Abstract

Kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sprinter terletak pada teknik berlari, yaitu posisi badan pelari rendah dan tubuh terlalu tegak, jangkauan panjang langkah pelari terlalu pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaktif (quickness), pengaruh bentuk latihan kontras dan non-kontras, dan kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Penelitian menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 sprinter pelajar putra usia 13-17 tahun dari kabupaten Pati dan kendal. Hasil penelitian adalah: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode koordinasi dan kecepatan gerak reaktif, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bentuk latihan kontras dan non kontras, terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kelompok sampel kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Disarankan kepada pelatih sprint, dapat mengembangkan kecepatan sprint melalui metode latihan kecepatan gerak rektif dengan bentuk latihan non-kontras.Mistake that often occur in the short-distance runners (sprinters) in particular student sprinters lie in the running technique, which are the hips tend to lean forward while running, the stride length is too short. This study aimed to determine the difference between: the effect of coordination and reactive movement speed (quickness) training methods, the contrast and non-contrast running form practice, the influence between fast and slow agility, and the interaction between training methods, form speed training, and agility on the student sprinters’ at 100 meters. This research is an experiment study with 2x2x2 factorial design. The research sample was consisted of 58 sprinters, aged between 13-17 years old from Kendal and Pati. The data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variane (MANOVA). The results are as follows: There is a significant difference between coordination training methods and reactive movement speed (quickness) against stride frequency, optimal stride length and average stride length, There is a significant difference between the form of contrast exercise and non-contrast exercise, There is a significant difference between fast agility and slow agility, and There is a significant interaction effect between training methods, the form of training and the agility to 100 meters. Based on these results, it is recommended to: the athletic trainers for a short length or sprint, and be able to implement the reactive speed training (quickness) and the form of non-contrast training as one of the alternative method for developing running speed (sprint).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect from flick exercise and drag flick exercise, and to determine witch one more better to shoot in beginner player. This study uses quantitative research using experimental design approach pre test and pos test. Analysis use t test. The result by the everage in eksperiment 1 group are 24,17 and after exercise increaws are 16,67 so value after exercise are 40,83, so there are effect flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. The result by the everage in eksperiment 2 group are 22,50 and after exercise increaws are 23,33 so the value after exercise are 45,83. So there are effect drag flick and flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. Witch one more better between exercise start from flick and drag flick can see the average post test flrom eksperiment 1 and 2, 40,83<45,83 and progress from exercise 16,67<23,33. Conclusion of this study are drag flick and flick exercise more better than flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in amatir player. Given the limited ability, time, effort and the results of this study, should be followed up with a related or similar research.

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan yang dikaji yaitu 1) Bagaimana tingkat kecemasan pasca cedera pada atlet bolabasket SMA Semesta Semarang. 2) Adakah pengaruh latihan imagery untuk menurunkankecemasan pasca cedera pada atlet bola basket SMA Semesta Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imagery pasca cedera pada atlet bola basket SMASemesta Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian one group pre test-post testdesign. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang diadopsi dari RIA (ReInjury Anxiety Scale). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada atlet bola basket SMA Semesta Semarangyang berjumlah 10 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling karenamenggunakan kriteria. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test dengan membandingkan datayang diambil ketika pre test dengan data post test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompokkontrol, dengan taraf signifikan 5% N5-1=4. Hasil pre-test nilai t hitung 1,596 dengan t tabelsebesar 2.776, hasil post-test nilai t hitung sebesar 3,113 dengan harga t tabel dengan 4 t tabelsebesar 2.776 yang berarti ada peningkatan setelah dilakukan treatment. Rata-rata menunjukkankelompok eksperimen sebesar 33,0 dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 46,4 . Hal ini membuktikanbahwa ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan latihan imagery untuk menurunkan kecemasan pascacedera. Simpulan latihan imagery dapat menurunkan kecemasan pasca cedera pada atlet bolabasket SMA Semesta Semarang. Ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan pada kelompok ekperimendan kontrol setelah dilakukan treatment. Pada kelompok eksperimen terdapat penurunan tingkatkecemasan setelah dilakukan perlakuan sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi kenaikantingkat kecemasan karena tidak diberi perlakuan latihan imagery.Kata Kunci: Latihan imagery, kecemasan, dan bola baskeAbstractThe problems studied were: 1) What was the level of post-injury anxiety on basketball athletes of SemestaSemarang senior high school. 2) Were there any influences of imagery training to decrease post-injuryanxiety on basketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior high school. The purpose of this study is todetermine the effect of post-injury imagery training on basketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior highschool. This research used one group pretest-posttest design. The data collecting instrument used was in theform of a questionnaire adopted from RIA (Re-Injury Anxiety Scale). This study was conducted on thebasketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior high school, total of 10 people. Sample in this research usedpurposive sampling due to the used of criteria. Data analysis technique used t-test by comparing data takenwhen pretest with posttest data in experimental group and control group, with significant level of 5% N5-1= 4 The result of pre-test t value was 1.596 with t table 2,776, the result of post-test t count was 3.113 withthe price of t table with 4 t table of 2.776 which meant there was improvement after the treatment. Theaverage of the experimental group was 33.0 and the control group was 46.4. This proved that there is asignificant difference in the results of imagery training to reduce post-injury anxiety. The conclusion wasimagery training could reduce post-injury anxiety on basketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior highschool. There were anxiety level differences in the experimental and control groups after teratment. In theexperimental group there was a decrease in the level of anxiety after the treatment was done while in thecontrol group there was an increase in anxiety level because it was not given the treatment of imagerytraining. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan senam ayo bersatuterhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB NegeriSemarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi eksperimental design ataudisebut juga dengan metode eksperimen semu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anaktunagrahita ringan yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan uji tpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adannya pengaruh latihan senam ayo bersatuterhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani anak tunagrahita ringan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar2,09. Sehingga dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan senam ayo bersatudan kebugaran jasmani Ada pengaruh latihan senam ayo bersatu terhadap kebugaran jasmanipada anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Negeri Semarang diperoleh hasil koefisiensi uji t (t-test)hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test kebugaran jasmani indonesia pada siswa tunagrahita ringandiperoleh hasil t hitung lebih besar dari t tebal 9.200 > 2,09, Berdasarkan analisis data, makapenelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan senam ayo bersatu dapat meningkatkankebugaran jasmani siswa tunagrahita ringan.Kata Kunci: Tunagrahita, kebugaran jasmani, latihan senam ayo bersatuAbstractThis study aims to determine how much the influence gymnastic exercise “AYO BERSATU” to increasephysical fitness in children with Light Mentally Retarded at SLB Negeri Semarang. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahraga,daya tahan kardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahraga dan perbedaan daya tahankardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahraga dengan bukan perokok aktif berolahraga. Jenispenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, tes danpengukuran. Populasi berjumlah 107 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanteknik purposive sampling diperoleh 30 sampel, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitukelompok perokok aktif berolahraga (n=15) dan kelompok bukan perokok aktif berolahraga(n=15). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes multistage fitnes test (MFT). Analisisdata menggunakan descriptive presentase dan independent sampel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa perokok aktif berolahraga memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi 39,16ml/kgbb/menit. Bukan perokok aktif berolahraga memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi43,91 ml/kgbb/menit. Hasil uji independen sampel test menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yangsignifikan antara perokok aktif berolahraga dan bukan perokok aktif berolahraga dengan nilaip=0,017 (p<0,05). Simpulan penelitian: 1) Daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahragatermasuk kategori sedang. 2) Daya tahan kardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahragatermasuk kategori baik. 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan di mana daya tahankardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahraga lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perokok aktifberolahraga. Saran dari peneliti yaitu mengatur pola hidup sehat, berhenti merokok, danberolahraga secara rutin dan teratur.Kata Kunci: Daya tahan kardiorespirasi; perokok; olahragaAbstractThe aim of the study is to know the cardiorespiratory endurance between active smoker and non activesmoker male actively exercising. The research method that be used is a descriptive quantitative with surveymethod, test, and measuring. Total of the population are 107 students. Sampling technique by purposivesampling technique, the result is 30 sample, than divided into 2 groups, they are active smokers who activelyexercise group (n=15) and non-active smokers who actively exercise group (n=15). The instrument that beused are questionnaire and multistage fitness test (MFT). The data analysis using descriptive percentage andindependent sample test. The result shows that active smoker who actively exercise has cardiorespiratoryendurance in average 39,16 bb/minute. Then non-active smoker who actively exercise has cardiorespiratoryendurance in average 43,91 ml/kg/minute. The result of independent sample test contain of significantdifferences between active smoker who actively exercise group and non-active smoker who actively exercisewith the grade p=0,017 (p<0,05). Research conclusions: 1) Cardiorespiratory endurance for active smokerwho actively exercise include as medium category. 2) Cardiorespiratory endurance for non-active smokerwho actively exercise include as good category. 3) There are significant differences that are cardiorespiratoryfor non-active smokers male actively exercise is better than active smoker who actively exercise. Writer’srecommendation to set a healthy life by stop smoking and do exercising regularly.Keywords: Cardiorespiratory endurance, smoker, exercising

Abstract

Abstrak ____________________________________________________________________ Kondisi kesegaran jasmani pada siswa usia 6-9 tahun di MI Matholibul Ulum 2 Lebak Pakis Aji Kabupaten Jepara dalam kategori kurang sekali. Penelitian dengan treatment permainan olahraga tradisional Sawatan Bathok. Tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kesegaran jasmani siswa sebelum, sesudah dan peningkatan melalui permainan olahraga tradisional Sawatan Bathok. Penelitian ini. penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design, bentuk desain quasi eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre test-Post test Control Group Design. Hasil uji analisis deskriptif disaat pre-test dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 4, kategori kurang sekali sebanyak 20. Hasil post-test dalam kategori sedang sebanyak 12, kurang sekali sebanyak 12. Hasil uji normalitas pre-test sebesar 0,011 pada kelas eksperimen dan post-test sebesar 0,01 pada kelas kontrol. Hasil uji homogenitas disaat pre-test kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,058 dan post-test 0,018. Hasil uji-t pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol disaat pre-test 0,058 sehingga tidak terdapat peningkatan kesegaran jasmani siswa. Hasil post-test 0,018 sehingga terdapat peningkatan kesegaran jasmani siswa. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat peningkatan kesegaran jasmani pada siswa kelas I,II dan III usia 6-9 tahun di MI Matholibul Ulum 2 Lebak Pakis Aji Kabupaten Jepara. Saran untuk siswa agar dapat meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani melalui permainan olahraga tradisional Sawatan Bathok. Abstract ____________________________________________________________________ The condition of physical fitness at 6th-9th years old students of MI Matholibul Ulum 2 lebak Kecamatan Pakis Aji Kabupaten Jepara was in bad category. The treatment was traditional athletic game. The objective was to know the condition of students’ physical fitness before, after and improvement toward traditional athletic game Sawatan Bathok. This Quantitative research used experimental method which had experimental and control group. The type was Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Descriptive analysis at Pre-test was 20 students in very low category and 4 students in low category At Post-test 12 students were in medium category and 12 students were in very low category. Normality test of experimental group at Pre-test was 0,011 and control group in Post-test was 0,01. Homogeneity of Pre-test was 0,058 (homogeneous) and Post-test was 0,018 (not homogeneous). Result of t-test at Pre-test was 0,058. There weren’t increasing of students’ physical fitness. Whereas at Post-test was 0,018. It showed the increasing student’s physical fitness. The Conclusion, there were increasing students’ physical fitness at 6th-9th years old students of MI Matholibul Ulum 2 Lebak Kecamatan Pakis Aji Kabupaten Jepara. Suggestion, physical fitness should be increased by traditional athletic Sawatan Bathok.

Abstract

The research aims at developing a learning model of adaptive physical activities(APA) for improving basic movements and health of mentally disabled students ina disabled elementary school at Bantul regency; therefore it is a research and development.There are 5 steps used by the researcher : a preliminary study, planning,expert validation, empirical validation and effectiveness testing. The small scale implementationtesting was done to 13 disabled students whereas the large scale, 42students of 3 graders of disabled elementary school. The effectiveness testing usesan experimental research within one pre and post test group. The group consists of27students of Plered Disabled Elementary School. The research observation instrumentuses Likert scale and ratting-scale. The proposed learning models are: KidKomodo football, waves in the sea, knowing shapes, frog circus and air bubble.These models prove effective for mentally students of disabled elementary school.Both the small scale implementation testing and the large scale one result in theimprovement of basic physical movements of the students. The secondary result isthat teachers of physical education and health find the models easy to do and thestudents get fun being taught using them.

Abstract

This research is aimed at developing and resulting a multifunction tool and an example of effective learning which is acceptable for Physical Education, Sports and Health learning for Elementary students. This research is model development of the learning tool for elementary students.  This research is conducted in several stages: 1) designing draft of initial product, 2) expert validation, 3) small scale trial, 4) First stage revision, 5) Large scale trial, and 6) Second Stage revision (Final revision). The results of the research are: 1)development of multifunction tools. 2) the result of product effectiveness test at SD Negeri 2 Trimodadi, SD Negeri 2 RatuAbungdan SD Negeri 1 RatuAbung is obtained at the average of pulse increase about 62,81%. 3) The test result of product acceptability on internal and external aspect is at the average of 94,58%.

Abstract

Students understand and develop movement skills through various sport games, but they have less enjoyable experience because of inappropriate and uncomfortable ball size. The existing standard balls often frighten the students&nbsp; because of their weight and may hurt them when the balls hit their body parts. This study is intended to design a multifunctional ball for basket ball, volley ball and football and to find out how it can improve the students’ motivation in the teaching of Physical Education, Sport and Health in Primary and Junior High Schools in Semarang. This is a research and development study. The sample of 36 students were selected for the small-scale testing and 72 students for the large-scale testing. The results of the study show that the final product was a multifunctional ball with the size of 66 cm, made of soft, unslippery Poly Urhetane sponge, 270 gram in weight, air pressre of 0.250-0.3 bar and the bounce of 105-115. The ball was designed in light and interesting color. The final product has two functions for basket ball, volley ball and football, and does not cause pain because of their light in weight and reasonable size.

Abstract

This study is intended to describe the implementation of the physical fitness development and training program for members of MRC (Military Regional Command) IV/Diponegoro by evaluating CIPP (context, input, process and product). A qualitattve method was used. The data were collected by using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documents. The respondentsts include Comand-in-chief, trainers, army members, program, facilities, infrastructure and documents. The data were analyzed by using non statistic qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the context is evaluated to be very good by 86.67% of the respondentsts and good by 13.3% of them. The input is evaluated to be very good by 33.33% of the respondentsts and good by 66.67% of them. The process is evaluated to be very good by 66.67% of the respondentsts and good by 56.67% of them. The product is evaluated to be very good by 36.67% of the respondentsts and good by 63.33% of them. It is concluded that the evaluation study is of good quality and to be very good, some improvement on input and process should be made.
