Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that more and more internet users in the Bina Insan Lubuklinggau University building specifically the Faculty of Computer internet connection often experience problems, the internet network is still unstable, and ways to divide internet access points in the Computer Faculty. This study uses data collection methods by observing and recording directly at the research site (Observation), conducting question and answer directly to the source (Interview), and documentation by reading literature books. The results showed that the internet is often experiencing constraints and unstable internet networks and ways to divide internet access points at the Computer Faculty of the University of Bina Insan Lubuklinggau by using Policy Base Routing and Failover Implementation using a Mikrotik Router. It can be concluded that the internet network connection is stable and shows the results of the distribution of internet access points at the Faculty of Computer Bina Insan Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Food self-sufficiency is a government program that is currently being actively promoted, so that Indonesia can be independent in providing food by the end of 2019. Indonesia besides being a maritime country is also an agricultural country with fertile land with 2 seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season. In the rainy season food plants usually do not need to be watered because they have enough rain water. Whereas in the dry season the plants must be watered regularly in accordance with soil moisture conditions. Farmers usually do not grow food in the dry season for fear that it will not grow well and crop failure. Dependence of farmers with the season causes farmer production to decline and becomes an obstacle in the success of the food self-sufficiency program. To overcome the constraints of the dry season and so that farmers can still plant crops in the dry season, we need an information and communication technology-based agricultural tool product in the form of a programmed chip mircrocontroller so that it can control watering plants automatically based on soil moisture that is detected using domestic soil moisture sensors . This tool will detect whether the soil where the planting is dry so that the tool can control watering automatically when the soil lacks the element of water. So farmers do not need to do watering manually. So that plants can continue to flourish even though it is the dry season. In addition to helping farmers this tool can also be installed on plantations, seedbed nurseries, urban parks, hotels, offices, and in homes that have parks or plants that need regular watering. Abstract

Maraknya penggunaan teknologi informasi di berbagai bidang bukan merupakan hal yang asing lagi, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Untuk menunjang berbagai kebutuhan aktivitas komunikasi, banyak institusi pendidikan berlomba untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan pengambilan data terkait performa infrastruktur jaringan STMIK MUSIRAWAS Lubuklinggau di pusat jaringan. Data-data yang diambil, yakni data spesifikasi, data downtime, dan data traffic perangkat jaringan. Dari data-data tersebut dapat diketahui availabilitas, reliabilitas, dan beban traffic perangkat jaringan. Dengan itu, kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap availabilitas, beban traffic, dan reliabilitas perangkat, yakni terkait hasil pengolahan data dan penyebab utama dibalik hasil tersebut. Selanjutnya, seluruh analisis dirangkum dalam bentuk rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan availabilitas dan reliabilitas perangkat jaringan.

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah dinas pertanian belum memiliki sistem alat ukur tingkat kelembaban tanah berbasis IoT. Sehingga staf dinas pertanian mengalami kesulitan dalam pengukuran tingkat kelembaban tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan pendekatan kualitatif. Data-data pada penelitian ini data primer yaitu berupa kata-kata, ataupun perilaku yang diamati melalui observasi, wawancara serta data sekunder yaitu literatur. Perancangan dari alat ukur tingkat kelembaban tanah menggunakan sensor kelembaban tanah berbasis arduino dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu hasil perancangan perangkat lunak, dan hasil perancangan perangkat keras. Hasil perancangan perangkat lunak meliputi instalasi dan coding. Kata kunci : kelembaban tanah, Arduino, mikrokontroler Abstract The problem in this research is that the agriculture agency does not yet have an IoT-based soil moisture measurement system. So that the agricultural department staff have difficulty in measuring soil moisture levels. This research uses data collection methods by using a qualitative approach. The data in this study are primary data, namely in the form of words, or observed behavior through observation, interviews and secondary data, namely literature. The design of a soil moisture measuring device using an Arduino-based soil moisture sensor is divided into two parts, namely the results of software design and the results of hardware design. Abstract

Data mining merupakan serangkaian proses untuk mendapatkan informasi yang berguna dari gudang basis data yang besar. Data mining juga dapat diartikan sebagai pengekstrakan informasi baru yang diambil dari bongkahan data besar yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan[1]. Dalam data mining terdapat banyak teknik dalam pengerjaannya, diantaranya yaitu algoritma naïve bayes, decision tree, jaringan saraf tiruan dan masih banyak lainnya. Prediksi merupakan suatu proses memperkirakan secara sistematis tentang sesuatu yang paling mungkin terjadi dimasa depan berdasarkan informasi masa lalu dan sekarang yang dimiliki, agar kesalahannya (selisih antara sesuatu yang terjadi dengan hasil perkiraan) dapat diperkecil. Prediksi tidak harus memberikan jawaban secara pasti kejadian yang akan terjadi, melainkan berusaha untuk mencari jawaban sedekat mungkin yang akan terjadi [2].metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Algoritma apriori digunakan untuk mendapatkan aturan asosiasi dan mencari pola hubungan antar satu atau lebih item dalam suatu data [2]. Salah satu tahap analisis asosiasi yang menarik perhatian banyak peneliti untuk menghasilkan algoritma yang efisien adalah analisis pola frekuensi (frequent pattern mining). Suatu asosiasi dapat diketahui penting atau tidak dapat diukur menggunakan parameter support dan confidence. Support atau nilai penunjang adalah ukuran yang menunjukkan tingkat dominasi suatu item dari keseluruhan transaksi, sedangkan confidence atau nilai kepastian adalah kuatnya hubungan antar-item dalam aturan asosiasi [2]. Toko  Bobi elektronik selama ini sudah memiliki data penjualan yang dicatat secara manual  yaitu dengan membuat catatan di buku dan juga microsoft excel, hanya saja  history penjualan ini tidak digunakan secara maksimal hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki 10 best rule dengan nilai confiden rata-rata 90%.
