Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel motivasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk. Semarang Unit Collection serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk. Semarang Unit Collection. Sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 50 orang dijadikan sampel semuanya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan lima rumus yaitu Analisa Regresi Berganda, Analisa Korelasi, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara partial maupun bersama-sama motivasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk. Semarang Unit Collection. Kata Kunci : motivasi, pelatihan, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Smart concepts into tourism destinations are dynamically embraced to connect stakeholders through technology platforms where information related to tourism activities can be exchanged directly. Instant information exchange has also created a huge data collection known as Big Data which may be computationally analyzed to reveal patterns and trends. Smart Tourism Destinations must make optimum use of Big Data by offering services that are suitable for the preferences of the user at the right time. In this connection, this paper aims to understand the contribution of how smart Tourism Destinations can potentially enhance the tourism experience through offering more personalized products or services to meet each visitor's unique needs and preferences. By using the skinative method and descriptive approach and the sample was taken through purposive sampling, the companies engaged in the tourism sector obtained the following research results: Understanding the needs, desires and desires of travelers became increasingly important for the competitiveness of tourism destinations. Therefore, the findings in this study are expected to be very beneficial for the number of tourism destinations.

Abstract

There are still employee complaints that the compensation is not consistent with the concept of justice, the existing facilities at the research site are insufficient to perform community service duties, the facilities that require quantity and quality improvements. This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This research is included in quantitative research using SPSS 16 and research design using associative approach. The associative approach was carried out with the aim of finding the effect of compensation and work environment on performance mediated by work motivation. The time of the research was from January 2020 to April 2020. The population in this study were all district employees, totaling 89 (eighty nine) individuals. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sampling, where due to the limited number of populations, it is possible for the population to be sampled. The sample in this study in this study were district employees totaling 88 (eighty eight) people (minus the researcher). The results show that There are effects of compensation and work environment on work motivation, employees in Semarang Regency. There are effects of compensation and work environment, work motivation on the Performance of Environmental Employees in sub-districts of Semarang Regency. There is an effect of the work environment on work motivation and does not have an impact on the performance of environmental employees in sub-districts of Semarang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to build a conceptual model that seeks to improve the performance of green product development proposed. In this study, the improvement of green product development performance based on environmental organizational culture and green absorption capacity. A construction study methodology was adopted using 200 samples taken from various elements of employees in the manufacturing industry in Central Java and data collected through questionnaires, to test the models and hypotheses in this study, using the author Amos 25 as a tool. data analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a strategic path to improve product development performance and the second strategy is from organizational culture. green product development. Limitations: This study has limitations, including not being able to define specifically the organizational culture environment. In addition, the sample used is only limited to organizations engaged in the manufacturing industry in the province of Central Java. The results of this study are expected to have a contribution to the development of organizational culture theory and stakeholder theory.

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which influence of the employees working. The pupose of the research is fainding many factors which influence the employee working. The contents is intrinsic motivation and satisfied of working releated with the influence the employee working. The object of this research is employees of PT. Jhons GF.Purposive sampling which choisen is to find out the data which needed in this studies there are 85 responden and all of the are PT. Jhons GF employee. The data analysis used SPSS program 19 series. Before doing regreesion analysis, the process analysis is trought many steps whisvh one of the is validity analysis, reiability test and classic assumtion test.In this research has three hypothesis and depards of the research analysis show tht three hypothesis are acepted, it means the conclution of this research intrinsic motivation it influence satisfied of working towards increasing of employees working. Kata Kunci : intrinsic motivation, satisfied of working and employees working

Abstract

This study aims to develop an empirical research model based on the synthesis of a new concept called sharing the value of relational capital. The new concept generated in this study is expected to be able to provide a key role for research solving the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs in the city of Semarang. With a quantitative research design, this study tested the empirical research model on existing MSME industries in the city of Semarang by using 130 research samples. Data analysis was carried out using Amos 25. The results of this study showed that all the hypotheses proposed in this research model were accepted as indicated. with the statistical significance of testing using the software. This study has limitations, including not being able to define specifically the organizational culture environment. In addition, the sample used is only limited to organizations engaged in the manufacturing industry in the province of Central Java. Specifically, the role of the new concept of sharing the value of relational capital can be used as a key strategy for improving the marketing performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Through tourism, several problems such as poverty alleviation and unemployment reduction can be solved. The development and development of tourism can bring huge benefits to the Indonesian people, especially the people in the tourist destination areas. The development of tourism plays a role in economic movements that can improve the well-being of communities, such as more open employment, business opportunities for communities, and increased revenue for the communities themselves and the country, especially local governments. This study aims to determine the types of poverty, causes of poverty, and the impact of tourism on the poor population in Central Java's tourist areas. A total of 60 coastal residents were sampled for the study using a purposeful sampling method. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptions. The results of the study are as follows (i) Types of poverty in coastal communities, among which: 60 years old and above, low education level (primary school graduates), and average income below the monthly minimum wage, (ii) The factors that lead to poverty include natural factors, cultural factors and in The lack of poor people working in the tourism sector, and (iii) the impact of tourism on coastal communities is conducive to the creation of new employment opportunities, such as guest diving guests, porters and souvenir sellers by understanding the opportunities and promises to foster entrepreneurship, thereby reducing poverty in the vicinity of tourist villages.
