<![CDATA[Menurunnya kualitas lingkungan menjadi permasalahan yang terus membayangi masyarakat. Tercatat dalam Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Balikpapan pada tahun 2017, indeks pencemaran air (IPA) dan indeks pencemaran udara (IPU) dan pengangkutan sampah ke TPA terus meningkat. Permasalahan akibat kenaikan jumlah penduduk di Kota Balikpapan namun tidak ada kepeduliaan masyarakatnya menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya. Sekolah Budi Mulia Balikpapan menjadi contoh bahwa kualitas lingkungan menjadi polemik yang harus diatasi. Keterbatasan fasilitas, sarana dan pra sarana, serta minimnya perhatian pemerintah. Sekolah Budi Mulia termasuk kategori kawasan kumuh dengan sistem pengolahan sampah yang buruk. Selain itu, kebutuhan air baku yang digunakan untuk kegiatan Mandi Cuci Kakus (MCK) berasal dari kubangan dengan kualitas air yang buruk. Dalam rangka menyadarkan pentingnya arti menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup, maka perlu adanya pemahaman pengetahuan lingkungan hidup. Oleh karena itu, program pengembangan metode pembelajaran lingkungan berbasis edukasi dan aksi di Sekolah Budi Mulia Balikpapan. Adapun kegiatan dalam program ini diantaranya yaitu pemberian materi lingkungan melalui metode edukasi dan aksi yang diimplementasikan ke dalam kegiatan pengelolaan sampah, pembuatan filter air teknologi sederhana, camp alam, environment campaign, dan penanaman pohon bersama dengan komunitas di Balikpapan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai penerapan pemasaran sosial yang digunakan oleh PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) melalui programnya bernama Daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Proses penelitian ini melibatkan tiga aktor utama dalam perusahaan dan enam nasabah berbeda yang diklasifikasikan berdasarkan pada sektor bisnis dan durasi nasabah mengikuti program. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: bentuk dari pemasaran sosial oleh BTPN adalah pemberdayaan bernama Daya. Program ini memberdayakan masyarakat yang berasal dari kalangan pra-sejahtera. Daya memberikan mereka wawasan mengenai keuangan dan bisnis dasar. Daya mengharapkan nasabah untuk memiliki semangat dan keinginan untuk menjalankan usaha. Karakter dari nasabah Daya adalah kebanyakan memiliki pendidikan yang kurang tentang bisnis dan pada akhirnya hanya mengikuti semua arahan dari Daya tanpa menyaring dan mengeluh. Hal ini membuat Daya harus menciptakan strategi pemberdayaan agar relevan dan membuat nasabah menjadi aktif. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terdapat kekurangan dari program Daya dalam menilai keefektifan dan efisiensi dari program. Oleh karena itu, akan lebih baik jika Daya dapat membuat sistem kloter agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pemasaran Sosial, Perusahaan Keuangan, Wawasan Nasabah ABSTRACT The research aims to explore and achieve better understanding upon the social marketing used by PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) through its program called “Daya”. Research uses the qualitative method. It involves three main stakeholders in company and six different established Daya’s customers divided into their business sector and duration of their enrolment. The results show that: form of BTPN’s social marketing strategy is through a empowerment program named “Daya”. It generates people from pre-prosperous family to run their own. “Daya” gives them insight specifically in basic financial and business knowledge. “Daya” expects the customer to possess spirit and willingness in running their business. Character of the customer most likely is less educated in term of business and accepts all the contents without filtering or complaining. It makes “Daya” should have to create strategic empowerment to customers. In other side, “Daya” should adjust the content to make it relevant with current business situation and customer needs. The research found that there is a lack of measurement in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness. Thus, “Daya” can create a batch system to acquire better result. <![CDATA[In the shaft-rotor system, vibration problems often occur. Therefore, in order to vibration analysis can be performed as well as operation speed limits can be determined properly, then information about the natural frequency and critical speed of shaft-rotor system must be known well. Natural frequency of the rotor-shaft system depends on it's speed. In this study, analysis of the dynamic behavior of a shaft-rotor system model by using the finite element method (FEM) has been done. Analysis was performed to obtain the critical speeds and to visualize mode shapes of the 3D shaft-rotor system model. Here, shaft-rotor system model consists of a 3D multi-storey shaft which is divided into 48 elements, two rivet shaft bearings, two disks, each of which is divided into 12 elements. Shaft speed in RPM varied from 0 to 24000 RPM with 100 RPM intervals. For each rotation axis arranged mass matrix, damping matrix, and stiffness matrix systems using the finite element method. The price of natural frequency and mode shape vector price is determined by using the direct method. From the analysis that has been done, the natural frequency obtained 96 forward and 96 backward natural frequency. For 2 pieces of personal frequencies forward and 2 backward the first natural frequency obtained 7 pieces of critical shaft rotation rates. From the visualization mode shape for the first 4 rounds of the critical mode shape obtained at the first natural frequency is equal to the forward mode shape at the first natural frequency and the backward mode shape at the second natural frequency is equal to the forward mode shape at the second natural frequency backward. From the visualization mode shape for 3 rounds last critical mode shape obtained in 2 pieces forward of the first natural frequency and mode shape on the same 2 pieces of the first natural frequency equal backward.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Provision of irrigation water in the area is often the case in the absence of a good setting so that the excess water supply regardless of the availability of water itself. In this case the water delivered to lands should be timely and the amount needed in the field.Batang Selo irrigation area is one of the technical irrigation under the management of Tanah Datar regency government in this case the Department of Infrastructure, which is currently implementing a rice-rice cropping this annually held since the completion of the construction of irrigation area of Batang Selo. Prediction of the increased demand for water in the future especially that accompanied the decline of water resources, it is necessary to anticipate early to water resources management strategies that exist for water to be used optimally. To optimize utilization of water resources of the river Batang Selo, then the efficiency of irrigation water use Batang Selo should be maximized.Implementation of the cropping pattern (rice-rice) today regardless of the availability of water each year lead to the use of water for irrigation is less efficient. Therefore in order to increase the efficiency of irrigation water use, need to be replicated on the application of cropping patterns that can improve the efficiency of irrigation water. Studies submitted through this thesis is to study the cropping pattern that can improve efficiency of irrigation water use by analyzing the planting patterns with few alternatives that can produce water balance maximal and efficient irrigation. Based on the results of the study found that the pattern of rice-rice-planting crops without an alternative class of 3 with the needs of the smallest water that is equal to 19.880 m3/dt/year can be applied and provide irrigation water efficiency and generate water balance that maxsimal and Cropping Intensity increased from the existing condition. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by communication style Head of Department, acting and acting Head of Department of Fishery and marine Riau Province not yet reflect attitude of a leader, The formulation of problem from this research is how far influence of communication style Head of Department of Fishery and Marine Riau Province to Performance Employee .The methods used in this study i.e., quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in the study using a detailed questionaire. sample Determined by researchers as many as 95 people servant, the reason the author choose the Department of Fisheries and Marine Riau Province, because researchers want to see the communication style Head of Service to employees. In processing the data the author uses SPSS 17.0 program by using simple linear regression formula with the formula Ý = a + bX. Based on the research results found that Communication Style Head of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of Riau Province influence on Employee Performance with a correlation value of 0.916. The value of 0.916 shows the correlation between independent variables (Head Office Communication Style) and dependent variable (Employee Performance) is in very strong correlation category (0,800 - 1,000). This is reinforced by the result of hypothesis test with F count> F table (676.503> 1.915).While the significance test obtained value 31.884> 0.202, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Communication Style Head of Department has a significant influence on Employee Performance. This is indicated by different results with the respondent's answer on each question item. From 44 item of question known that on communication style of Head of Department to performance of employee of each item of question answered with majority agree and strongly agree. From the determination coefficient test or R Square of 0.916 or 91.6%. This shows that the variables studied (communication style Head of Service) give effect to employee performance equal to 91,6%. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done known communication style Head of Department of Fisheries and Marine Riau Province influence on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Beam - column Joint is a critical part on a reinforced concrete frame structure which is designed specifically for inelastic deformating when obtain a strong earthquake . Beam - column Joint will get horizontal and vertical shear forces as a moment result from the column above and below it and moments of the beams when carry the load of the earthquake. Beam-column joint is a very important part when transfer forces between precast elements which are connected. Beam - column joint area should be planned well in order to avoid changes the force flow precast structure which result the collapse of the hierarchy which are achieved in the structure . when the system of structure is changed from conventional to precast, it should be needed a good analyze to get an accuracy capacity in the critical region structural elements . In this study is obtained a moment and shear capacity of the structure which is put on any type of soil between conventional beam-column connection and a precast use Dywidag Ductile Connector. The result show that there are a differences between two types of connections in moment and shear capacity what are placed in difference soil conditions . The greatest of moments capacity is in the conventional beam column connection, that is SE = 271.25kNm, SD = 222.40 kNm , SC = 199.35 kNm, SB = 162.20 kNm, SA = 162.20 KNm. While The greatest of shear capacity is in the precast beam column connection, that is SE = 1318.21 kN , SD = 1019.80 kN , SC = 1019.80 kN, SB = 878.80 kN, SA = 679.87 kN. it is caused of type of method in calculating for the capacity of conventional systems and precast connector with ductile connector type.Keyword : Precast, Conventional, Ductile Connector, Beam – Column Connection]]>

<![CDATA[Each of Indonesian journalists must uphold the Code of Journalistic Ethics in carrying out any work in the field of journalism . However, this time not all Indonesian journalists make journalism ethics as a " crown " in the works . A reliable and professional journalists should have the following three criteria . First , master the skills of journalism . Second , control of field coverage. Third , understand and adhere to journalistic ethics .For that purpose made a post this time to find out what things are often a problem in the world of journalism ethics , so that could be a picture of good press and imaging and uphold the rules of the world press .The world press is also closely related to the world of communication and now it often becomes a problem due to a communication error is in disseminating information to the public , so the performance issues of the press in this case journalists interesting to do in-depth study on the ethics of their work to avoid errors chaos in the world of communication or communication that result in harm to others .The method used Relating to this study , the approach used in this study is using a qualitative approach using sychronization source of primary data and secondary data sources . Sources of primary data obtained through interviews to journalists as press personnel who perform journalistic tasks and conduct field observations , while secondary data sources which include regulations , code of conduct , official documents . books and reports the results of research in the form of secondary data material in this study .The results of this scientific journals can be proved with some interviews to journalists in Palangkaraya who admits that they can not work and understand 100 percent implementation of the code of journalistic ethics , particularly the clauses relating to the independence of the press to do the job .The conclusion in the press itself still needs some improvement in addition to providing training to journalists but also strengthen the structure and capabilities of the institution itself in the Indonesian press . <![CDATA[Stroke is a loss of brain function cause of circulatory disorders of the brain, so that the patient will suffer paralysis or death. Post-stroke changes will lead to physical limitations that would become a form of disability in patients and lead to the patient's self-image is disturbed, unproductive, dependence on others. Efforts that can be made include neuro rehabilitation programs or treatments of stroke include physical therapy and exercise to control patient’s movement in order to prevent stiffness and immobility. Research conducted in RSUP.DR. M.Djamil, stated that there are several variables that affect the obedience of post-stroke patients to undergo neuro rehabilitation programs, includes the knowledge, support, and motivation of patient’s family. This research aims to determi ne the effect of knowledge and family support towards patient’s obedience undergoing post -stroke neuro rehabilitation in this RSUDZA. This research was used a cross-sectional design by accidental sampling method, that have been collected totaled 40 respondents in October-November 2015. The analysis used in this research was the Mann-Whitney test, the results obtained p-value of 0.000 (p0.05) to the effects of variable knowledge and obtained p-value of 0.002 (p0.05) against the influence of family support variable. It is concluded that there is influence between knowledge and family support with obedience of neuro rehabilitation in RSUDZA Banda Aceh 2015]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe through the dimensions of critical discourse analysis (AWK) the Teun Van Dijk model on the discourse of a duet of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and Prabowo through the online media channel Tribunnews.com for the period of June 2021. All data in this study were analyzed using technical methods qualitative. Tribunnews.com journalists who were researched in their reports tended to be critical, accompanying the discourse on the Jokowi-Prabowo duet that was previously presented to the public. Criticizing the discourse that is fed with various points of view, as well as wanting to show identity or ideology as a message-feeding medium, without any intervention from any party, including the authorities.]]>
