Abstract

The research was conducted at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital Lampung Province. This study used 18 respondents. The variables in this study are: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) are independent variables and employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Quantitative analysis uses a simple regression equation with partial hypothesis testing using the T test, and multiple linear regression equations with partial hypothesis testing using the F test. From the results of data processing, it has been found that the answers to the hypothesis are as follows; there was influence of discipline (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence (R-square) of 73.0%, which means that discipline has an effect of 73.0% on employee performance. There was influence of motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 48.6% which means that motivation has an influence of 48.6% on employee performance. There was influence of discipline (X1), motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), with an influence level of 81.0% which means that discipline and motivation have an influence of 81.0% on employee performance.

Abstract

This study used 26 respondents from PT. Indonesian Surveyor Image. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where Leadership (X1) and Work Environment (X2) are independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. From the results of data processing, it has been found that the answers to the hypothesis are as follows; there is an influence of leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence (R-square) of 79.1%, which means that leadership has an influence of 79.1% on employee performance. There is an influence between the Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), with an influence level of 99.1% which means that the Work Environment has an influence of 99.1% on Employee Performance. There is an influence between Leadership (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Employee Performance (Y), with an influence level of 99.1% which means that Leadership and Work Environment have an influence of 99.1% on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to inspect the effect of information technology infrastructure on market orientation. It also intended to examine the impact of market orientation on organizational achievement in Special Autonomy Regional Government. Research methodology: The study adopted a quantitative research design and obtained samples using cluster and stratified random sampling. The samples were determined on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) size of Indonesia's five Special Autonomy Regional Governments. Questionnaire items were distributed to the targeted sample from two clusters of Jakarta Special Capital Province and West Papua Province. The two provinces have the highest and lowest GRDP, respectively. Data were collected from 210 respondents comprising the deputy employers in the regional work units of West Papua Province and Jakarta Special Capital. The data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least square (PLS) with LISREL 8.80. Results: The results showed that information technology infrastructure affects market orientation, which mediates the impact of organizational performance of Indonesia's Special Autonomy Regional Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan La’Diana Fashion. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan La’Diana Fashion yang berjumlah 380 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dengan kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan yang minimal 2 kali sudah pernah menggunakan jasa La’Diana Fashion. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menyebar angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji F dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara harga, kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan La’Diana Fashion dengan kadar determinasi sebesar 0,684 atau 68,4% dan sisanya yaitu sebesar 31,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti didalam penelitian ini.Â
