Abstract

The problem in this study is how the factors that influence the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang. This study aimed to describe: (1) internal factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA 11 Padang (2) external factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang. This research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The populations in this study were students at SMAN 11 Padang, with a number of 162 learners. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling is sampling at random from the population members in the members of the population, where the sample size is 32 people. As for the use of data analysis techniques percentage. RESULTS: (1) Internal factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang is in the category that is much less on the criteria of 65.62%, (2) external factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang is in many categories, namely at 62.65% criteria. Based on the research findings recommended for learners to be able to increase the motivation to learn. Research findings recommended to the principal and teachers at 11 high schools in Padang to help motivate learners.

Abstract

Mastery of concept is an abstract idea and categorized into the objects .. To achieve maximum learning outcomes mastery of mathematical concepts need to be improved. The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the mastery of the concept of mathematical proficiency of students who have high logical intelligence using scientific approach , (2) To know mastery of mathematical concepts of students who have logical intelligence is using scientific approach, (3) To know mastery of mathematical concepts that have low logical intelligence using scientific approach This research is a qualitative research. Research instruments used are test, observation sheet And interviews.Tes used to know mathematical logical intelligence.After the test results are analyzed then conducted interviews to students who have high, medium and low category.Results of this study are students who have high logical intelligence, moderate And low has a different mastery of concepts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to know the influence of soybean milk powder diluents based on concentration (2%, 4%,6%) in citrate diluent to motility, viability, abnormality and membrane integrity of spermatozoa based on long duration storage (0 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, 120 hours). This research using diluent medium based on vegetable medium (lechitin) is andromed (K+), soybean milk in diluent citrate with concentrations of 0% (K-), 2% (F1), 4% (F2), and 6% (F3). The characterization of predilution were observed such as volume, color, consistency, pH, mass motility, individual motility, viability, concentration, and abnormality. Next step dilution based on treatment with each of the three  recurrence and performed storage at temperature of 4˚C. The next of post storage were observed such as sperm viability, motility, abnormality and membrane integrity. Data were analyzed using two way ANOVA in factorial completely randomized design with SPSS version 16.0 and continued with Tukey test. The results showed that a significant difference (P<0.05)  to K+, F1, and F2 diluent to K- and F3 diluent. The presence of lechitin content of soybean milk can protect spermatozoa from cold shock during storage at a temperature of 4˚C. The concentration of soy milk powder high possibility changes to pH of the media and influenced of osmotic presure on sperm membrane decrease of the sperm quality during storage.
