intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung (4) Job Satisfactionto mediate the influence of Organizational Justice  on Turnover Intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan Dengan Keadilan Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kausal komperatif.  Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik total sampling yaitu metode pemilihan sampel yang diaplikasikan pada seluruh anggota populasi. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu survei. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Iklim organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 2) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 3) Iklim organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 4) Keadilan organisasional memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspes Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (2) Motivasi karir sebagai pemoderasi pada efikasi diri dan perencanaan karir pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Padang, Sumatera Barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 101 yang kemudian ditarik sampel sebesar 81 dengan tekhnik proporsional clustered simple random sampling. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Sentral Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program PLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi karir karyawan pada karyawan PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (3) Motivasi karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (4) Motivasi karir secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh antara efikasi diri dengan perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership, and non-physical work environment, on innovative behavior with work motivation as a mediator for employees of tour and travel companies in West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 110 respondents selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study prove that: (1) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on innovative behavior; (2) Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on Innovative Behavior; (3) Work motivation becomes a mediator on the effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior; (4) Work motivation becomes the mediator of the influence of the non-physical work environment on the innovative behavior of employees.
