Abstract

This research to determine the effect of devidend policy and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on the firm performance on state-owned enterprises (SOE) go public listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all state-owned enterprises (SEO) go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 as many as 20 companies. The method used is purposive sampling, with the number of samples observed as many as 13 companies. The data used in study is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied in this study to determine the effect of divident policy and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on firm performance. The result shows that divident policy has positive significant impact on the firm performance and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has not significant impact on the firm performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find a digital economic literacy strategy model for SMEs in Indonesia and the factors that can influence it by using a technology acceptance model (TAM) approach consisting of beliefs (perception of usability and perceived ease of use) and their impact on the performance of food SMEs companies in Indonesia particularly in the provinces of Banten, DKI Jakarta, and West Java. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 200 SMEs companies using Smart PLS 3 analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a gap from the absence of the influence of perceived usefulness on firms performance, the results are negative. While perceived usefulness, digital economic literacy is very positive and has an effect on SMEs firms performance. The novelty in this research is finding a new model of strategy model for implementing digital economy literacy, its impact on improving the firms performance of SMEs Food companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine of the financial performance on firm value of state-owned construction companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2016-2019 which based on Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No: KEP-100/MBU/2002. Assessment of financial healthy used eight indicators, there are ROE (Return On Equity), ROI (Return On Investment), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, inventory turnover, total asset turn over, and total equity to total asset. The research is conducted in four constructions state-owned enterprises (SOE) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019.The documents required are the annual financial statements of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., PT. Housing Development Tbk., PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk., and PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., for the period 2016-2019. Based on the results show assessment of the financial performance and firm value of state-owned companies in the construction sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019, with details: (a) financial performance of PT. Adhi Karya Tbk in the 2016-2019 period, showed that the company always received the title of Unhealthy BBB Category; (b) financial performance of PT. Housing Development Tbk in the 2016-2019 period, showed that the company received the title of Healthy Category A in 2016-2018, and received the title of Healthy Category of AA in 2019. (c) financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk in the 2016-2019 period, showed that the company received the title Healthy Category A in 2016-2018, and received the title of Unhealthy Category BB in 2019. And (d) financial performance of PT. Wijaya Tbk in the 2016-2019 period, showed that the company always received the title of Unhealthy BBB Category. Abstract

Purpose: to provide education to MSME business actors on good management practices in managing and determine MSME management models that can realize good management practices as an effort to improve MSME management performance. This management model contains aspects of company management, namely marketing management, production management, financial management, and human resource management. Method: The method used is to provide education and literacy about good managerial practices. The material provided includes general management and human resources, production management, financial management, and marketing management. In measuring the level of understanding of participants before giving the material and filling out the post-test after the material is given. In addition, questionnaires were filled out to develop participants' understanding of good management practices using analytical indexes. Results: The result of this study is an increase in understanding of management practices as seen from the increase in the average pre-test of 5.56, increasing in the post-test to 7.31. MSMEs actors understand the material provided on general management and human resources, production management, financial management, and marketing management. Based on the index analysis, the participants' level of understanding of the material on human resource management, marketing management, production management, and financial management is in the high category. Conclusions: Educational and literacy activities about good management practices can increase partners' knowledge about aspects of business management and can put this knowledge into practice in business progress.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah merupakan salah satu indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, tidak terkecuali bagi pertumbuhan industri halal. Saat ini pandemi berampak buruk terhadap perekonomian, namun ini justru menarik banyak industri halal untuk berinovasi dan memperbaiki mutu produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel persepsi kualitas produk, nilai produk dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi minat produk bersertifikat halal. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 232 responden, dengan kriteria sampel generasi milenial berusia di bawah 30 tahun berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: secara parsial hanya variabel persepsi kualitas produk dan gaya hidup yang memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap sertifikat halal. Sedangkan hipotesis tiga tidak terbukti karena variabel persepsi nilai produk tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap sertifikat halal. Secara simultan variabel persepsi kualitas produk, persepsi nilai produk dan gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sertifikat halal.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bisa dihindari dalam kehidupan masyarkat saat ini, hal tersebut dikarenakan kemajuan teknologi akan berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Memasuki era digitalisasi dengan kemajuan platform digital memiliki peran penting dalam proses bisnis salah satunya ialah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Bagi UMKM digitalisasi merupakan sebuah tantangan besar yang dimana struktur, pengelolaan, produksi, pemasaran dan transaksi yang pada awal mula secara manual kini bertransformasi menjadi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi digital marketing Usaha Mie menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi digital marketing Usaha Mie, dilakukan dengan memberikan konten media sosial berupa pemasaran melalui Instagram,WhatsApp dan juga marketplace serta terdapat beberapa usaha mie yang menerapkan strategi pemberian giveaway melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi Islam, pemasaran yang dijalankan telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam yang menggariskan prinsip dan akhlak pemasaran Islam dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Kinerja keuangan dengan aspek rasio keuangan yaitu rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio leverage. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi terdiri dari empat perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dan jenis penelitian analisis kuantitatif. Dokumen berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk.,Waskita Karya (Persero) dan Tbk. PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., periode 2016-2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020, dengan rincian: (a) Rasio aktivitas positifsignifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan; (b) Rasio leverage tidak signifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan; dan (c) Rasio profitabilitas tidak menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that provide religious and academic knowledge and apply them in everyday life. Islamic boarding schools cannot continue to depend on other parties, so there is a need for other alternatives to run the business that must be managed. By utilizing aloe vera which is easy to find and has many benefits, it is then processed into products with selling points, such as packaged drinks, soap, candy, and others. Aloe vera plants are easy to grow and live in cool areas like Bogor according to the location of partner Islamic boarding schools. The main problem is the skills needed by the students to process the aloe vera plant so that the results can be utilized within the Islamic boarding school environment. Therefore, the main objective of this community service activity is to hold aloe vera processing training to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of the students. This activity is a real contribution in empowering and empowering the students. From the results of the test given in the form of a questionnaire, more than 50% of respondents said they really understood the understanding of the material. And also on the benefits of the activity, as many as 75% said it was very useful. The results of this community service greatly contributed to increasing understanding and training regarding the aloe vera plant

Abstract

This research is a research using quantitative methods with the aim of knowing the effect of digital wallets, sales promotions, and service quality on Indomaret consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study are Indomaret consumers in South Jakarta with a sample of 100 consumers who have transacted at Indomaret using a digital wallet. Sampling method Probability sampling with Purposive Sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data and SmartPLS 4.0 software for data processing tools. The results of this study indicate that (1) Digital Wallet has a positive and significant effect with a path coefficient value of 0.427. (2) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect with a path coefficient value of 0.448. (3) Service Quality has an effect and is not significant with a path coefficient of 0.046 on purchasing decisions. The contribution of digital wallets, sales promotions and service quality together to purchasing decisions is 78.3%, of which the remaining 21.7% is explained by other variables.
