Abstract

Oyster Mushrooms can provide advantages and disadvantages. From some mushrooms that can be processed to become snacks that can be consumed. Mushrooms are also sometimes used as ingredients for traditional medicine. One of the mushrooms that can be processed into food is oyster mushroom, which has been getting a lot of attention lately. Mushrooms that have a distinctive white color are known as Shimeji (Japan), Abalone Mushroom or Ayster Mushroom (Europe or America) and Supa Liat (West Java). Jamut Oyster has a high nutritional content so it can be consumed for those who are on a diet. Usually mushroom farmers sell oyster mushrooms in a fresh state. Currently in Banten there are not many who sell oyster mushrooms as processed food, although financially selling after processing is much more profitable than selling fresh mushrooms. From the results of surveys and interviews with the community around Ciherang Village, Gunung Sari sub-district, it turns out that they have not received information about how to process mushrooms to make various types of snacks. The people's knowledge is limited, which is usually only vegetables or stir-fried. In our community service, we discuss how to process oyster mushrooms. The purpose of this training is to provide partners with knowledge of processing oyster mushrooms into nuggets, shredded and broth. Partners are given information on how to make processed oyster mushrooms with good quality. Then given knowledge about how to market through online media with attractive packaging

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and leverage on effective tax ratepartially and simultaneously. The variables used in this study are effective tax rate, profitability, and leverage. This study is an empirical study with sample selection based on criteria. The sample used was 8 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The results of the study prove that partially profitability has no influence on effective tax rate and leverage has an influence on effective tax rate. Simultaneously it is proven that profitability and leverage have an influence on effective tax rate. Based on the coefficient of determination, it can be interpreted that effective tax rate is influenced by profitability and leverage of 17.3% and other variables of 82.7%.

Abstract

One of the benchmarks in investing is the ease of obtaining information about the development of stock prices on the stock exchange. The information obtained is what is needed for investors who will invest, some information can be used as a reference for investing in the capital market including, interest rate inflation, exchange rates, price fluctuations, trading volume, important information on issuers and others.This study aims to determine how the effect of exchange rates and interest rates together on stock prices in conventional banks listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.This research method uses a quantitative approach. Sources of data in this study is secondary data with a population of 42 banking companies and obtained a sample of 9 banks.Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the exchange rate (X1) against stock prices (Y) in conventional banks t-test calculation results t-test value (0.792 < 2.016) and a significance value of 0.433 > (0.05), interest rates (X2) on stock prices (Y) in conventional banks t-test results of t-test calculations (0.098 < 2.016) and a significance value of 0.923 > (0.05). Partially test (F-Test), together the exchange rate (X1) and interest rates (X2) variables on stock prices (Y) in conventional banks with the results of the calculated value Fcount (0.424) < Ftable (3.220), and it is known significance value of 0.657 > 0.05.The conclusion in this study states that the exchange rate has no effect on stock prices in conventional banks, interest rates have no effect on stock prices in conventional banks, as well as joint testing of exchange rates and interest rates has no effect on stock prices in conventional banks

Abstract

The majority of the residents of Cinyurup village are beneng taro farmers and entrepreneurs of beneng taro chips, but the management is still simple and is not managed systematically and wellplanned, so that it cannot provide maximum results. The aim of this training is to increase competitiveness for the small and medium entrepreneurs of taro chips into independent small industries. The method of implementation is through: seminars of material delivery, discussion, practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this training show that not all small and medium industrial entrepreneurs are taro beneng chips those in Cinyurup village who have not implemented business management, have not processed distribution permits, halal certificates, produced product innovations and online marketing, due to limited funds and human resources

Abstract

Tourism development is currently aimed at sustainable tourism development with development based on the principle of community-based empowerment. One of the villages that developed with these principles is  Pipitan  Village. Pipitan Creative Park is a new tourist attraction in Kota Serang that has many tourist destinations. Pipitan Creative Park tourism  has resources that are abundant enough that it has considerable tourist potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. This place when considered more than potential can be developed as a charming beauty makes tourists more comfortable. In this case, the program implemented is to further develop the Pipitan Creative Park of Walalantaka Subdistrict. In tourism management, there are several aspects of planning, management, supervision and evaluation. But in its implementation, not optimal for this reason, the management of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) is necessary. Human Resource Development, Friendly local population and Artisan community training. These methods are used to improve the economy of the community by organizing events involving the community around tourist attractions, maintenance of garbage tubs and cooperation programs with third parties. The positive impact on Creative Park attractions is the opening of jobs, increasing community income, the use of tourist facilities in the local community.

Abstract

The banking sector plays an important role in moving the wheels of a country's economy. The entire banking sector has a goal in increasing profitability. Profitability is used as a basis for seeing the company's ability to earn profits within a certain period. The level of profitability to measure profitability one of which uses the return on asset approach. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the factors that affect profitability. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative research type. The data used are secondary data on CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM and ROA sub-sector listed on the indoinesio stock exchange. The results show that LDR are not significant on ROA, but CAR and NIM have a significant effect on ROA

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the key for companies to win business competition to achieve this the role of promotion, market orientation and service quality becomes very important. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of promotion and market orientation on customer satisfaction by mediating service quality at Honda Pontang Perkasa motorcycle dealers, Serang Regency. This study used primary data from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to 160 respondents using accidental sampling or convenience sampling techniques. Method of analysis using the PLS-SEM approach. The results of the study show that promotion has a direct effect on service quality and customer satisfaction, market orientation does not affect service quality and customer satisfaction and service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, in addition, there is a mediation effect between promotion on customer satisfaction through service quality and no mediation effect between market orientation and customer satisfaction through service quality

Abstract

Anyar Village, Anyar District is a village that has local potential, namely many fishermen who often catch kuwe fish and fishermen are only used by selling their catch in the form of raw fish. The relatively cheap price is not able to provide significant benefits to the catch of kuwe fish, so innovation is needed to process it further. Seeing this situation, it is necessary to conduct training on fish kuwe into ready-to-eat foods such as shredded fish and product packaging in order to increase the selling value of fish kuwe. Making this fish floss does not require a large cost, so it is easy to be applied by kuwe fish fishermen. Meanwhile, the selling value is relatively better than the selling value of raw fish. Problems in the field in this service activity are explored through observation and interview methods. After the problems have been identified, training and socialization preparations are carried out, then training is carried out on the manufacture of shredded fish and its packaging. This activity succeeded in providing an understanding of the importance of increasing the added value of fish production through processing it into shredded fish, providing skills in making shredded fish and packaging it. Further service activities can be directed at assisting the community in obtaining P-IRT permits, selling sales through social media, and assisting the next production innovation process, among others, by trying various other flavor variants other than those tested in the current service activity

Abstract

Tempat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu kelompok bank sampah “Citaman Resik” di Desa Citaman Kecamatan Ciomas Serang.Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk peningkatan keterampilan manajemen kewirausahaan untuk pengolahan aneka kerajinan serabut kelapa dan bahan atau pakaian bekas. Metode pelatihan berupa penyampaian materi manajemen usaha, inovasi produk dan pemasaran online, pendampingan dan monitoring pasca pelatihan.Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukan bahwa anggota kelompok usaha bank sampah Citaman Resik banyak yang belum memahami manajemen usaha, inovasi produk dan pemasaran online, hal ini disebabkan masih minimnya latarbelakang pendidikan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman dan sumber daya manusia dan juga masih kurangnya peran dari apparat Desa Citaman dan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Serang dalam membantu peningkatan keterampilan manajemen kewirausahaan kepada anggota kelompok usaha bank sampah citaman resik Desa Citaman Ciomas.

Abstract

The current management of the tofu industrial waste in SMEs has not been managed properly, the solid and liquid waste is discharged into the environment, such as ditches and rivers. For this reason, it is necessary to increase efforts to utilize the waste generated by community activities. The effort to utilize this waste is not only a form of environmental management that is inherent in the quality of human life, it is also an effort to develop human resources that can open up new business opportunities. Many types of waste can be reused through recycling or converted to other useful products, one of which is waste. from the tofu industry. The waste usually still contains fiber, carbohydrates, protein, fat, organic acids, and minerals and basically can undergo biological changes so that it can be converted to other products such as energy, food, feed, organic fertilizers and others. In an effort to build small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), first of all the chemical and physical properties must be known, so that various possible products can be estimated. Then the selected product is considered with its market and techno-economy. For example, tofu dregs have chemical properties that are dominated by protein so that they can be processed into food such as nuggets which function as a source of protein and can improve the community's economy
