Abstract

Sebelum seorang investor mengambil keputusan untuk berinvestasi di suatu perusahaan, maka ia harus mengetahui informasi mengenai kinerja dan prospek masa depan perusahaan tersebut. Data yang bisa digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja sebuah perusahaan adalah melalui dividen per share dan earning per share-nya. Earning per share memberikan gambaran mengenai prestasi perusahaan dalam memperoleh keuntungan sehingga investor akan meyakini dana yang diinvestasikannya akan memperoleh imbalan. Demikian pula jika perusahaan memutuskan untuk membagikan dividen per share, hal ini akan disambut positif oleh investor yang menginginkan pembagian keuntungan atas lembar saham yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dividen per share dan earning per share terhadap harga saham perusahaan di BEI. Objek yang diambil adalah sebanyak 21 (dua puluh satu) perusahaan emiten berjenis manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode pengamatan 2005 sampai dengan 2009 (lima tahun berturut-turut), sehingga berjumlah 105 sampel observasi. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Model Regresi Linier Berganda (Multiple Linear Regression) untuk melihat hubungan kausal antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependent. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara parsial baik variabel dividen per share maupun earning per share sama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan keduanya bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variansinya terjelaskan dalam Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,888 berarti 88,8% perubahan Harga Saham dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel DPS dan EPS. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dividen per share dan earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang ada.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this Community Service program is to provide insight into the knowledge and skills of local employees related to entrepreneurship, which can be used to show soft skills in the workplace or as a side-job outside of daily activities. This activity is carried out by providing training that includes: lectures, discussions and simulations of business planning. The targets and partners of this PKM are Lecturers of Bina Bangsa University and employees of PIKK PLN IP-Suralaya PGU who want to become business actors. The implementation of PKM activities carried out has been carried out by the agreed plan, but the implementation process still needs to be done continuously to implement the PKM program. This program has a sustainable impact on preparing advanced and independent employees

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of planning in the world of business, especially in terms of production which of course will not be separated from a considerable expense. With planning, the company can figure out the amount to be produced, whether it is too large or too low. If in production there are deviations from the predetermined plan, it will be costly to the company concerned and the use of high costs in the production stage will disserve to the company. This research is qualitative research that aims to find out and explain the planning carried out in the Furniture Business in 2021. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Furniture Business planning,increase production. The result of this research is that the Furniture Business in the production of goods has planned as before, it can be proven in 2021 in the sales budget for One Package of Living Room Chairs which will be carried out in 2021, with a sales plan of 47 units and a sales budget of Rp. 94.000.000. As for the wardrobe sales budget which will be carried out in 2021, with a sales plan of 43 units and a sales budget of Rp.38.700.000, based on estimation results using three production approaches, that emphasize the stability of production, prioritizing inventory stability, and the combination of inventory and production levels fluctuating at certain limits. Furniture business for the final result is still an optimum balance between the level of production and the supply of inventory levels

Abstract

Saat ini pemerintah mewajibkan seluruh siswa, bahkan mahasiswa untuk belajar jarak jauh (daring) yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya mencegah penularan Covid-19 agar pendidikan di Indonesia dapat terus berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Perlunya penguasaann teknologi perlu dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dan dosen yang mana dalam hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiwa terlebih dosen yang biasanya kurang memahami teknologi terlebih dosen-dosen yang sudah berusia lanjut. Adanya pembelajaran secara online mengharuskan mahasiwa maupun mahasiswi mengumpulkan tugas secara online pula hal ini tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa presentsi dilakukan secara virtual. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara secara langsung dimana dengan menanyakan pertanyaan kepada para mahasiswa terkait presentasi secara online. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa proses perkuliahan daring berjalan cukup baik. Beberapa kendala diantaranya banyak menghabiskan kuota serta jaringan internet lemah. Proses perkuliahan masih perlu untuk terus dioptimalkan dan perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi demi perbaikan perkuliahan daring pada periode berikutnya.

Abstract

When present in a supply chain activity process, there are many different risks that can disrupt the supply chain flow to the point where it cannot operate effectively. As a result, it is necessary to improve supply chain performance in stages and be carried out continuously (sustainably). It is essential to reduce and get around the various risks. This study aimed to mitigate risks in the supply chain activities of tapioca flour products at PT Starch Solution International, Tbk Karawang, West Java, which identified possible risks that may arise in the tapioca flour supply chain. The method used in this study is the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Quality Function Deployment methods developed to identify and evaluate problems. The Supply Chain Operation Reference dimensions use to determine the business process criteria. Following the completion of the research, Incorporated The finding into the development of potential risk values. These values then establish the priority of risk agents to be mitigated using the House of Risk methodology. The outputs of House of Risk one (1) Utilize as inputs for the subsequent stage of the process. House of Risk two (2) is a framework for risk reduction strategies applicable to various risk sources (risk agents). According to the findings of the research conducted and the calculations performed by House of Risk two (2), eight risk reduction strategies should implement as quickly as possible. The highest priority is determining proper storage conditions in raw material warehouses, strengthening and standardizing invoice-making agreements with suppliers, and being more selective in choosing raw materials suppliers. It reminds suppliers to prioritize the soil suitable for planting, cassava quality standards according to needs, carrying out work and operational routes, and scheduling.

Abstract

One of the fundamental journalistic skills required of students, particularly in the Indonesian Education and Literature Study Program, is the ability to write news that produces events that are directly experienced and observed in social reality. This research is a developmental one, and its goal is to make Moodle-based E-Learning media for learning to write news with tools like PowerPoint software, Google Slides, and moodle. This research is being conducted in the United Kingdom. The research and development method and the define, design, development, and dissemination (4D) development model are being utilized in this study. The data was gathered using a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to two media experts and two material experts. Data analysis techniques used include validation analysis by experts using a Likert Scale. The results of the research are in the form of the feasibility of learning media products totaling three learning materials using a Likert scale with a score of 1-5 as follows: a) Media experts obtain a score of 82.31% from the validation results and are included in the very feasible category; b) Material experts get a score of 78.09% from the validation results and are included in the appropriate category. Based on the feasibility findings, it has been determined that Moodle-based E-Learning media is appropriate for news writing learning courses.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan divisi produksti PT.Dover Chemical. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan Analisis jalut (Path analysis) utnuk menguji hipotesisi model secara statistik dengan SPSS versi 23.0, serta unutk menentukan sejauh mana model yang diajukan tersebut konsisten dengan data sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan total sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja positif tetapi tidak signifikan; terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan gaya kepemimpian transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan tetapi tidak signifikan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan tansformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cerpen "Ibu yang Anaknya Diculik" karya Seno Gumira menggunakan pendekatan semiotika, khususnya dalam kerangka teori Charles Sanders Peirce. Cerpen ini dipilih karena mengeksplorasi tema yang kompleks dan menarik perhatian pembaca melalui penggunaan tanda-tanda dan makna dalam cerita. Dalam cerpen ini, penulis menggunakan berbagai tanda untuk menyampaikan cerita dan menggambarkan konflik yang dihadapi oleh ibu yang anaknya diculik. Tanda-tanda indeks digunakan untuk menyampaikan jejak-jejak keberadaan anak yang hilang, seperti pakaian yang ditinggalkan atau surat ancaman yang diterima oleh ibu. Tanda simbol digunakan untuk mewakili perasaan kehilangan, harapan, atau ketakutan yang dialami oleh ibu. Tanda ikon digunakan untuk menggambarkan citra visual dan menghadirkan adegan yang menggugah emosi dalam pikiran pembaca.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the independence of all posyandu cadres in the Pulomerak District area in monitoring and monitoring toddlers who experience stunting and increase the knowledge of parents, especially mothers with toddlers who experience stunting problems. This community service is carried out by door-to-door method to the fifteen stunting toddler homes with cadres from each RW. The mobile posyandu activities using the door to door method went very well as seen from the high enthusiasm of the participants and the support from mothers of toddlers and cadres. The results of evaluating activities using the qualitative interview method show that in general the knowledge and treatment of parents, especially mothers, regarding stunting and the role of the posyandu is good.

Abstract

Globalization has brought about significant transformations that have fundamentally altered the business and organizational environment. In the present context, Human Resource Management (HRM) is situated in an important position, confronted with the imperative to adjust and get transformation to sustain its relevance and efficacy. This study aims to examine the evolution of HR Management in response to the demands of globalization, specifically by analyzing the strategies employed to enhance the calibre of HR. Through the methodology of a literature review, this study investigates how the traditional idea of HR Management has been affected by the alterations that have occurred in the global business environment. These findings provide in-depth insights into organisations' strategies to improve HR quality. This research indicates that HR Management requires a transformation to adapt to the era of globalization. This transformation must involve some strategic steps. First, adjusting one's values and culture to those of international business is essential. Second, cultivating the ability to work across cultural boundaries becomes the foundation for international cooperation. Third, there is an emphasis placed on the development of global leadership to ensure the existence of leaders who can successfully manage diversity and complexity. In the fourth place, increased digital competence is incorporated to meet the technological challenges of an increasingly connected work world
