Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of miscoCRInception of PGSD students in the Basic Conceptual Science course using the Certainty of Response Index (CRI). This research was conducted at UST using a population of class II H PGSD. The method used was descriptive analysis with data collection techniques through tests with CRI. The results showed the level of achievement of student conceptions in the basic science course subjects, 37.03% misconceptions, 28.91% knew the concepts, and 34.06% did not know the concepts. The highest misconception occurs in the structure and function of living things with a percentage of 31.5%.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat miskonsepsi mahasisa PGSD pada mata kuliah Konsep Dasar IPA dengan menggunakan CRI Certainty of Response Index (CRI). Penelitian ini dilakukan d UST dengan menggunakan populasi mahasiswa PGSD kelas II H.  Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif analisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes dengan disertai  CRI. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan tingkat pencapaian konsepsi mahasiswa pada mata kuliah konsep dasar IPA yaitu sebanyak 37,03% miskonsepsi, 28,91% tahu konsep, dan 34,06% tidak tahu konsep. Miskonsepsi tertinggi terjadi pada materi Struktur dan Fungsi Makhluk Hidup dengan persentase 31,5%.Keywords: misconception, CRI, Science, PGSD, elementary university-students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman orang tua terhadap kekerasan seksual pada anak usia dini di kawasan permukiman kumuh kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah orang tua dari anak usia dini yang berada di permukiman kumuh kota Yogyakarta dengan sampel yang diambil secara purposive sampling (sampling berdasarkan tujuan). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 orang. Sampel adalah orang tua dari anak usia pra-sekolah (taman kanak-kanak). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman orang tua terhadap kekerasan seksual pada anak usia dini di permukiman kumuh Kota Yogyakarta mencapai 76,15 %. Pemahaman orang tua terhadap pendidikan seks mencapai 71,73 % dan pemahaman pencegahan kekerasan seksual anak usia dini mencapai 80,56%.

Abstract

The perspective of parents who support student diversity in school will open to a variety of different problems. The attitude is expected to encourage the implementation of integration and harmony among diversity. Therefore, the objective of the study was to describe the views of parents towards student diversity in inclusive education. Diversity from the perspective of parents determines the attitude of agree and disagree, as well as the right view of inclusive. The research method used a questionnaire to respondents of 99 parents from elementary schools in five regencies of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results showed that the majority of parents still had a narrow understanding that the concept of inclusive was the same with Student Educational Need (SEN). Here, the concept of labeling might understand as a misconception phenomenon. However, the majority of parents agreed to the SEN in regular schools, but an understanding of separate learning is the responsibility of the special supervisor or, interpreted as the inclusion officer. The implications need the education to understand the inclusion correctly and discuss the perspectives of parents to contribute to the success of learning in inclusive elementary schools.

Abstract

This community service activity (PkM) aims to (1) increase the knowledge of SDN 028 Pekkabata teaching staff on the use of comic media as a learning medium and (2) increase the creativity of SDN 028 Pekkabata teachers in managing learning. This is achieved by conducting training on the use of comic media as a learning medium. The school that is a partner in implementing this PkM is SD Negeri 028 Pekkabata. This elementary school is one of the State Elementary Schools (SD) located in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The methods used in this PkM are Forum Group Discussion (FGD) lectures, training and mentoring. The implementation stage of PkM includes (1) coordination and analysis of the needs of proposals, (2) compiling and validating the Comic Media module, (3) training on the creation and use of comic media, (4) mentoring in the classroom using commercial media, (5) evaluation and (6) ) reporting on the implementation of activities. Based on the results of the questionnaire data analysis prior to the implementation of the activity, it was found that 100% of SDN 028 Pekkabata teachers had never used comic media as a learning medium, and 99% had positive positive responses from the participants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the variation of the science learning media used to instill high order thinking skills in elementary school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted at Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Yogyakarta Elementary School in the odd semester of the academic year 2018-2019. The subjects were students of class III, which amounted to 12 people. Data collection techniques are tests, observations, and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study consisted of descriptive analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed the fact that the variation of science learning media used to instill high order thinking skills in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Yogyakarta Elementary School is the surrounding environment, concrete objects, learning videos, concept map boards, and worksheets. The media is used according to the models and methods in learning.

Abstract

Guidelines for organizing learning in tertiary institutions in online courses are developed based on learning process planning documents, one of which uses teaching materials. Good teaching materials are teaching materials that meet qualification standards. Teaching materials have an important position in learning and have an effective influence on increasing student activity and learning outcomes in the lecture process. Because learning in tertiary institutions should be able to involve students in higher-order thinking activities, it is better if in the lecture process in higher education learning materials used are HOTS (Higher order thinking skills) based teaching materials so that in their activities they can involve students to be involved. in higher-order thinking activities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe online-based science learning at SD Negeri Karang Jadi in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, both the obstacles experienced by teachers and students and the efforts made by teachers to overcome obstacles during the online science learning process. The research method is qualitative. The research subjects included principals, teachers, and high-grade students of SD Negeri Karang Jadi Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and supported by documentation. The research instrument used interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses inductive analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The data validity technique used source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of the study indicate the following. First, online-based science learning at SD Negeri Karang Jadi Ogan Komering Ulu Timur in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year has been implemented even though it has not been able to run optimally. Online-based science learning is carried out through the WhatsApp Group application, YouTube, and google forms. The two obstacles experienced by teachers and students are: constraints on the internet network; cost constraints to buy internet quotas; limited facilities and infrastructure used for online learning; limited ability to use technology owned by teachers, students, and parents, participants; students have difficulty understanding the material. The third attempt is to overcome the obstacles faced during the online learning process, namely by conducting home visit learning and using interesting learning videos on YouTube.

Abstract

Risiko dari perdagangan internasional yaitu fluktuasi kurs valuta asing. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan harus mengelola dan melakukan manajemen risiko agar dapat meminimalisir risiko dalam transaksi pedagangan internasional. Hedging merupakan cara yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk menurunkan tingkat fluktuasi harga dan mengurangi risiko akibat fluktuasi harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, Profitabilitas, Firm Size, Growth Opportunity terhadap Keputusan Hedging Instrumen Derivatif studi kasus pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di ISSI tahun 2014-2018, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 79 perusahaan manufaktur dan dilakukan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling maka diperoleh 30 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik untuk melihat pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan, Likuiditas (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Profitabilitas (Ratio on Assets), Firm Size, dan Growth Opportunity berpengaruh terhadap keputusan hedging instrumen derivatif. Sedangkan secara parsial, hanya variabel likuiditas (Current Ratio), Profitabilitas (Return on Assets), dan Firm Size yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan hedging instrumen derivatif pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) tahun 2014-2018.
