Abstract

Pengembangan Teknologi Game Indonesia Untuk Game 2D “Heroes Of Indonesia” Menggunakan Unity 2D Engine Berbasis Mobile merupakan game dengan genre Action-Adventure, yang berguna sebagai hiburan serta sarana edukasi pengenalan sejarah kemerdekaan Indonesia kepada para pemainnya yang dirancang untuk smartphone berbasis Android. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan game sejenis. Untuk metode perancangannya dimulai dari tahap Analisis Data, Desain Sistem, Pembuatan Program, Pengujian, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Simpulan dari skripsi ini adalah perpaduan antara rintangan dan edukasi berupa kuis dalam game “Heroes Of Indonesia” merupakan media yang efektif dan menarik untuk mengenalkan sejarah apa saja yang terjadi dalam tercapainya kemerdekaan Indonesia. Tanggapan dari responden juga terhibur dengan memainkan game “Heroes Of Indonesia”.

Abstract

The development of information technology has a major impact on almost all aspects of human life, such as in the field of education. Complex college academic activities require an information system that can assist in its management. Skripsi management is part of the university's academic activities that aim to manage data from the process of implementing skripsi activities. Submission of skripsi titles using printed proposals, finding information about skripsi title data stored at universities is relatively difficult, the process of comparing titles based on the examiner's knowledge of existing title data is a problem that must be minimized. A skripsi title submission system is designed that applies the winnowing algorithm in it. With this system, title proposals can be submitted online, there is a data search feature for skripsi titles, the system can provide recommendations for acceptance of the proposed title based on the comparison of the percentage of similarity with the percentage limit of the percentage of accepted similarity that has been determined in the system. The results of the algorithm test show that the winnowing algorithm can be used in calculating the word similarity level by looking for fingerprint similarities in the sentences being compared

Abstract

At the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Kotawaringin Regency, the administrative process of registering zakat and waqf is still done manually, so that for less than optimal public services it takes a long time in the process, there are also obstacles to delays in making reports and the form of data storage which is still in the form of documents. archived and so that the data search process becomes slow. This will hamper the quality of service to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to design a system that can assist the process and provide information regarding the registration of zakat and waqf. By doing this research, it is hoped that the needs of the latest system and problems that often occur in data processing at the Sampit Religious Affairs Office, East Kotawaringin Regency by using the information system This website-based system can be handled properly, so that it can improve the performance of the parties involved in the data processing process in the form of the administration of zakat and waqf registration and can improve the service performance of the Sampit Religious Affairs Office, Kotim Regency

Abstract

Abstract: E-Digital Promotion and Marketing Tourism using the public relations method is a system that provides information about traditional cultural activities, history, and tourist service facilities in the form of lodging, motorcycle taxis, culinary, and souvenirs typical of East Kotawaringin. In this case, tourism in East Kotawaringin Regency does not yet have an information system that provides information on local wisdom in the form of tourist spots/locations, traditional culinary arts, historical traditional cultural activities and facilities that support the tourism sector. Also, the decreasing number of tourists who visit causes the need to increase promotion in the tourism sector. Therefore, the design of Tourism E-Digital Promotion and Marketing using the Public Relations method can make it easier for tourists to obtain information about East Kotawaringin Regency, especially tourists who want to visit East Kotawaringin Regency. Because, this method can maintain, manage, and maintain good relations between the organization and the community in order to increase effectiveness in the field of tourism promotion and marketing. Thus, the East Kotawaringin Regency Government can easily promote tourism, service providers or tourism products can market their products to visitors, and visitors can get complete and actual information about tourism in East Kotawaringin Regency.

Abstract

The tragedy that occurred in the Sampit area 20 years ago was commemorated and immortalized by the local government with the construction of the "Bundaran Balanga ". Initially, the roundabout was only a monument made of wood which became a symbol of peace which was later enhanced with typical Dayak ornaments which became historical tours for tourists. However, information about this history cannot be obtained by tourists or people who visit there or who want to visit the place because there is no media and supporting technology for this tour. A tourism application was made to introduce the history of the Balanga roundabout accompanied by Augmented Reality which can display a 360 degree view of the object. The data collection method is done by interview, documentation, observation and literature study. The stages of this research include concept, data collection, analysis and design, implementation and testing. This tourist application provides information about a complete description of the history of the Balanga Roundabout including the location and distance traveled along with photos. As for accessing Augmented Reality you have to scan the QR Code. This application helps provide information about the history of the Balanga Roundabout and tourists can feel as if they are in that location with a 360 degree view around it.

Abstract

The Village Law stipulates that the Village has the power and origin of adequate funds to be able to control the potential it controls to promote the economy and welfare of its people. Through the efficient, effective and transparent procurement of goods and services by the Village Government, it is very helpful to realize the welfare of the village community as is the case with Kantor Desa Bajarum. Kantor Desa Bajarum has followed the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines on the procurement of village goods and services in the operational process of procuring goods and services. However, in its implementation, the performance of kasi kesra is still very slow because the process of procuring goods and services to monitoring village assets is still in the form of manual input without automation. The data verification process is also carried out by checking one by one so that it is less efficient. In addition, manual data input makes it vulnerable to cases or fraud in the form of corruption of village assets by changing, modifying data so that the facts of the documentation or reports are different from the facts in the field. By utilizing the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services) method, these problems can be overcome by developing an Information System for procurement and monitoring of village assets. System development is carried out using the Waterfall method. System Design utilizes UML (Unified Modeling Language). This web-based system is built with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System testing method using Blackbox. This system has been able to run and is optimally implemented at the Kantor Desa Bajarum.

Abstract

In order to improve competitiveness, the use of information systems in organizational business prosecesses is mandataory for business people. Agung Mas hotel is one of hotel located in strategic area in Yogyakarakat, with a heritage hotel concept that uphold culture but still provides comfort to customers by implementing information systems in their business processes. In implementation process of information system of Agung Mas Hotel, investment and cost efficiency has not been measured properly. IT governance is needed to determine the extent the used IT in order to achieve the company’s vision and mission. IT governance begins with measuring how well the IT governance is implementes by the company. This study aims to measure the maturity level of the company in IT governance. Balance scorecard is a framework used to assess organizational performance. COBIT and Balance scorecard can provide a parameter from a financial perspective and can be used as a reference for management to make improvments, especially in cost efficiency. The research was conducted by distributing questionnares to hotel employees and then processing the queationnare data to obtain the value of maturity level. Based on the research result, the mean score for PO5 was 2.64 and DS6 was 2.63.

Abstract

Abstrak− Setiap daerah memiliki ciri khas yang membedakan dari daerah lainnya dan tidak bisa ditemukan di daerah lain kecuali di daerah tersebut. Begitu pula dengan Kotawaringin Timur yang merupakan sebuah daerah di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah yang kaya akan hasil alam dengan keasrian hutannya. Kotawaringin Timur memiliki berbagai makanan khas yang diolah dari tumbuhan dan hasil alam sekitarnya yang dimanfaatkan dan diolah menjadi makanan bergizi dan bercita rasa gurih. Diantara makanan tersebut yang mampu menjadi daya tarik dan diproduksi lebih luas ke berbagai daerah adalah produk cemilan. Cemilan khas Kotawaringin Timur ini di pasarkan melalui sebuah e-Marketplace yang mengumpulkan berbagai macam pedagang pengolah cemilan khas Kotawaringin Timur. Dengan adanya e-Marketplace ini membantu para wisatawan serta masyarakat luas dalam memilih cemilan yang disukai dan dapat langsung melakukan transaksi pemesanan secara online. Sistem e-Marketplace ini bersifat sebagai penghubung antara para penjual dan pembeli, pembeli melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran melalui admin dan kemudian admin yang akan memproses kepada penjual. Aplikasi e-Marketplace ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Desain system menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD).

UD. Mitra Kobes Rattan is a trading business engaged in the processing of semi-finished rattan. The process of collecting employee data, attendance, payroll is done by taking notes in books and calculating using a calculator. Likewise, marketing of this product is still carried out by word of mouth from the surrounding community, there is no media to promote products and manage product sales data. In today's era, ERP technology, namely Enterprise Resource Planning, is very helpful for developing and advancing various agencies and companies. To solve problems that exist at UD. Mitra Kobes Rattan created an ERP system for the Human Resource Management module to help manage employee data. The Marketing and sales module is used to promote products and manage product sales data. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system can be accessed online both from the admin side and the user in the form of people who can place orders and purchase products. Marketing techniques are also greatly helped by including social media links on the product sales web so that the marketing scope is wider

Abstract

Perjalanan dinas merupakan perjalanan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai ataukaryawan pada suatu perusahaan atau instansi dengan tugas pekerjaan kedinasantersebut. Setiap perusahaan atau instansi memiliki prosedur yang berbeda dalammempersiapkan keperluan perjalanan dinas. Salah satu instansi yang melakukanperjalanan dinas ialah Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur.Perjalanan dinas di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timurdilakukan karena adanya agenda bulanan atau tahunan yang sudah dijadwalkanmaupun undangan eksternal yang berkaitan dengan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS)Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Pegawai yang akan melakukan perjalanan dinasakan ditunjuk secara langsung oleh Kepala BPS Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timursesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing. Untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas,setiap pegawai memerlukan surat pengantar atau biasanya disebut Surat Tugasuntuk perjalanan dinas dalam kota dan Surat Perjalanan Dinas (SPD) untukperjalanan dinas luar kota. Pembuatan surat-menyurat tersebut menggunakanMicrosoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Prosedur pembuatannya tidak dapatdilakukan secara cepat karena harus memasukan dan mengedit data pegawai satupersatusehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Dengan adanyapermasalahan tersebut, proses pembuatan surat-menyurat dan pengelolaan yangmasih belum tersistem. Sehingga pihak Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) KabupatenKotawaringin Timur memiliki kendala karena lambatnya prosedur pembuatansurat-menyurat perjalanan dinas, pengelolaan data laporan perjalanan dinas, danKepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur tidak bisamengontrol atau memantau pegawai yang sedang melaksanakan perjalanan dinasdari kejauhan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya sebuah sistem informasi yang dapatmempermudah dalam pengelolaan data dan pengawasan perjalanan dinas padaBadan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur.
