Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the concept of the Islamic market within the scope of Islamic Business Ethics. The Islamic market is a meeting place between sellers and buyers to make transactions for goods and services under Islamic law which includes the fields of aqidah, morality, and amaliyah. The things that are prohibited in trading transactions on the market according to Islamic Business Ethics are transactions in the substance haram category (haram li-zatihi) and the Haram category other than the substance (haram li-gairihi). Abstrak Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang konsep pasar syariah dalam ruang lingkup Etika Bisnis Islam. Pasar syariah adalah tempat bertemunya antara penjual dan pembeli untuk melakukan transaksi atas barang dan jasa sesuai dengan syariat Islam yang meliputi bidang aqidah, akhlaq dan amaliyyah. Hal-hal yang dilarang dalam transaksi perdagangan di pasar menurut Etika Bisnis Islam adalah transaksi dalam kategori haram zatnya (haram li-zatihi) dan kategori Haram selain zatnya (haram li gairihi).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the perception and religiosity of the students of the Islamic boarding school of Tarbiyatul Banin, Kaliwadas sub- district, Sumber sub-district, Cirebon district have an effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research uses quantitative research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale to obtain data on the influence of student perceptions (X1) and student religiosity (X2) on interest in saving in banks Islamic (Y). This study is a population study, taking data on MA level students with a total of 250 students, then the research sample is 30% of the total population with a total of 75 respondents using accidental sampling, observations and research were carried out by the author in January 2021. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the perception and religiosity of the students of the Islamic boarding school of Tarbiyatul Banin, village of Kaliwadas, sub-district of Sumber, regency of Cirebon on the interest to save in Islamic banks. This can be proved by looking at the results of the F test which shows F count> F table, namely 29,990> 3.12 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that one can conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. We can therefore conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between the perception and the religiosity of the students of the Islamic boarding school of Tarbiyatul Banin, Kaliwadas sub-district, Sumber district, Cirebon regency on the interest of saving in the Islamic banks. The implication of the research results shows that the perception and level of religiosity of students affects interest in saving in Islamic banks. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi dan religuisitas santri pondok pesantren tarbiyatul banin kelurahan kaliwadas kecamatan sumber kabupaten cirebon ini berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert untuk mendapatkan data pengaruh persepsi santri (X1) dan religuisitas santri (X2) terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dengan mengambil data santri tingkat MA dengan jumlah 250 santri, kemudian untuk sampel penelitian adalah 30% dari jumlah popolasi dengan jumlah 75 responden dengan menggunakan Accidental sampling, Observasi dan penelitian dilakukan dilakukan penulis pada bulan januari 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Persepsi dan Religiusitas Santri Pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin Kelurahan Kaliwadas Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon terhadap Minat menabung di bank syariah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil uji F yang menunjukan F hitung > F tabel yaitu 29.990 > 3.12, dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dan riliguisitas santri pondok pesantren tarbiyatul banin kelurahan kaliwadas kecamatan sumber kabupaten cirebon terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Implikasi hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi dan tingkat religiusitas santri berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah.

Abstract

In the practical realm, the market always provides room for contestation for the entrepreneurs involved in it. Likewise, in Kanoman Market, Cirebon City, this ethnic entrepreneurial contestation was represented by the two so-called ethnic groups, namely the Javanese-Muslim ethnicity and the Chinese-Confucian ethnicity. The contestation in the entrepreneurial field at Kanoman Market shows the dominance of confident entrepreneurs. For example, service entrepreneurs (corporate entrepreneurs) of Javanese ethnicity and entrepreneurs of essential commodities (trading entrepreneurs) are generally ethnic Chinese. The purpose of this study is to analyze the entrepreneurial contestation of Javanese-Muslim ethnicity and ethnic Chinese-Kunghucu at Kanoman Market, Cirebon. The research uses qualitative methods with an anthropological-economic approach. They are then equipped with data analysis to answer research questions. This study found that the entrepreneurial contestation of Javanese-Muslim and Chinese-Kunghucu ethnics in Kanoman Market, Cirebon City, the economic practices of the two ethnicities were carried out and shaped by the belief system of the community, whether influenced by the religious belief system adopted or the belief system sourced from ethnic values and the ethnic belief system. For this reason, in economic practice, especially in the contestation taking place in the market, the belief system forms its influence in accepting the Javanese-Muslim and Chinese-Kunghucu ethnicities on matters relating to the belief system they believe in. In their entrepreneurial practice, the two ethnic groups involve social capital and mystical capital, such as a network of associations and professional organizations, as well as mystical elements, such as prayer rituals and amulets of sellers.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this research is to determine the maximum value of Islamic Education and Communication in Efforts to Succeed the Economy in the Era of 4.0 in Parungjaya Village. because basically the economy is an important factor in people's lives. Both in meeting individual needs and society in general. The progress of a society can be seen from the ability of Islamic education, communication and economy. The higher the economic level of the community, the more prosperous the community's life is. This research uses a qualitative approach through case studies. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis steps include data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The data sources needed to collect and process in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the parties who are used as research informants. This type of data includes information and information about the condition of the community in Parungjaya Village. And secondary data, namely various books containing public policy theory, theory of public policy implementation, as well as various documents and writings on the condition of the Parung Jaya village community as well as other data relevant to the needs and objectives of the study. Parungjaya Village itself, education has been very good, it can be seen from the awareness of the community who are aware of the importance of education. However, public interest in higher education is still lacking because they prefer to work. As well as religious activities that are already running actively in every block every week. However, from these activities the residents still lack enthusiasm to participate. Likewise, pottery is one of the superior products. Although in modern times like today, more sophisticated and modern tools have begun to erode. Like utensils made of clay etc. What is very unfortunate for them at this time is the lack of the next generation of pottery craftsmen. Based on the research results obtained, the author of Parung Jaya Village has implemented a comprehensive socialization and motivation strategy. Abstrak Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui maksimalnya Nilai Pendidikan Islam Dan Komunikasi Dalam Upaya Mensukseskan Perekonomian Di Era 4.0 Di Desa Parungjaya. karena pada dasarnya ekonomi merupakan faktor penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Baik dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan individu maupun masyarakat secara umum. Kemajuan suatu masyarakat dapat dilihat dari kemampuan pendidikan islam, komunikasi dan ekonomi. Semakin tinggi tingkat ekonomi masyarakat semakin sejahtera kehidupan masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun langkah-langkah analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. sumber data yang diperlukan untuk menghimpun dan diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu para pihak yang dijadikan informan penelitian. Jenis data ini meliputi informasi dan keterangan mengenai keadaan masyarakat di desa parungjaya. Dan data sekunder yaitu berbagai buku yang berisi teori kebijakan publik, teori implementasi kebijakan publik, serta berbagai dokumen dan tulisan mengenai keadan masyarakat desa parung jaya dan juga data lainnya yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan penelitian. Desa Parungjaya sendiri, pendidikan sudah sangat baik, terlihat dari kesadaran masyarakat yang sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan, Namun minat masyarakat terhadap pendidikan perguruan tinggi masih kurang karena lebih memilih untuk bekerja. Serta kegiatan keagamaan sudah berjalan aktif di setiap blok setiap pekan. Namun dari kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut masih kurangnya antusias warga untuk turut serta. Begitu juga dengan gerabah merupakan salah satu produk unggulan. Meskipun pada jaman modern seperti saat ini, mulai tergerus oleh alat- alat yang lebih canggih dan modern. Seperti halnya perkakas yang terbuat dari tnah liat dll. Yang sangat disayangkan oleh mereka saat ini adalah kurangnya generasi penerus pengrajin gerabah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, penulis Desa Parung Jaya sudah menjalankan strategi sosialisi dan motivasi secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Strategy to Improve Excellent Service for Customer Satisfaction in Islamic Business Ethics is motivated by the intense competition between businesses and consumers who are increasingly critical of requiring business actors to improve excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction by using business ethics in accordance with Islamic guidelines. The company is expected to be able to provide the best service in meeting customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the strategy of improving service excellence in maintaining customer satisfaction and to find out what indicator methods are used to measure customer satisfaction and how to improve service strategies to maintain customer satisfaction according to Islamic business ethics. This research is a type of qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources, and data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. As well as the technical analysis of the data used, namely reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing and data collection. The validity technique in this research is using data triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the service strategy carried out by Yogya Junction Cirebon by improving excellent service in maintaining customer satisfaction is inseparable from the first two strategies, there are 5 strategies regarding excellent service, namely tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, empathy ), Assurance (Assurance) there is also the second according to the perspective of Islamic business includes unity, free will, responsibility, lastly balance and justice. Service improvement strategies to maintain customer satisfaction are expected to provide added value for the company. With an excellent service strategy, it is hoped that business actors will provide the best service to customers in accordance with Islamic business ethics so that they can continue to maintain customer satisfaction so that the company's vision and mission can be achieved and can compete with other competitors. This research is expected to be a material for information and input for special employees at Yogya Junction Cirebon, especially in providing good service to customers Abstrak Strategi Peningkatan Pelayanan Prima Untuk Kepuasan Pelanggan Dalam Etika Bisnis Islam ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketatnya persaingan antar usaha dan konsumen yang semakin kritis mengharuskan pelaku usaha meningkatkan pelayanan prima untuk tetap menjaga kepuasan pelanggannya dengan menggunakan etika bisnis yang sesuai dengan pedoman islam. Diharapkan perusahaan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dalam memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan pelayanan prima dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui metode indikator apa saja yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan serta bagaimana strategi peningkatan pelayanannya untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan menurut etika bisnis islam. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis sumber data primer dan data sekunder, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Serta teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan dan pengumpulan data. Teknik keabsahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa strategi pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh Yogya Junction Cirebon dengan meningkatkan pelayanan prima dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggannya tidak terlepas dari dua strategi yang pertama ada 5 Strategi mengenai pelayanan prima yaitu bukti nyata, Keandalan (reliability), Kesigapan (responsiveness), Empati (Empathy), Jaminan (Assurance) ada pun yang kedua menurut perspektif bisnis islam meliputi kesatuan, kehendak bebas, tanggung jawab, terakhir keseimbangan dan keadilan. Strategi peningkatan pelayanan untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan diharapkan mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Dengan adanya strategi pelayanan yang prima, diharapkan pelaku usaha akan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan yang sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam agar dapat terus menjaga kepuasan pelanggan sehingga bisa tercapainya visi dan misi perusahaan dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lain. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi karyawan khusus nya di Yogya Junction Cirebon, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan.
