Abstract

Software Development is considered as a project due to the budget and time restrictions applied to it.  In software development project, risk refers to an event that is not in the plan which may occur and result in the project loss. The methodology used to manage the project risks include giving weigth to the matrix that draws together the project management activities and questions generated based on the risk factors of software development projects. The results of these matrixes are used to anticipate the risks that might appear during the project implementation.  Keywords: project, risk, managing

Abstract

Rapid development in communication encourage community interest in switching to a low-cost communications technology by relying on the internet known as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP is a technology that enables voice communications using IP (Internet Protocol) to run over packet networks. This technology works by changing the way certain sounds into a digital format that can be transmitted over an IP network. The results of this experiment is able to communicate from computer to computer, computer to PSTN, PSTN to the computer, and users can call from computer to PSTN number from anywhere without long distance charges. Keywords: VoIP, internet protocol, PSTN, server, client.

Abstract

Learning is a process of behavior change that can get from knowledge penetrating. So, educate is process to guide, to direct, and to manage learning process. Learning and educate is a process to manage method and resources to change behavior. Formally, learning and educate is transformation process from lecture to participant. Managing method and resources is did to make class more effective. One way how to manage is preparing resources that will be used. Technically, resources is placed on web media where lectures give resources and participant can get it. Abstract

Teknologi informasi kini digunakan pada semua bidang industri. Tidak terkecuali, bidang pendidikan punmemanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan strategis. Teknologi informasi diartikan sebagaisistem yang di dalamnya terdapat komponen perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, teknologi komunikasi dan semua perangkatpendukung untuk mengolah, menghasilkan dan mengelola informasi. Pengadaan teknologi informasi pada suatu organisasibisnis biasanya menyangkut biaya yang besar. Sementara manfaat yang didapat baru diperoleh setelah beberapa waktukemudian. Hal ini menjadi alasan mengapa perlu perencanaan dan pengendalian agar investasi teknologi informasimemperoleh manfaat balik yang optimal terhadap organisasi.Pengelolaan Investasi teknologi informasi adalah sebuah kerangka kerja untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, danmengendalikan investasi teknologi informasi yang diterapkan pada organisasi bisnis. IT Governance Institut adalah sebuahlembaga independen, menerbitkan suatu panduan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi investasi teknologi informasi.Dengan menggunakan pedoman tersebut diharapkan investasi teknologi informasi mempunyai arah tujuan ke depansehingga mempunyai nilai balik yang terukur bagi organisasi. Paduan diberi nama The VAL IT Initiative, bertujuan untukmenjawab kebutuhan organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan investasi teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Business Organizations always strive for their self to reach business sustainability. There are various dynamic challenges in business environment that must be respond by each organization. Organizational responds for each challenge very decisive to organization’s business sustainability in the future. For now, in this Covid 19 pandemic situation each organization must creative and innovative to change and modify their business model in order to survive. Motorcycle workshop was one of the SME that affected by Covid 19 pandemic, because government policy to restriction activity of people and social distancing. Decreasing customers of motorcycle workshop and to respond the situation bring up the idea to reengineering business model. Home service system was selected as alternative solution to strive for survive in this situation, of course, by implementing a good health protocol. This system was built with a mobile application as a tool in reservation and managing customers service schedules. With this system customers do not have to come and queue at the workshop, so it will be safer in this pandemic situation. Not all services can be served with this system, only minor, moderate and routine repairs that can be served with this system. The payment transaction process is carried out on the spot according to the calculations by the system. With this new business process model, it is hoped that it will be the right solution for consumers and workshops so that they can remain productive in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic.
