Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of earnings per share (EPS), dividend per share (DPS), and financial leverage (FL) empirically on the stock price. This research is a kind of causal research and be replicated on a previous study with the study population are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2013-2016. The data used are secondary data. This study analyzes the relationship among earnings per share (EPS), dividend per share (DPS), and financial leverage (FL) to the stock price. The method used is multiple linear regression to test the classical assumption first. The results of this study indicate that partial three variables have different results in which earnings per share (EPS) positive effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the BEI period 2013-2016, while the dividend per share (DPS) and financial leverage (FL ) does not affect the stock price manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange and simultaneously 2013-2016 period, earnings per share (EPS), dividend per share (DPS), and financial leverage (FL) did not affect stock prices in manufacturing companies listed in BEI 2013-2016

Abstract

The background of this research is the compensation policy of a company's performance helped determine the direction of its employees to support the company's goals. Compensation is one of the important factors to be able to attract potential employees. Work motivation is also another factor that must be considered in addition to compensation for employees of the company to realize the goals of the organization, the following job satisfaction. Those three things are important factors in the company to support employee performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of compensation on work motivation, job satisfaction, and performance of employees on permanent employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia in Lawang, Malang. Formulated several hypotheses of the study are (1) Is compensation a significant effect on work motivation? (2) Is compensation a significant effect on job satisfaction? (3) Is compensation a significant effect on the performance of the employee? (4) Is the work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction? (5) Is a significant effect on employee motivation employee performance ?, (6) Is job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance ?. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data from questionnaires and interviews. Research methods to process the data using path analysis. Based on the results of the study found a significant effect of compensation on employee motivation PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant influence on the performance of the compensation of employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant influence on the performance of the work motivation of employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, and found no significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia. Employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia are already satisfied with the salary he got in a long time felt it would be a regular thing. So prone to reduced performance, because by working casual or work hard to remain earned his salary by the same amount. Employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia also feel responsibility for the work carried out so far have not been entirely in accordance with his ability means that the principle of "the right man on the right place" has not been felt by the employees of PT. Abstract

Penderita diabetes melitus (DM) dengan kontrol glikemik yang buruk berisiko mengalami komplikasi DM salah satunya nefropati diabetik. Penegakan diagnosa nefropati diabetik dilakukan pemeriksaan kreatinin serum dan untuk melihat kontrol glikemik dilakukan pemeriksaan HbA1c. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat karakteristik hasil pemeriksaan kreatinin serum pada penderita DM ditinjau dari hasil pemeriksaan HbA1c. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cross section, jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi penelitian. Pengumpulan dan pemeriksaan sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik Rumah Sakit Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Universitas Hasanuddin (RSPTN-UH) Makassar selama bulan Mei sampai Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pemeriksaan HbA1c diperoleh untuk kategori tidak terkontrol sebanyak 63 orang (88.7%) dan kategori terkontrol diperoleh hanya 8 orang (11.3%). Hasil pemeriksaan kreatinin serum diperoleh dalam batas normal sebanyak 34 orang (47.9%), menurun 25 orang (35.2%), dan meningkat 12 orang (16.9%). Kemudian hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan uji statistik chi square untuk melihat hubungan dari setiap variabel. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hasil pemeriksaan kreatinin serum terhadap jenis kelamin pada penderita DM dengan nilai p=0.000 (p<0.05), tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hasil pemeriksaan kreatinin serum terhadap klasifikasi umur pada penderita DM dengan nilai p=0.464 (p>0.05), dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hasil pemeriksaan kreatinin serum pada penderita DM ditinjau dari hasil pemeriksaan HbA1c dengan nilai p=0.387 (p>0.05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreatinin serum tidak dapat menjadi biomarker utama untuk melihat adanya nefropati diabetik pada penderita DM, perlu ditambahkan biomarker lain seperti pemeriksaan mikroalbumin, protein urin, laju filtrasi glomerulus (LFG), dan blood urea nitrogen (BUN) untuk penetapan nefropati diabetik pada penderita DM.

Abstract

Pemborosan listrik sering disebabkan karena lupa mematikan lampu. Sakelar lampu rumah kebanyakan masih menggunakan sakelar manual yang terpasang pada masing-masing panel baik untuk mematikan maupun untuk menyalakan lampu. Jika rumah mempunyai daerah yang luas atau lantai bertingkat akan mengakibatkan kesulitan dan menghabiskan banyak waktu atau tenaga ketika akan menyalakan atau mematikan lampu, karena sakelarnya yang harus ditekan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem kendali lampu otomatis multisensor menggunakan metode fuzzy logic control inferensi Sugeno berbasis mikrokontroler. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) dan sensor ultrasonik. Sensor LDR digunakan untuk mendeteksi cahaya sekitar yang disimulasikan dengan cara mendekatkan dan menjauhkan sumber cahaya ke sensor LDR, sedangkan sensor ultrasonik digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerakan yang memasuki ruangan. Masukan dari sensor diproses oleh mikrokontroler menggunakan metode fuzzy Sugeno yang melalui proses fuzzyfikasi, aplikasi fungsi implikasi dan deffuzyfikasi. kemudian hasil pengolahan data akan menghasilkan lampu padam atau menyala. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan intensitas cahaya yang berbeda-beda berdasarkan fungsi keanggotaan gelap, redup dan terang pada sensor LDR dan sensor ultrasonik melakukan gerakan berdasarkan fungsi keanggotaan dekat, sedang dan jauh yang telah dibuat. Dilakukan 90 percobaan terhadap rule yang telah dibuat dan diperoleh persentase keberhasilan 100%.
