Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY. Secara spesifik untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau kemampuan koordinasi; (2) perbedaan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau metode latihan; (3) ada tidaknya interaksi antara kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan pendekatan faktorial 2x2 desain blok. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY, dan sampel diambil sejumlah 28 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian: (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau kemampuan koordinasi (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau metode latihan dan (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY.  THE ABILITY OF PLAYING SEPAKTAKRAW WITHIN THE STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTAAbstract This  study aims to investigate the effect of the coordination capabilities and training methods on the sepaksila skills of sepaktakraw student athletes in Yogyakarta Special Territiry (YST), especially to find out; (1) the difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the coordination capabilities; (2) the difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the training methods; (3) the interaction between the coordination capabilities and the training methods on the sepaksila skills of sepak satkraw student athletes in YST. This study employed the experimental method with the 2x2 factorial block design. The research population comprised all sepaktakraw student athletes in YST and the sampel, consisting of 28 athletes, was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The conclusions of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant defference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the coordination capabilities; (2) There is a significant difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the  training methods; (3) There is a significant interaction between the coordination capabilities ant the training methods on the sepaksila skills among the sepaktakraw student athletes in YST. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh antara pendekatan latihan teknis dan taktis dengan ketepatan shooting; (2) mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan motorik koordinasi mata dan tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting; (3) mengetahui interaksi pengaruh antara pendekatan latihan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan dengan ketepatan shooting. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan 2x2. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMP Negeri 1 Sumpiuh dan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sumpiuh yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola basket. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur (ANOVA two-way). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan pendekatan teknis, dan taktis mempengaruhi ketepatan shooting dalam permainan bola basket; (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan motorik koordinasi mata dan tangan dengan ketepatan shooting dalam permainan bola basket; (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara pendekatan latihan dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan shooting dalam permainan bola basket. The influence of training approach and eyes-and-hands coordination on shooting accuracy in the participant’s basket extracurricular activity AbstractThe study was conducted in order to: (1) identify the influence of technical and tactical practice on shooting accuracy; (2) identify the influence of motoric capacity within the eyes-and-hands coordination on shooting accuracy; and (3) identify the influence of training approach and eyes-and-hands coordination on shooting accuracy. The study was a 2x2 experiment and the subjects in the study were the students of Negeri 1 Sumpiuh State Junior High School who attended the basketball extracurricular activity. The samples in the selected by means of purposive random sampling technique with total number of respondents 20 people. In gathering the data, a measurement test was administered among the students and the data were analysed by using two-way ANOVA. The results of the study show that: (1) the technical and tactical practice has significant influence on shooting accuracy within the basketball game; (2) the motoric capacity within the eyes-and-hands coordination has significant influence on shooting accuracy within the basketball game; and (3) the eyes-and-hands training and coordination approach has significant influence on shooting accuracy within the basketball game.

Abstract

The uphill and downhill training method is one of the exercises that must be applied because it is an important component in the success of the soccer game. The objectives were to examine (1) the difference in the effect of uphill and downhill training on leg power, (2) the difference between players with high and low leg strength on leg power; and (3) the interaction between uphill and downhill training with leg strength (high and low) on leg power of football players. This type of research is an experiment with 2 x 2 factorial. The sample of Sleman United football players is 20 players. Leg and back dynamometer and vertical jump instruments. ANOVA data analysis technique α = 0.05. Research result. (1) There is a significant difference between uphill and downhill training on leg power. The results showed that the uphill training group was better than the downhill group. (2) There is a significant difference between the players with large and small leg strength concerning leg power. Players with large limb strength are better than small legs. (3) There is a significant interaction between the training method and leg strength on the leg power of football players. The research results are expected to be a reference in developing and implementing uphill exercises

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode drill dan bermain terhadap peningkatan kemampuan smash bulutangkis, (2) perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan smash bulu-tangkis antara metode drill atlet yang memiliki power otot lengan tinggi dengan metode bermain atlet yang memiliki power otot lengan tinggi, (3) perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan smash bulutangkis antara metode drill atlet yang memiliki power otot lengan rendah dengan metode bermain atlet yang memiliki power otot lengan rendah, (4) pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan dan power lengan terhadap kemampuan smash bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet PB. STIM YKPN Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive random sampling, besarnya sampel yang diambil sebanyak 36 atlet. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain faktorial. Uji prasyarat analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas (uji Liliefors dengan α = 0.05) dan uji homogenitas varians (Uji Bartlet dengan α = 0.05).Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ada perbedaan  pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill dan metode bermain terhadap kemampuan dalam melakukan smash bulutangkis. Pengaruh metode drill lebih baik dari pada metode bermain. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill dengan power otot lengan tinggi dengan metode bermain dengan power otot lengan tinggi. Peningkatan keterampilan smash bulutangkis metode drill dengan power otot lengan tinggi lebih baik dari pada metode bermain dengan power otot lengan tinggi. (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill power otot lengan rendah dengan metode bermain power otot lengan rendah. Peningkatan keterampilan smash bulutangkis metode bermain power otot lengan rendah lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode drill power otot lengan rendah, (4) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara metode latihan dan power otot lengan terhadap peningkatan smash bulutangkis.  THE INFLUENCE OF PRACTICE METHOD AND POWER TOWARD THE ABILITY TO PERFORM SMASH IN A BADMINTON GAMEAbstract The purposes of this study are to reveal: (1) the difference in the effect of the drilling and playing on the enhancement of badminton smash, (2) the difference in ability enhancement of badminton smash among athletes who have high arm muscle power with drilling method and those who have high arm muscle power  with playing method, (3) the difference in ability enhancement between badminton athletes who have low arm muscle power with drilling and playing methods, and (4) the interaction effect between training methods and the arm power on badminton smash skill. This research used a 2x2 factorial experimental design. The population in this study was athletes of PB STIM YKPN Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling whereas, the number of sample taken was 36 athletes. The data analysis techniques in this study was design factorial. The data analysis prerequisite test was using normality test (Liliefors test with α = 0.05) and the test of homogeneity of variance (Bartlet Test with α = 0.05). The results are as follows: (1) There is a significant difference between the methods of drilling and method of playing on the ability to perform badminton smash. The effect of drill method is better than that of the method of playing. (2) There is a significant difference between the method of drilling with the high arm muscle and that of playing with the high power  arm muscle. The enhancement skill of badminton smash with drilling method using high power  arm muscle is better than the playing method using high power  arm muscle. (3) There is a significant difference between the drilling method with low arm muscle power  and playing method using low arm muscle power . The increased ability of badminton smash skill using lower arm muscle power  is better than using drilling method with low arm muscle, (4) There is a significant interaction effect between the training methods and the arm muscle power  on the increase of the badminton smash. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan alat target net untuk memudahkan peserta didik SMP memelajari dan meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dasar pukulan net, smash, drive, dan short serve. Dalam penelitian pengembangan ini, langkah-langkah yang harus ditempuh meliputi: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain dan instrument, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi, dan (8) produksi/implementasi produk. Uji coba penelitian dilakukan terhadap 168 peserta didik dari SMP se-Kecamatan Piyungan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk alat pembelajaran target net dan buku manual target net yang memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya rerata persentase skor penilaian kualitas produk alat pembelajaran dan buku manual target net sebesar 98,66%.   DEVELOP TARGET NET AS A TOOL FOR SHOT LEARNING IN BADMINTON AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL   Abstract This research aims to produce and develop target net tools in facilitating JHS students to improve the basic techniques of net shots, smashes, drives, dan short serves. This research and development study follows the steps of: (1) the potential and problems identification, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) the design and validation of the instrumen, (5) revision of the design, (6) product trials, (7) revision, and (8) production/implementation of the product. The trials were conducted to 168 students from JSH in Piyungan districts, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The technique of data analysis is descriptive quantitative analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research is a learning tool of target net product and manual book of the target product, that have a very good quality.  Which is proved by the average percentage quality assessment score of the learning tools and manuals targeted net being 98.66%. Abstract

Olahraga sepakbola merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang banyak digemari oleh para siswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara pendekatan bermain dan pendekatan intruksi langsung keterampilan sepakbola, perbedaan keterampilan sepakbola antara peserta ekstrakurikuler yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi dan motivasi berprestasi rendah dan interaksi antara pendekatan bermain, intruksi langsung, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap keterampilan sepakbola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen faktorial 2x2. Sampel peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA N 2 Purwokerto dan SMA N 5 Purwokerto berjumlah 34 siswa. Instrumen motivasi berprestasi diukur dengan angket motivasi berprestasi dan keterampilan sepakbola diukur dengan Pengembangan David Lee oleh Subagyo Irianto tahun 2010. Teknik analisis data adalah Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dua jalur, dan uji Pairwise Comparisons signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu pendekatan bermain dan pendekatan intruksi langsung terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, nilai p = 0.00 < 0.05, ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil keterampilan sepakbola antara peserta ekstrakurikuler yang memiliki motivasi berpretasi tinggi dan motivasi berprestasi rendah, nilai p = 0.004 < 0.05, dan ada interaksi antara pendekatan bermain, intruksi langsung dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, nilai p = 0.05 ≤ 0.05 Playing approach, direct instruction, and motivation: is there an effect of SMA football extracurricular skills?AbstractFootball is a sport that is favoured by many students to take part in extracurricular activities. This study aims to determine the difference between the playing approach and the direct instructional approach to soccer skills, the difference in football skills between extracurricular participants who have high achievement motivation and low achievement motivation, and the interaction between the playing approach, direct instruction, and achievement motivation on football skills. This research is a 2x2 factorial experimental research. The sample of football extracurricular members at SMA N 2 Purwokerto and SMA N 5 Purwokerto was 34 students. The instrument of achievement motivation was measured by a questionnaire of achievement motivation and football skills were measured by David Lee's Development by Subagyo Irianto in 2010. The data analysis technique was two-way Variant Analysis (ANAVA), and the Pairwise Comparisons test was significant α = 0.05. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in influence, namely the playing approach and the direct instructional approach to football skills, p-value = 0.00 <0.05, there was a significant difference in the results of football skills between extracurricular participants who had high achievement motivation and low achievement motivation, p-value = 0.004 <0.05, and there is an interaction between the playing approach, direct instruction and achievement motivation on football skills, p-value = 0.05 ≤ 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay untuk peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal sekolah menengah atas yang layak digunakan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah- langkah penelitian pengembangan menurut Borg Gall dengan beberapa modifikasi menjadi 7 tahap. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 3 Bantul, SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta dan SMA Negeri 1 Pundong Bantul. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara, skala nilai, pedoman observasi model, lembar observasi efektivitas model dan kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay futsal sekolah menengah atas yang berisikan 12 pola penyerangan yaitu 8 pola penyerangan melalui goal throws dan 4 pola penyerangan dengan powerplay, yang disusun dalam bentuk buku panduan dan CD (compact disk). Hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli materi dan kuesioner siswa, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay futsal untuk sekolah menengah atas ini dinilai baik dan efektif, indeks kemampuan bermain hasil dari uji efektivitas produk juga mengalami peningkatan, dan respon peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini memberikan respon yang positif, sehingga model latihan yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Attacking training model (set plays) through goal throws and powerplay of futsal senior high school AbstractThis study aimed to produce models of attacking training (set plays) through goal throws and powerplay for participants of high school’s futsal extracurricular. This development research was conducted by adapting the research model proposed by Borg Gall which has been modified to became seven stages. The research subjects were members of futsal extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri 3 Bantul, SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta and SMA Negeri 1 Pundong. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, scale of scores, model observation guidelines, observation sheets of model effectiveness and questionnaires for the students. The data analysis techniques were descriptive quantitative analysis and descriptive qualitative analysis. Results of this research are a model of attacking training (set plays) through the goal throws and powerplay futsal at high school students containing twelve attacking patterns which are 8 attacking patterns through the goal throws and 4 patterns of attacking by powerplay, arranged in the form of a guide book and a CD (compact disk). Results of the data analysis materials expert judgments and students’ questionnaire can be concluded that the model of attacking training (set plays) through the goal throws and powerplay of futsal for senior high school is considered good and effective, performance playing index of the results of the effectiveness test of the products also increased, and the response of futsal extracurricular participants sampled in this study gave a positive response, so that the developed training model deserves to be used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kinestetik anak usia dini. Dalam penelitian pengembangan ini, langkah-langkah yang harus ditempuh meliputi: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) ujicoba awal, (5) revisi untuk menyusun produk utama, (6) uji coba lapangan utama, (7) revisi untuk menyusun produk operasional, (8) uji coba produk operasional, (9) revisi produk final, dan (10) diseminasi dan implementasi produk. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk berupa model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini. Model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini dikemas kedalam sebuah buku manual dan didampingi dengan Digital Versatile Disc (DVD). Pada akhir tahap penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini sangat baik dan efektif. Sehingga model permainan layak digunakan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, model, adventure, kinestetik, anak usia dini (4-6 Tahun) THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF ADVENTURE GAME TO IMPROVE CHILDREN’S KINESTETIC IN EARLY AGEAbstractThis study aims to produce a model of Adventure games to improve children’s kinestetic in early age. In this developmental research,  the steps that must be followedare: (1) Introduction study, (2) Planning, (3)  Improving the first pruduct, (4) The first trial, (5) Revision for arranging the main product, (6) The trial of the main field, (7) Revisionof oprational product, (8) The trial of operational product, (9) Revision of final product, and (10) The dissemination  and the implementation of product. The final result of this research a product like adventure games model to improve kinestetic ability children in early age. Adventure games model to improve  kinestetic ability  of children in early age is cased up in a manual book and accompanied with Digital Versatile disc (DVD). In the last step of the research, it can be concluded that adventure games model to improve kinestetic ability of  early age childeren has very good and effective, so that ready tu use.Keywords: Improvement, model, adventure, kinestetic, earlyage childeren (4-6 years old)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional anak TK kelompok B yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mentransfer ketiga domain belajar seraya anak bermain.Penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan model Gall Borg, langkah-langkah penelitiannya: (1) menilai kebutuhan untuk mengidentifikasi tujuan; (2) melakukan analisis instruksional; (3) menganalisis peserta didik dan bahan materi; (4) menulis tujuan kinerja; (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian; (6) mengembangkan strategi instruksional; (7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan instruksional; (8) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif pembelajaran; dan (9) merevisi instruksi. Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional anak TK kelompok B yang terdiri atas 6 aktivitas permainan yaitu: (1) permainan ular ceria; (2) permainan balok gembira; (3) permainan aku dan kamu; (4) permainan pancing botol; (5) permainan bola keranjang; dan (6) permainan bola pintar. Spesifikasi produk penelitian ini berupa buku dan panduan video (DVD) yang digunakan guru sebagai acuan untuk mengajar pengembangan sosial emosional pada anak TK kelompok B. Buku panduan ini berjudul “Permainan untuk Pengembangan Sosial Emosional”. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan praktisi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional sesuai dengan kurikulum, karakteristik, serta efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pengembangan sosial emosional pada anak TK kelompok B.Kata Kunci: model, permainan, pengembangan, sosial emosional THE GAME MODEL TO DEVELOP SOCIAL EMOTIONAL ASPECT OF CHILDREN IN THE GROUP B OF KINDERGARTEN AbstractThis investigation was proposed to develop social emotional aspect of children in the Group B of Kindergarten by using the game model that were proper as an instructional media for transfering the domain aspects such as cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects during playing. The research and development that was applied in this study used the Gall Borg model which consists of several steps: (1) assessing the needs to identify the purposes; (2) conducting instructional analysis; (3) analyzing learners and material resources; (4) writing the objectives of the performance, (5) develop the instruments for the assessment; (6) developing instructional strategies; (7) developing and selecting the instructional materials; (8) design and do a formative evaluation for the study; and (9) revising the instruction. The results show six activities of the game model to develop social emotional aspect of children in the Group B of Kindergarten. The game model consists of (1) the game of “cheerful snake”, (2) the game of “cheerful beam”, (3) the game of “me and you”, (4) the game of “bottle rod”, (5) the game of “basket ball”, and (6) the game of “smart ball”. The specification product from this experimental results can be a book and DVD, as a reference for teaching material in order to develop the aspect of social emotional of children in the Group B of Kindergarten. The book title is “Games for Social Emotional Development”. Based on the experts evaluation and some practitioners, this book was appropriate with the curriculum and characteristic, and also effective and feasible to be applied as media for developing social emotional of children in the Group B of Kindergarten.Keywords: model, game, development, social emotional
