Abstract

Perancangan tata letak fasilitas merupakan hal penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan. CV. VISA INSAN MADANI merupakan salah satu perusahaan garmen yang menghasilkan baju tunik dan koko di Bandung. Saat ini perusahaan ingin melakukan kontruksi pabrik pada bagian produksi tanpa melihat layout  lama. Luas lahan di lantai produksi yang tersedia saat ini belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ditandai dengan terdapatnya beberapa lokasi produksi yang letaknya berjauhan dan berbeda lokasi. Untuk itu, perusahaan akan memindahkan lokasi produksi pada lahan baru yang lebih luas. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Teknik Konvesional dan algoritma Automated Layout Design Program (ALDEP) yang  berfungsi untuk menghasilkan rancangan tata letak mesin dilantai produksi yang dapat meminimumkan total ongkos material handling di CV.VISA INSAN MADANI serta pola aliran produksi dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Kata Kunci : Perancangan tata letak produksi, teknik konvensional, ALDEP ABSTRACT Designing the layout of the facility is important for increasing the productivity of the company. CV. VISA INSAN MADANI is one of the companies that produce garment tunic and koko in Bandung. Currently, the company wants to do construction in the production without seeing the old layout. In the area of ​​land available on the production floor currently not in accordance with the requirements indicated by the presence of several production sites are located far apart and different locations. Therefore, the company will change the area of production to a large area. Based on existing problems, the method used is using Conventional Techniques and Automated algorithms Layout Design Program (ALDEP) whose function is to generate the design layout of the production floor machines to minimize the total material handling costs in CV. Abstract

Abstract. At this time the request for Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO) at PT PLN (Persero) Certification Center continues to increase, but the SLO published not optimal. There is occurs because the certification process take a long times for finished the job like looping process still found in the certification process.  The longer of certification process will be impact to publishing SLO that will be longer too and its causes pending item each year. To know the causes of certification process takes a long time the first phase is mapping the business process of this company. After mapping the business process then search the root cause using current reality tree diagram. The next phase is solve the problem using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) so the each task will more clearly. The result of this study is to improve the business process in this company more efficient. It can be seen from the lead time that faster than before which is from more than 125 days to 123 days so that the pending item can be finished. In other hand, online system improvement and also coordination between department needed due to this workflow from business process running well.  Keyword: Business Process, Business Process Improvement, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Sertifikasi Laik Instalasi/SLO
