Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan lembaga pendidikan adalah dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru dalam proses mengajar. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan penilaian kinerja guru di sekolah agar meningkatkan kualitas lulusan suatu sekolah. Maslah –masalah dalam penilaian kinerja guru sering bermunculan antara lain Tak jarang guru hanya menampakkan kinerja baiknya hanya pada saat dikunjungi, kepala sekolah menilai kinerja guru secara subjektif, kepala sekolah  mengevaluasi kinerja guru hanya dari satu kriteria saja, sehingga penilaian tidak objektif. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu menilai kinerja guru. Proses pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan pada sistem penilaian kinerja guru ini menggunakan metode  Weighted Product dan Simple Additive Weighting. Metode Weighted Product dan Simple Additive Weighting Dipilih Karena Mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dan terburuk dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud adalah kinerja guru sebagai bahan evaluasi kepala sekolah, untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan sekolah, berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah di tentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut dengan cara memberikan siswa kuisoner, kemudian dilakukan proses perengkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu guru dengan kinerja terbaik dan guru dengan kinerja kurang baik. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan sistem yang dibuat mampu memberikan hasil yang baik sesuai dengan perhitungan yang digunakan, agar dalam penilaian kinerja guru lebih objektif, dan juga sistem dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam menilai kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study discusses the monitoring and evaluation of e-learning activities through the LMS (Learning Management System) application of Pamulang University. In the previous process, the system used could only display activities carried out by lecturers that were recorded in the e-learning log. The logs that are displayed only create, update, delete activity, and cannot provide information about the effectiveness of online learning. Other parameters are needed to measure the effectiveness of online learning. One of them is the number of activities lecturers have to do for each subject within a certain period. In each course, the lecturer activity frequency is called create. Create is intended to open discussion topics by providing questions and responses to students' answers. From the results of monitoring, the achievement of creation is not sufficient to determine the success of implementing e-learning at Pamulang University. So that several other restrictions are needed such as participation, intensity, and content suitability. However, problems that occur in other parameters cannot be monitored just by looking at the data from the e-learning log. From these problems, a visual presentation of the activities of lecturers and students is needed which allows Study Programs with low percentages to be identified as quickly as possible, and decision making can be determined. The results showed that the four parameters can be implemented in the system. The average value of student participation in discussion forums is 74.99%, the ratio of the intensity of the activeness of lecturers and students every day of the week during the implementation period is 49.40%. Then the content suitability obtained an average of 0.04% and an average value of 65.90% lecturer activity. The generating facility automatically shows the four parameters in cooperation with the final result considered to assess the effectiveness of e-learning.

Abstract

Research and community service activities are the obligations of a lecturer that must be carried out from part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in addition to teaching, where research activities should have a level of innovation in the form of development or discovery of something new, but with a large number of lecturers, this results in research activities. and community service has many similarities with previous activities. At the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM), Pamulang University, experiencing several problems in the management of research and community service activities, namely the absence of a system used to manage research and community service activities and data related to the track record of research and community service activities that have been carried out by 2,613 lecturers who impact on the difficulty in finding data, efficiency of storage space and more importantly is the number of similar proposals in the research itself. The research carried out aims to develop an information system that can process research and community service activities and detect similarities in content by applying the Cosine Similarity algorithm, so that it can overcome existing problems. The system development method uses a waterfall. From the results of making the system that has been carried out, it shows that the system is capable of processing activities in the field of research and community service carried out by lecturers, supporting storage, and facilitating screening of proposals for research and community service activities that will be approved.

Abstract

In the implementation of higher education, of course, the relevance of the curriculum is needed in improving the quality of learning. One of the efforts to fulfill this is through alumni tracking (tracer study). Tracer study is a strategy that allows higher education institutions to obtain input on adjusting the curriculum to current industry needs so that it can become the basis for future improvements. Lack of distribution and collection of questionnaires again became a problem for the tracer study team, because during its implementation there was little response from alumni and stakeholders. Therefore we need a system that can be used to collect and manage and present data accurately from the measurement results of the tracer study in the form of parameters such as work status, job relevance, level of importance of educational services, level of satisfaction of educational services, and the influence of thesis quality. As well as measuring the level of stakeholder satisfaction with alumni with parameters in the form of ethics and morals, expertise based on scientific fields, skills in communication, and teamwork. The results showed that the process of collecting and processing tracer study instruments according to the parameters required in the accreditation process was easier to do because it was website-based. Besides, it made it easier for alumni and stakeholders to fill out the questionnaire, so that more feedback was obtained by the tracer study team.
