Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the relationship between education and national competitiveness. Because from the results of a survey conducted by The Global Compliance Report the position of the competitiveness of the Indonesian nation always rises down from year to year. By looking at the various data, is there an educational factor that determines the position of national competitiveness. From the results of several documents and articles both journals and books it turns out that one of the pillars of the nation's competitiveness is education. Education is one of the efforts of a nation in improving the quality of its human resources. So to improve the quality of human beings is also required to make improvements to equitable education and quality of education. Because education is what will make qualified human beings a driver of national development towards a nation that has high competitiveness.

Abstract

he purpose of this research is to know the correlation of Child Protection Law with Teacher's Firmness and effectiveness of Moral Education at Ma'arif Junior High School Tugumulyo. This type of research is a correlation research using quantitative research methods. The place of study was conducted at Ma'arif Junior High School Tugumulyo. The subject of this research is educators or teachers of Ma'arif Junior High School Tugumulyo NU both the civil servants and honorary. The analysis used included quantitative data analysis. Analysis to test the hypothesis used r test before the data tested normality and linearity. Based on the results obtained from quantitative analysis, firstly, there is a significant correlation Child Protection Act No. 35 year 2014 with teacher firmness with the value of correlation coefficient 0.574 larger than r table is 0.444 which means strong correlation and its significance 0.008. secondly, there is no significant correlation of Child Protection Act No. 35 year 2014 with the effectiveness of moral education in SMU Ma'arif NU Tugumulyo. The correlation coefficient value of 0.334 is smaller than r table with the price of 0.444 which means weakness and significance level of 0.150 which is greater than 0.05 means not significant.

Abstract

The existence of educators in education is crucial, because the obligation not only to transform knowledge (knowledge) but also required to internalize the values ​​(value / qimah) on the learner. Abstract

Da'wah of the Prophet Muhammad in Medina achieved success with a relatively short time. The missionary strategy carried out by the Prophet by establishing a mosque as a center of activity and worship, uniting the tribes of Aus and Kharaj, Muslims with non-Muslims, brothering the Muhajirites and Ansar and the charter of Medina which became important documents in the establishment of the State of Medina. The social changes that occur in the Medina community as an indicator of the success of prophetic preaching from a sociological review that the prophet has succeeded as an Agent of Change or Da'I changed the social order and values and the system of government and economy in Madina.

Abstract

The problems that arise in this era are the first concerns about the replacement of educators with robotics or Artificial Intelligence (AI) when entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Second, the development of various kinds of sophisticated technology has led to changes in attitudes and behavior between educators and students in the field of education, such as changes in communication ethics between the two, weakening respect and appreciation for educators. Third, educators are required to be adaptive to the development of modern technology and utilize it in practice in the world of education. This research is a literature review (library reaserch). The relationship between educators and students in the millennial era in Islamic education cannot be completely replaced by machines or robotics, because in the concept of Islamic education there is a planting of attitudes towards students which in this case requires the direct role of an educator.

Abstract

The lack of the role of the school committee in education makes it a school partner to improve its management. Because it is clear in Law number 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 56 paragraph 3 that the school council approves in improving the quality of assistance by providing, directives and support for labor, facilities and infrastructure, and supervision of education at the education level. This paper is a literature study that uses documents related to schools and education suppliers as sources of data and analyzed using qualitative descriptive. Reconstruction of the management of the committee through improvements to the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the work program of the school committee and education unit. In addition, training and guidance for school committees also requires building good communication and cooperation between the school committee, the government and other parties. That way it is expected to increase the strategic role of schools in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Covid-19 has a very bad impact on human life. Many activities that are hampered are also limited because of this virus. The economic, social, political sectors including education are very affected. As a result, the world of education must carry out the learning process at home online. The most basic difference is that students cannot be directly with the teacher. So that the focus of students is very limited, considering many things that can interfere with student concentration when learning from home. Starting from this, it is what encourages parents to guide their children to learn with courage. is a challenge for parents. The situation is that parents must be technology literate in order to be able to guide children in school and provide full support for children to be able to learn well during the Covid-19 pandemic. This modern education pattern must still be implemented until conditions are back to conducive.

Abstract

Digital or online learning is one of the right solutions in today's learning, the transformation from face to face (conventional) to online learning, all of which require understanding, skills and familiarity with online learning. Many problems were found in the use of media and digital technology applied in the first learning process, learning saturation, second, not following the learning process well. Third, not disciplined to do the task. This study aims to analyze various study concepts regarding the use of digital learning media and technology by analyzing using a literature review method that refers to theoretical studies and other references related to values, socio-culture and norms that develop in the social situation under study. The results of the analysis of the use of media and learning technology in overcoming problems during the pandemic are knowledge about the implementation of digital learning, blended learning models, online learning strategies, the accuracy of choosing LMS applications in digital learning and providing a contribution and prospect to online learning which is considered quite good and significantly improved in current learning.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that during the learning process the teacher still uses improvised media such as books or student worksheets and blackboards. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rolling ball media on Islamic religion learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP O Mangunharjo, Musi Rawas Regency. The design used in this study is pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that classes that used rolling ball media got higher learning outcomes than classes that did not use rolling ball media. The average student learning outcomes at the post-test experimental class > control class (85.6 > 73.7). Based on the t-test analysis using the SPSS application in the final test with an error rate of 5%, the significance value was <0.05 (0.005 <0.05), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using rolling ball media on Islamic religion lesson learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP O. Mangunharjo, Musi Rawas Regency.
