Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah menghasilkan model sistem informasi manajemen termasuk sistem informasi akuntansi untuk TPA. Obyek penelitian yang dipilih adalah TPA yang berada di kecamatan Pulogadung. Pemilihan ini ditentukan untuk membentuk model perancangan sistem informasi manajemen yang mampu menghasilkan informasi yang relevan dan tepat waktu untuk perencanaan, pengendalian, pembuatan keputusan dan evaluasi kinerja dari kegiatan TPA. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan riset and development yang dilakukan di TPA untuk menghasilkan program sistem aplikasi software berbasiskan Microsoft Access (MS access). Abstract

The aim in this research was to examine the influence of ,free cash flow, ROA , proportion of independent commissioner and turn over asset on the performance of detection practices of management relation with the earnings management. Discretionary accruals are used as a proxy for earnings management. This research used 11 coal companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected using purposive sampling method, during the research period 2012-2014. Data were analyzed using simple regression method. Based on test results concluded that asset turnover and free cash flow has significant effect on earnings management. While OA and the proportion of independent commissioner has no significant effect on earnings management. This means that companies with high asset turnover and high free cash flow that will restrict earnings management practice.Keywords: earnings management, cash flow, assets turnover, ROA, independent commissioner

Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup tinggi bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi karena banyaknya perusahaan yang harus gulung tikar, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang terkena dampaknya berupa pemberhentian hubungan kerja (PHK). Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan keahlian tambahan kepada masyarakat agar mampu berdiri sendiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dengan melakukan usaha pembuatan ayam crispy beserta pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangannya. Alat yang dibutuhkan untuk pelatihan adalah berupa ayam, bahan pelapis cair, bahan pelapis kering dan sebagai tambahannya digunakan komputer (Ms.Excel), untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Pelatihan ini dapat memberikan manfaat berupa perbaikan pendapatan rumah tangga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa untuk jumlah produksi ayam crispy sebanyak 54.000 unit/tahun, diperlukan biaya variable sebanyak Rp. 100.538.000 atau sebesar Rp. 1.862/ayam. Hal ini dapat memberikan peluang usaha baru. Komponen biaya tetap dapat bervariasi, tergantung kepada pengembangan usahanya, seperti sewa ruko atau untuk merekrut karyawan, apabila usaha nya telah sangat berkembang. Kata kunci : Ayam crispy, laporan keuangan, BEP.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the shape of the world of work. This change makes 100% of universities in Indonesia conduct online learning, but some academic administrative activities are still carried out on campus. With this condition, higher education management faces two things that must be considered, namely the health of employees who are still working on campus, and teaching staff who work at home. The purpose of this study is to make the right size in measuring the Safety Management System in Higher Education in dealing with the threat of the virus and to examine the role of Management Commitment to the implementation of the Safety Management System and to examine the role of Safety Culture in the implementation of the Safety Management System. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire, with data analysis method using Path Analysis and Binomial Regression and validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. From the results of this study, it can be seen that a high Safety Culture cannot improve Safety Performance in Higher Education during the pandemic, which is different from Management Commitment and the Safety Management System which are the main determinants of employee Safety Performance during the pandemic. Management's commitment can indeed improve employee Safety Performance during a pandemic, but in improving Safety Performance during a pandemic, performance will be higher if the management commitment pushes the Safety Management System first, then it will increase the organization's Safety Performance with the virus pandemic.

Abstract

PT Agung Pelita Industrindo is a company engaged in the shoe industry that specializes in producing accessories or shoe components for various types of shoes. One of the products produced is the Foxing component product, which is a component produced for the NIKE Air Max Plus type of shoe. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the production process for Foxing component products still has product defects and The purpose of this research is to control the quality of the product of the foxing component at PT. Agung Pelita and to get information the most dominant types of defects in the Foxing production process and the factors causing the occurrence of defective products using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method and providing suggestions for improvements to reduce the number of defective products. From the results of the analysis obtained six types of defects produced in the Foxing component production process, the more dominant type of defect is waste defects, namely defects that occur due to unwanted small prints on Foxing component materials, so that the proposed improvements that can be made by PT Agung Pelita Industrindo to reduce the number of waste defects in the production process of Foxing's component products is to hold outreach to operators to improve understanding of SOPs related to mold cleaning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan (kondisi internal), serta peluang dan ancaman (kondisi eksternal) terhadap pengembangan usaha Kebab Ger-Berger, dan memformulasikan langkah yang tepat untuk pengembangan usaha dalam rangka peningkatan pendapatan Kebab Ger-Berger di Bangkalan. Dalam studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif analisis SWOT. Jumlah responden ada 4 orang yaitu pemilik usaha Kebab Ger-Berger di Bangkalan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Faktor kekuatan dan faktor peluang berpengaruh besar dan menyeluruh terhadap perkembangan usaha ini. Faktor kelemahan dan faktor ancaman tidak berpengaruh secara menyeluruh terhadap perkembangan usaha ini. Matrik kuadran SWOT berada di titik koordinat I yaitu 1,12 : 0,48 yang artinya langkah yang harus dilakukan menggunakan Growth Oriented Strategy. Oleh karena itu, langkah strategis perusahaan adalah menambah permodalan, penentuan lokasi yang strategis, menjalin kerjasama dengan UKM lainnya, menambah varian produk kebab, dan mengikuti acara seminar pelatihan wirausaha. Kata kunci : Faktor internal, faktor eksternal, pengembangan usaha.

Abstract

In general, waves in coastal environments are irregular and have a random shape with a height and period that was not constant. The accuracy of sediment transport rate prediction is the most important stages in the study of morphology and coastal marine environments. In addition, the predictive model of coastal morphology is more efficient to use the bottom shear stress calculation approach for practical purposes rather than a more complex approach to the modeling of two phases. In this paper, the calculation of sediment transport was based on the bottom shear stress modelling purposed with data validation from the experimental results in the turbulent bottom boundary layer over rough bed under irregular waves. The new approach to estimate the bottom shear stress was based on combining velocity and acceleration terms. Furthermore, a new approach of the bottom shear stress was applied to formulate the sheet flow sediment transport rate for irregular waves by using the experimental data from Dibadjnia and Watanabe (1998) and the empirical formula was found. Abstract

The bottom shear stress estimation is the most important step to device an input to all the practical sediment transport models. In this paper, the modeling of bottom shear stress in a rough turbulent bottom boundary layer under irregular waves of experimental result is examined by a new calculation method of bottom shear stress based on incorporating velocity and acceleration terms simultaneously. A new acceleration coefficient is proposed to formulate the bottom shear stress under irregular waves. The new formula is further examined with a basic harmonic wave cycle modified with the phase difference and square of the instantaneous friction velocity incorporating the acceleration effect as proposed by the previous researchers. The new method gave the smallest the RMSE value indicating that the new method has the best agreement with the bottom shear stress of experimental results. Therefore, it can effectively be utilized in a beach evolution model by combining it with the irregular wave transformation model.

Abstract

A numerical model of turbulent bottom boundary layer over rough bed under irregular waves is reviewed. The turbulence model is based upon Shear Stress Transport (SST) k- model. The non-linear governing equations of the boundary layer for each turbulence models were solved by using a Crank-Nicolson type implicit finite-difference scheme. Typical the main velocity distribution, turbulence kinetic energy and time series of the bottom shear stress are presented. These results are shown to be in generally good agreement with experimental result. The roughness effects in the properties of turbulent bottom boundary layer for irregular waves are also presented with several values of the roughness parameter (am/ks) from am/ks=5 to am/ks=3122. The roughness effect tends to decrease the main velocity distribution and to increase the turbulent kinetic energy in the inner boundary layer, whereas in the outer boundary layer, the roughness alters the mean velocity distribution and the kinetic energy turbulent is relatively unaffected. The effect of bed roughness on the bottom shear stress under irregular waves is found that the higher roughness elements increase the magnitude of bottom shear stress along wave cycle. And further, the bottom shear stress under irregular waves is examined with the existing calculation method and the newly proposed method.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem transportasi sungai merupakan faktor pendukung potensi dan obyek wisata Sungai Tallo sehingga dapat menarik kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengidentifikasi potensi wisata dan kebutuhan pergerakan orang yang akan mengakses ekowisata Sungai Tallo., (2) Mengetahui kondisi jaringan transportasi sungai., dan (3) Merumuskan konsep pengembangan transportasi sungai dalam mendukung ekowisata Sungai Tallo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, kuesioner. Sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui kajian pustaka yang terkait. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis potensi wisata dan kebutuhan pergerakan untuk akses ekowisata, analisis jaringan transportasi sungai dan analisis SWOT untuk strategi pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sungai Tallo dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana transportasi sungai dan wisata.Sungai Tallo sebagai kawasan konservasi mempunyai potensi wisata alam yang menarik khususnya Desa Lakkang sebagai destinasi ekowisata. Namun belum dikembangkan secara optimal dan permintaan pergerakan orang untuk wisata di Sungai Tallo belum dapat dilayani oleh aksesibilitas dan konektivitas jaringan transportasi sungai yang baik. Dari aspek potensi bangkitan dan kemudahan akses pergerakan maka dapat direncanakan 3 titik simpul baru yakni Jembatan Tello Jln. Perintis Kemerdekaan, Kawasan Perumahan BTN Antara (Kelurahan Tamalanrea Indah), dan Pemukiman Rappokalling. Strategi pengembangan dari hasil analisis SWOT terletak pada strategi WO dengan strategi turn-around yaitu meminimalkan kelemahan untuk memanfaatkan peluang.
