Abstract

Tofu is a typical Indonesian food. The tofu production process has its own impact on the environment because the rest of the production results in solid and liquid waste. If the processing or utilization of the waste products is not carried out, it will pollute the surrounding environment. The aim of this research is to identify the environmental impact of the tofu production process. The method used in this research is the method of mixed method simapro program assisted 7. From the results showed that the production process knows it can cause environmental pollution, it is seen from the damage category. Score a single score of 4076,345 Pt, with an environmental impact of Human Health of 1701.54 (41.7%), Ecosystem Quality of 1409.057 (34.6%), and Resources of 965.7484 (23.7%). Based on research results of several categories of the study, obtained on alternative improvements to reduce environmental impact by replacing firewood with biogas as fuel. Abstract

The teacher is a professional educator with the task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early and secondary education in certain formal institutions. One of the problems faced by Al-Hamidiyah Middle School teachers is the low competency of teachers, especially in the use of computer technology devices. This is unfortunate, even though the demands on teachers' assignments are in line with the enactment of the 2013 curriculum, where teachers are required to work using applications, learning media using information technology, application-based assessment systems, computer-based national exams, and others. This obstacle occurs because there is still a lack of teacher motivation to add competence outside the main task for a variety of reasons conveyed. The approach used in this dedication activity with a persuasive-educative approach, by providing knowledge, understanding, and skills in using Microsoft Office. The method used in the form of lectures, practice, and discussion. The results of this dedication the teacher understands and is able to practice directly.

Abstract

Kondisi sungai Musi saat ini terus mengalami penurunan kualitas. Penurunan kualitas ini terjadi akibat adanya berbagai kegiatan manusia, salah satunya kegiatan industri.  Beberapa kegiatan industri yang berada di kecamatan Kertapati antara lain industri Batu Bara, industri Semen, industri Karet, dan industri rumahan pembuatan sapu ijuk. Secara sadar atau tidak proses pengolahan maupun buangan industri di Kecamatan Kertapati berupa limbah cair atau padat, terkadang masuk langsung ke badan air sungai, yang kemudian menyebabkan penurunan kualitas air Sungai Musi, yang ditandai dengan perubahan secara fisik, kimia, maupun biologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana distribusi pencemaran air sungai Musi di Kecamatan Kertapati Palembang, dan bagaimana kondisi kualitas dan kuantitas fisik air sungai Musi menurut standar baku mutu yang ditetapkan pemerintah provinsi Sumatera Selatan, berdasarkan turbidity, pH, TDS, dan warna.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pengukuran secara langsung di lapangan, dan uji laboratorium.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi pencemaran air Sungai Musi di lapangan menunjukkan mengalami penurunan kualitas.  Hal ini terlihat pada beberapa parameter seperti turbidity, pH, TDS, dan warna. Kata kunci : Kata kunci : pencemaran, kualitas air, sungai, industri, turbidity

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sungai Ogan merupakan salah satu sungai di kota Palembang yang digunakan sebagai air baku air minum. Kondisi perairan sungai Ogan saat ini terjadi penurunan kualitas sebagai air bersih.  Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih, maka perlu untuk menganalisis kualitas airSungai Ogan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kualitas air sungai Ogandan mengevaluasi kondisi air sungai Ogan dengan standar baku mutu air yang telah ditetapkan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pengukuran secara langsung di lapangan, dan uji laboratorium. Sampel dalam penenlitian ini adalah sebagian air sungai di Seberang Ulu, khususnya wilayah instalasi Ogan PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air sungai Ogan menunjukkan kecenderungan pola yang fluktuatif yang diukur selama bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2017, yang ditunjukkan dari parameter fisika, kiimia, dan mikrobiologi.  Hasil dari uji laboratorium memiliki kecenderungan aman sebagai air baku air minum dan sesuai berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur propinsi Sumatera Selatan Nomor 16 Tahun 2005 tentang Peruntukan Air dan Baku Mutu Air Sungai. Kata Kunci : fisika, kimia, air baku, baku mutu.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors such as the healthcare system, tourism, trade, industry and economy sector especially on the economic activities of MSMEs. MSMEs are very vulnerable to being affected by business disruptions, because they are indirectly related to sectors affected by the pandemic such as the tourism sector, transportation to the culinary industry.However, in this COVID-19 pandemic, MSMEs lack of resilience and flexibility due to several things, such as the low level of digitalization, difficulties in accessing technology and a lack of understanding strategies to survive in business.So to overcome this challenge, MSMEs need to make accurate plans and strategies, so that companies can find out their strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats.SWOT analysis is used to obtain information derived from the analysis of the company's internal and external environmental situations.This analysis is needed to help develop MSMEs in recognizing their strengths and weaknesses as well as taking advantage of every existing opportunity and avoiding or minimizing threats in market competition.This research uses SWOT and TOPSIS analysis methods. SWOT analysis begins by weighting and ranking internal factors and external factors of MSMEs. The TOPSIS method is used to sort priorities from alternatives to the selected strategy.The results show that alternative strategies that can be applied are to create innovative new products, expand sales areas, increase promotions, turn business processes digital by using existing online platforms and expanding sales areas.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Unavailability of clean water in accordance with water quality standards and the lack of knowledge of local Keramasan village communities to manage water that is safe, it is necessary to do a workshop / training design and processing of drinking water. The workshop aims to open insight, improve the knowledge and skills of the community in drinking water treatment training for the residents of Keramasan Kertapati. The service method is carried out by conducting training on the design of water filter devices, which are then channeled to ultra violet sterilizers to kill or kill pathogenic microorganisms in water so that the water can be drunk directly. The results of this service are expected to help the community to get water that is suitable for consumption independently and to provide understanding and improvement in the quality of health for the community

Abstract

Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja resiko kecelakaan serta penyakit bisa terjadi karena program K3 yang tidak berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini berdampak pada produktivitas tenaga kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja PT. ABC. Penelitian dilakukan dibagian perkebunan dengan jumlah responden 52 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan yang mencakup variabel keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode partial least square menunjukan bahwa produktivitas kerja pada variabel keselamatan kerja (X) dipengaruhi oleh faktor alat pelindung diri dengan nilai 0,709, pengawasan secara lebih intensif terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan nilai 0,688, metode petunjuk kerja dengan nilai 0,756, Pada variabel kesehatan kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor jaminan kesehatan yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap karyawan dengan nilai 0,820, dan pendidikan mengenai pentingnya kesehatan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan nilai 0,827 sedangkan pada variabel produktivitas kerja nya sendiri dibentuk oleh indikator tercapainya target produksi melebihi batasan 0,7 sangat kuat yang berarti K3 memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja dilapangan.

Abstract

Rubber is one of the non oil-gas product from South Sumatera. However, several companies in this sector are not yet concerned with environmental aspects. Most companies have a profit-oriented goal regardless of environmental aspects especially waste management. The environmental aspect has not been integrated into the supply chain in practice so that its implementation has not been effective. Green supply chain management is a way to integrate it. Applications of green supply chain management in companies could help to minimize the impact of environmental pollution. However GSCM performance measurement has not been widely carried out in the rubber processing industry, especially those located in South Sumatra. So the aim of this research is to analyze the performance of GSCM using the green SCOR model. The results showed that the value of GSCM performance in PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang is categorized as average with a value of 64.03.

Abstract

PT. X is a company that processes semi-finished rubber. In its management, the company relies on a number of suppliers of raw rubber. In the production process produces liquid waste. The problem in this research is how to increase company productivity and reduce environmental impact. This study aims to determine the level of company productivity, knowing the EPI index (Environmental Performance Indicator). Methods of conducting research through observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of calculations performed, it shows that the company's productivity is quite good with an average value of 202.56%, while the results of the calculation of the total EPI index are positive because the company has made management efforts in accordance with the applicable provision.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is almost evenly distributed in all sectors of life, including education. The existence of the Ministry of Education and Culture's policy forces all teachers to be able to present distance learning. The problem with partners is that they haven't used the Google Classroom application optimally. The method given in this community service activity is socialization and direct training / practice by the teacher who is accompanied by a community service team. The results obtained from 20 respondents were 90% familiar with the material presented, as many as 85% were able to apply it in the class later, and the rest gave other responses.
