Abstract

Tempe is one famous traditional food from Indonesia. Tempe can be process into so many variety of food with delicious taste. But in hospitality industries, the utilization of tempe is not maximal yet. This research is to find out the utilization of tempe in Jadul Village Resort and Spa. This research is also wanted to find how often tempe used in the menu, and how good the demand of the tempe itself. After this research, hopefully tempe can used more often as the main course menu, or as side dishes. And hopefully, tempe can dreated into signature dishes that represent Jadul Village Resort and Spa as a resort with the Indonesian specialty.

Abstract

Pariwisata berkelanjutan merupakan konsep pengelolaan wisata yang berlandaskan pada pelestarian, yaitu mengelola potensi wisata dengan memperhatikan aspek keberlanjutan untuk masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan konsep pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis keberlanjutan sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan kawasan wisata candi Borobudur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk kemudian dianalisis melalui metode EFAS, IFAS, Matriks Eksternal-Internal dan SWOT. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi secara langsung di lapangan, serta melalui kegiatan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini merumuskan empat set alternatif strategi sebagai upaya untuk mendorong pengelolaan aktifitas pariwisata yang berlandaskan pada konsep keberlanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata Berkelanjutan. Pelestarian Kawasan WisataSTRATEGI PENERAPAN KONSEP PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN DALAM UPAYA PELESTARIAN KAWASAN WISATA CANDI BOROBUDUR

Abstract

Floating Market Lembang is a destination in Lembang, the boundary of West Bandung. Visitors visit in Floating Market Lembang always increasing in years. But that fact is not the same with the data which say tourist’s loyality haven’t maximum because majority of the tourist whose come to Floating Market lembang are new visitors. Decision of this research is to know influence of tourist experience to behavioral intention of Floating Market Lembang. The type of research are descriptive and verification. The survey method used is incidental sampling, which a sample size of 120 respondents. Data analysis technique using single regression techniques with coefficient determinant (R2) and partial (T) techniques. These results shows that there is a significant partial influence tourist experience to behavioral intention of Floating Market Lembang. The higher the ability of destination management in building positive experience on the tourists, so that it will increase positive image of the tourists in their visits. In this condition, directly or indirectly it will be able to build tourist’s willing in re-visiting to the destination. The correlation of the two variables can be simplisized in a sentence that in order to be able to build value of behavioral intention is how to be able to build tourist experience.

Abstract

Taman Sari Tourism Marketing Strategy Through Destination branding has tourism potential through culture and historical value. With this potential, the government is managing tourism in order to be able to move the economy in Taman Sari. In realizing this vision, planning and strategy are needed, one of which is Destination Branding. Destination branding is used in every tourism site in the world and is able to make a good impact on the progress of tourism, for example are the Twin Towers in Malaysia, the Merlion Statue in Singapore, the Taj Mahal in India, etc. Destination branding has an important role to be able to increase the number of tourist visits. This study uses a qualitative approach, a qualitative approach is used in order to get complete information about tourism marketing strategies with Destination Branding. The results of this study found that the Destination branding strategy in Taman Sari is not planned systematically, so that Destination branding is only understood in a small way, that is only in the visualization aspect. So that tourism product development programs are not in accordance with the concept of Destination branding that has been made.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to know agrotourism sustainable development of Mangunan Garden. The reasons of developing agrotourism as such, it educates the purpose of keeping the relationship among local societies, interest sectors, and visitors. The Agrotourism of Mangunan Garden is inspired to improve the farmers earnings and the quality of rural society lives which then expletedly represent opportunity to educate th societies on agriculture an ecosystems. Agrotourism sustainable development of Mangunan Garden, embrases: geography, topography, elimate, type of vegetation (pine forest), in addition to destination which withdraw to visit, are Elephant Dlingo Cave, Pine Forest, Gardu Pandang, Cerme Cave, Makam Raja-Raja Panjimatan. Abstract

The hospitality industry is one of the most significant contributions in the Indonesian economy. Bandung City is one of the areas in West Java that has quite a lot of hospitality companies. One of the hospitality companies in Bandung is Hotel Grand Asrilia. However, lately it has been found a new type of virus that originated in Wuhan, China which caused the COVID-19 pandemic and brought enormous impact to the Indonesian economy even to the rest of the world. The purpose of this research is to find out the right strategy for Hotel Grand Asrilia in marketing its products during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with the technique of observation data retrieval, interviews, library studies also interprets and outlines the existing data in conjunction with the current situation. The result of this study proved that the application of marketing through digital marketing has a positive impact for Hotel Grand Asrilia where the use of digital marketing in the think is necessary especially in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, so that business activities can continue to run and generate economic value.

Abstract

Abstrak Wisata edukasi menjadi tren baru yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan,  terutama sangat diminati oleh keluarga. Perjalanan liburan bersama anggota keluarga sangat menyenangkaan sambil  mengeksplorasi  keunggulan dan potensi destinasi yang akan dikunjungi. Wisata edukasi sebetulnya bukan  hal baru  tapi pengemasanya dengan nama baru. Bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa dikenal dengan study tour, berwisata sambil mengunjungi  tempat-tempat yang berhubungan dengan bidang studinya, dengan tujuan  untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan mahasiswa. Demikian halnya wisata Kampoeng Tulip merupakan prototype gambaran faktual dari kebutuhan  sebuah keluarga mulai  dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa, merupakan mix antara  hiburan dan berwisata dengan wawasan  edukasi.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi dan fasilitas yang terdapat di   Kampoeng Tulip sebagai wisata edukasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda kualitatif deskriptif  dengan alasan Pengembangan  Kampung Tulip Sebagai Wisata Edukasi  merupakan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pariwista. Pariwisata merupakan bagian dari kebudayaan sehingga hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan secara histories-sistimatis, faktual dan akurat, dengan menggunakan berbagai ilmu dan teori multidisiplin (multidisciplinary).Kata Kunci: Edukasi, wisata dan belajar. Abstract                     Educational tour becomes a new trend that attracted many tourists, especially very interested by the family. Holiday trips with family members are very enjoyable while exploring the benefits and potential destinations to be visited. Educational tour is not really a new thing but the packaging with a new name. For students, known as study tour, travel while visiting places related to the field of study, with the aim to increase knowledge and insight students. Similarly, tourism Kampoeng Tulip is a prototype factual picture of the needs of a family ranging from children to adults, is a mix between entertainment and travel with educational insights. The purpose of this research is to describe the condition and facilities in Kampoeng Tulip as educational tour. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with the reason Development of Kampung Tulip As Tour Education is a problem related to tourism. Tourism is part of the culture so that the results describe historically-systematic, factual and accurate, using various sciences and multidisciplinary theoriesKeywords : Education, tourism and learning.

Abstract

Hotel dikelola secara komersial untuk menyediakan pelayanan/jasa untuk umum. Industri perhotelan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pelayanan tentunya dikarenakan beberapa hal yang mendasar, diantaranya faktor kultur (budaya) perusahaan dan sumber daya manusia sebagai karyawan. Budaya yang kuat memiliki ciri nilai inti organisasi yang dianut dengan kuat, diatur dengan baik dan dirasakan bersama secara luas. Budaya organisasi merupakan produk dari seluruh figur perusahaan, mulai dari orang-orangnya, baik dari segi keberhasilan maupun kegagalannya. Masalah yang biasa dihadapi karyawan adalah bagaimana cara menyesuaikan diri secara proaktif dengan budaya perusahaan agar tidak terjadi konflik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya pelayanan pada industri perhotelan hubungannya dengan peningkatan kinerja human capital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan pertama, perusahaan harus melakukan proses rekrutmen untuk memilih SDM yang sesuai yang dibutuhkan pada bisnis yang sedang berjalan, seperti halnya memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan bakat SDM. Kedua, laporan, evaluasi, dan ulasan kinerja setiap bulannya dari setiap karyawan,  termasuk pekerjaan hospitality, dokumentasi, dan prosedur seperti laporan keuangan dan kontrol kredit. Ketiga, pemeliharaan secara reguler pada seluruh elemen-elemen Hotel.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHotel adalah salah satu faktor pendukung pariwisata, untuk itu salah satu pendapatan devisa terbesar menjadi sorotan utama dalam perhotelan. Salah satu pendapatan yang besar didapatkan dari penjualan kamar. Housekeeping adalah salah satu departemen yang merawat dan menjaga sebuah hotel. Room Attendant adalah seseorang yang bertugas membersihkan kamar. Room Attendant biasanya dibantu oleh Trainee pada saat membersihkan kamar. Trainee mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting. Membersihkan type President Suite Room, seorang Room Attendant harus mempunyai pengalaman dan skill yang bagus. Prosedur membersihkan type kamar ini sangat membutuhkan ketelitian yang baik. Apabila dalam membersihkan kamar dibantu oleh Trainee, hasilnya lebih cepat dan memuaskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variable dan keadaan yang terjadi pada saat penelitian berjalan. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa prosedur membersihkan type President Suite Room ini sudah sesuai standar operasional prosedur. Jadi antara Room Attendant dan Trainee sudah mempunyai langkah-langkah dalam membersihkan kamar ini, apabila prosedur dijalankan dengan baik maka kebersihan terlihat maksimal dan memuaskan. Kata Kunci: Hotel, Housekeeping, Trainee, Make Up RoomABSTRACTThe hotel is one of the supporting factors of tourism, for it one of the largest foreign exchange earnings into the main spotlight in hospitality. One of the big revenues is from room sales. Housekeeping is one of the departments that takes care of and maintains a hotel. Room Attendant is someone in charge of cleaning the room. Room Attendant usually assisted by Trainee when cleaning room. Trainees have a very important role. Cleaning the President Suite Room type, a Room Attendant should have good experience and skill. This type of room cleaning procedure requires great accuracy. If in the room cleaning assisted by Trainee, maybe the result will be faster and satisfactory. In this final report the authors use qualitative descriptive method. This study aims to reveal the facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred at the time the study goes. The result of this final report is that the President Suite Room type cleaning procedure is in accordance with the operational standard of the procedure. So between Room Attendant and Trainee already have steps in cleaning this room, if procedure well executed then the sloppiness will look maximal and satisfy. Keywords: Hotel, Housekeeping, Trainee, Make Up Room

Abstract

Abstract - Development of tourism in Indonesia is currently more important, not only in order to increase the revenue of the country, is expected also to expanding business opportunities, while providing new job opportunities as well as to reduce unemployment. Potential Village Tamanagung as industrial areas and areas of stone carving art craft. Production area of stone carving art has the potential and attraction of attraction so that built and developed as a worthy tourist destination. In the development of tourism in the area of production of stone sculpture studio and the government in cooperation with surrounding communities. The existence of cooperation between organizations institutions with studio owner. Human Resources Training and empowerment of the overall performance of the Department of Tourism. Involving the private sector role in tourism development and promotion is encouraged with the development of technology and information. Designing a stone sculpture gallery as container sales, promotion, recreation and exhibition of handicrafts is a strategy in the development of stone sculpture production region as one tourism destination. Potensi Desa Tamanagung sebagai daerah industri dan kawasan kerajinan seni pahat batu. Kawasan produksi seni pahat batu mempunyai potensi dan daya tarik wisata berupa atraksi sehingga layak dibangun dan dikembangkan sebagai daerah tujuan wisata. Dalam pengembangan pariwisata di kawasan produksi seni pahat batu pemerintah bekerjasama dengan sanggar dan masyarakat sekitar. Adanya kerjasama antara organisasi lembaga dengan pemilik sanggar. Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia, serta pemberdayaan kinerja Dinas Pariwisata secara menyeluruh. Melibatkan peran swasta dalam dalam pengembangan pariwisata serta promosi digalakkan dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Merancang galeri seni pahat batu sebagai wadah penjualan, promosi, rekreasi dan pameran hasil kerajinan merupakan strategi dalam pengembangan kawasan produksi seni pahat batu sebagai salah satu daerah tujuan wisata.  Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Kawasan seni pahat batu, Potensi, Atraksi, Daerah tujuan wisata
