Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of integrated marketing communication to brand equity of sharia banking at Malang simoultaneusly and partially. Used 102 respondents with accidental sampling method and data was analized by multiple linier regression. The result shows, first, integrated marketing communication influenced simoultaneusly to brand equity of sharia banking at Malang. Second, only one variable that influenced partially to brand equity of sharia banking at Malang, the variable is public relation. So there is not dominant variable.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of brand image IM3 to loyalty, either directly or indirectlythrough the satisfaction. This research used a quantitative approach and the respondents which the customersof Indosat IM3 on four Universities in Malang . The data collection used accidental sampling method. Pathanalysis was used to test and analyze hypotheses by considering the classical assumption test. The resultsof the study showed that the brand image significantly affect the service satisfaction and customer loyalty.Indicators of Brand image contributed 47.5% to total customer satisfaction. Meanwhile satisfaction accountedfor 30.7% of customer loyalty. Two indicators of brand image consist of guarantees and social identificationhas no significant effect on customer satisfaction. While, two other indicators of brand image consist ofpersonal identification and status has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. From path analysisknown that there is indirectly influence of the status of personal identification to loyalty through customersatisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing communication has an important role in new product marketing process to inform dan promote the existing products. This research was focused and aimed to identify the implementation of marketing communication on recycle product from plastic bottles trashes at Malang. The research is descriptive qualitative and data was collected by quesionaire and observation. The result shows that producers of recycle product plastic bottles trashes have already implemented four marketing communication programs consist of advertising, sales promotion, publicity, dan personal selling. However, they have not implement direct marketing yet because lack of human resuorces.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine whether the variables bid-ask spread, market value, variance return and dividend payout influence holding period partially and simultaneously and to determine the variables that most influence the holding period of shares of sharia in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research are the companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index over the period 2007 to 2010. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and number of sample are 10 companies.. The result shows, the variable spreads, market value, variance return, dividend payout ratio simultaneously influence the holding period. While partially, there are two variables that significantly influence the holding period that is spread and dividend payout ratio with a significant negative relationship and the spread has a significant positive relationship to the holding period at α 5%. And the most influential variable is spread. The final conclusions are on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, investors alleged psychological factor is the factor most be taken into consideration in decisions about withholding or release of a common stock.   Keyword: Holding periods, bid ask spread, market value, and variance return   Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel bid-ask spread, market value, varians return dan dividen pay out ratio mempengaruhi holding periods secara parsial dan simultan dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling mempengaruhi holding period saham syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index selama periode 2007 sampai 2010. Sampling sebanyak 10 perusahaan ditentukan dengan  teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis  menunjukkan variabel bid-ask spread, market value, varians return dan dividen pay out ratio secara simultan mempengaruhi holding periods. Sedangkan secara parsial, ada dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap holding period yaitu dividen pay out ratio yang signifikan negatif dan bid-ask spread  signifikan terhadap holding period pada α 5%. Dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah bid-ask spread . Kesimpulan terakhir adalah di Bursa Efek Indonesia, diduga faktor psikologis investor merupakan faktor yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan tentang pemotongan atau pelepasan saham biasa.   Kata Kunci: Holding periods, bid ask spread, market value, dan variance return

Abstract

ABSTRACTShariah marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering and changing the value of an initiator to its stakeholders, which in its entirety conforms to the covenants and principles of muamalah (business) in Islam. This study aims to find out how the implementation of sharia ethics marketer at bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the goal is to describe systematically about the focus of research. The limitations in this study examine the principles of sharia ethics of marketer.  Subjects in this study there are five informants. Data were collected by direct observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing with triangulation method as a validity test.The result of this research shows that Bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen has implemented 9 sharia ethics of marketers consist of have a spiritual personality, behave kindly and sympathetically (shiddiq), be fair in business (al-'adl), serving and humble (khidmah), keeping promises and not cheating, honest and trustworthy (al-amanah), do not like to suspect (su'uzh-zhan), do not like to vilify (ghibah), and do not do bribes (riswah).

Abstract

Economic development has many methods in development of financial institutions banking. Liquidity management can affect the institution. The crisis in financial sector is caused by low capability of financial institutions to deal fund sources. It affects the development of securities market and real sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital on Banking Value in Indonesia. The effect of Intellectual Capital is derived revenue (financial performance) on Banking Value, indirect effect of Intellectual Capital to Company's value of financial performance. This research is a descriptive explanatory research to test the hypotheses. The population is all Indonesia Banking. This research uses 30 banks with 5 years period (series) from year 2011 until 2015. The samples are 5 years x 30 = 150 item data and analyzed by path analysis. The research results indicate that companies should aware to important role of intellectual capital management. Company must manage intellectual capital within company, because it can affect on firm value. Intellectual capital has a significantly and positive effect on financial performance. In addition, there is an indirect effect of Intellectual Capital on firm value through financial performance. Optimal intellectual capital will create value added to company to provide a separate characteristic. The company will be able to compete with its competitors, because it has a unique competitive advantage.Keywords: intellectual capital, financial performance, corporate value

Abstract

Educational institutions have a challenge to improve the quality of graduates who are highly competitive namely graduates who are able to adapt quickly to the work environment. This is a key indicator of the “links and match” between human resources need and education laboratories. The role of the real laboratory is very important to be used as a learning resource for Islamic banks as well as a medium of socialization or education within the scope of the academic community. This paper seeks to provide an overview based on the author's experience to realize or establish a real transaction laboratory for El-dinar Finance House, starting from the pioneering stage to the technical implementation which is synergized with the student learning model.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian dan pendampingan kemitraan ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Girimoyo Karangploso Malang dengan mengelola limbah botol plastic menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis dan mengurangi dampak sampah plastic terhadap lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi deskriptif, Focus Discussion Group, analisis komponensial terhadap focus dalam bentuk pemetaan, transek, kalender musim, diagram venn, alur sejarah, serta bagan perubahan dan kecenderungan. Hasil nyata dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya kelompok masyarakat yang  benar-benar mau dan mampu mengolah  limbah botol plastik agar bernilai ekonomis yang terdiri dari petugas kebersihan, keluarganya, dan elemen masyarakat lain, mengurangi dampak sampah bagi lingkungan,  paham akan adanya peluang ekonomi di balik sampah, prospek meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga, menjadi produk unggulan recycle bottles dan masyarakat termotivasi menerima masukan dan melakukan perbaikan terus menerus. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Masyarakat, Limbah Botol plastic, Recycle  Abstract This research and partnership aims to empower the society of Girimoyo Karangploso Malang through managing plastic bottles waste into economically valuable products and reducing the impact of plastic waste on the environment. The methods used descriptive observation, Focus Group Discussion, focus componential anylisis in the form of mapping, transect, seasonal calendars, Venn diagrams, timeline, and trend and changes. The results show that the activities create the groups of people who really are willing and able to process waste plastic bottles that have economic value that consists of a trash collector, his family, and other elements of society, reducing the impact of waste on the environment, aware of the existence of economic opportunities from trash, the prospect of increasing family income, a superior product from recycle bottles and the society are motivated to receive feedback and do continuous improvement. Abstract

In globalization era, the company must have the ability to satisfy their customer to be the winner of business competitiosince customer satisfaction depends on product or service quality. The purpose of this research is to find student’s assessment about service quality that was given by private universities in Malang and what kind of service quality attributes which has  less performance based on student expectation. This research used purposive and accidental sampling and analysis instrument is Importance-Performance Analysis. The results show, first, level of received service quality is still under level of student expectation so they are unsatisfied  second, there are four attributes which has less performance than student expectation that are the accuration of lecturer assessment, the willingness of lecturer and staff to listen and receive suggestion from students, meeting lecturer easily, and lecturer and staff serve students well. Therefore, based on  this result, private universities in Malang have to make this four attributes as a major priority in continous improvement of quality program to win competition.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the implementation of tanggung renteng system and the role of women at Kopwan Setia Budi Wanita Malang. Tanggung renteng system is a sharing responsibility and implementation of collectivity concept on everyone at cooperation. Descriptive analysis was used to get the answer of the purpose. The results shows, first, the implementation of tanggung renteng system consists of decision making process (acceptance of new member), finansial (loan), risk, and the future of cooperation. The increase in member, asset, omzet, and profit shows the success of implementation of this system. Second, women take a part on cooperation development sinc they can increase family economic and natinal economic in general.
