Abstract

Developing a profesional culture in schools is done by: (1) implementing a strict new student admission system, (2) school orientation activities on new students, (3) imposing school rules and compensation tasks, (4) implementing a solid learning system, and (5) implementing graduate marketing. Positive habits that form the basis of profesional culture can grow and develop in Shaykh Zainuddin NW Anjani Vocational School starting with the process of internalizing the noble values ​​of profesional culture in students and teachers alike. In students the internalization process occurs because of things as follows: (1) instilling awareness about profesional cultural values ​​by teachers and school leaders, (2) students' internal factors (encouragement from themselves), and (3) adjusting themselves to an environment that has been cultured profesionally. In the teacher the process occurs because: (1) the adaptation of the teacher to the tasks of the environment, (2) the employment status has, and (3) their assumption that carrying out the duties as a teacher is "devotion".

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) Berjenjang oleh Himpaudi Kecamatan Aikmel Kabupaten Lombok Timur untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan Diklat Berjenjang, (2) pengorganisasian Diklat Berjenjang, (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan Diklat Berjenjang, dan (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi kegiatan Diklat Berjenjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Guna memperoleh keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan trianggulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) banyak guru PAUD yang belum memahami metode untuk diterapkan pada anak usia dini; (2) setelah mengikuti Diklat Berjenjang, guru PAUD lebih memahami metode dan pembelajaran yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada anak usia dini; dan (3) kegiatan Diklat Berjenjang menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan guru PAUD.

Abstract

Academic supervision is inseparable from the teacher in conducting learning management. The purpose of this study was to obtain new findings about: 1) Conformity between learning management in Al Urwatul Usqo ECD with Permendikbud 137 of 2014; 2) Causes have not been supported by academic supervision by the Al Urwatul Usqo PAUD school principal. This research is a qualitative study with a type of research, namely a case study. This research was conducted in Al Urwatul Usqo PAUD. The subjects in this study were principals. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documents. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Five "Why" developed by Sakichi Toyoda in 1930 and developed based on discussions made by academic supervision by principals, namely by techniques: (1) Learning management consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation is in accordance with Permendikbud 137 of 2014; (2) Causes that are not supported by academic supervision by the principal are because the appointment of the principal is not in accordance with the competency standards of the KB / TK principals needed in Permendikbud 137 of 2014. Suggestions that can be given are: (1) for Al Urwatul Usqo PAUD managers if want to be appointed headmaster needs to look at the competency standards of KB / TK principals needed in Permendikbud 137 of 2014; (2) Principals can improve the competency of principals by studying or studying undergraduate education at PAUD so that it can facilitate the function of the wrong headmaster, only academic supervision.
