Abstract

The implementation of Student Administration at Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School includes student planning activities, admission of new students, recording of students in the master book, administration of student attendance, school discipline, student transfer, student organization activities, and administration of graduation and alumni. All student administration activities have been done well by the administration staff of the Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School. Factors Influencing the Implementation of Student Administration at the 1 Kusan Hilir State Middle School are education of administrative staff and the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Distribution andPromotion) of LPG, to find out what obstacles are faced and what alternative solutionscan be done related to the constraints faced.This research uses a descriptive method. Sources of data used in this study are primarydata and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are through observation,interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitativedata analysis technique.The results showed that, the marketing mix carried out by PT. Citra Karunia Ilahi is theselection of products marketed, namely subsidized and non-subsidized LPG GasProducts. Non-subsidized LPG Gas products include 5.5 Kg LPG Gas, 12 KG LPG Gas,and 12 KG LPG Bright Gas, then the application of varying prices, for the price of 5.5Kg refill cylinders is priced at Rp. 65,000, LPG 12 Kg Rp. 142,000, and LPG 12 KgBright gas Rp. 145,000. PT. Citra Karunia Divine distributes Non-subsidized LPG GasProducts to gas stations, minimarkets, subsidized LPG Gas Bases, MSMEs, Institutionsand to the public directly, while the promotion is carried out by means of promotionsthrough banners/banners, and promotions for holidays. The obstacles faced are the lackof purchasing power and public interest in non-subsidized LPG Gas, and the PromotionStrategy is still not intensive, while the Alternative Solution that can be applied is byconducting a tube loan trial program, and using Digital Marketing and Promotionstrategies.

Abstract

The "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province carries out social rehabilitation in the form of social guidance activities and skills guidance for socio-economic vulnerable women. The "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province has a fairly good performance in providing social guidance and skills guidance to women who are socio-economically vulnerable. All indicators used to measure the performance of social guidance and skills guidance carried out by the "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province, namely productivity, service quality and accountability, showed good performance results.

Abstract

Prosedur untuk pension pegawai negeri sipil yang memasuki batas usia pensiun di kantor wilayahVIII dari badan kepegawaian negara di Banjarmasin dimulai dengan pensiun yang diusulkan oleh dewan kepegawaian provinsi dan kabupaten atau kotamadya, penerimaan file proposal pensiun, pengajuan berkas proposal pensiun, penyelesaian file proposal pensiun, daftar dan cetak keputusan pensiun, pemeriksaan kembali keputusan pensiun, prangko dan pengarsipan keputusan pensiun, membuat surat pengantar kepada dewan personalia daerah sebagai pemohon untuk pensiun karyawan, dan menyerahkan keputusan pensiun pegawai negeri sipil kepada dewan personalia daerah sebagai pemohon untuk pensiun pegawai negeri. Kualitas layanan pensiun pegawai negeri sipil memasuki batas usia pensiun di kantor wilayah VIII dewan pegawai negeri ke kabupaten provincial atau pejabat-pejabat kota di wilayah kerjanya baik, buktinya adalah layanan yang disediakan oleh kantor-kantor regional dari VIII dari agen personalia negara adalah tepat waktu, mudah, akurat, murah, hasil layanan seperti yang diharapkan, dan transparan dalam memberikan layanan.

Abstract

Abstract: Administrative order and regularity  required because it is one of the important components for learning process. Some school administrations are considered not good enough so that school administration and archives become piled up and it is difficult to retrieve them when needed. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of school administration tasks with evaluation method, which is a method that evaluated the success of implementing a program/activity. Data collection techniques used distributing questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of school administration in the areas of personnel administration, financial administration, infrastructure administration, public relations administration, archive administration, and student administration were in good category. Overall there are 67% of respondents who answered good administrative services, 31% answered quite well, and 2% answered less well. It can be concluded that the implementation of school administration work in general is good.Keywords: school administration; administration; service; data collectionAbstrak: Ketertiban dan keteraturan administrasi sangat diperlukan karena menjadi salah satu komponen penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebagian administrasi sekolah dinilai tidak cukup baik sehingga administrasi dan kearsipan sekolah menjadi bertumpuk dan sulitnya mengambil kembali saat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan tugas tata usaha sekolah dengan metode evaluasi, yakni metode yang digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian pada suatu kegiatan/program. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan Administrasi Sekolah pada bidang administrasi kepegawaian, administrasi keuangan, administrasi sarana prasarana, administrasi hubungan masyarakat, administrasi kearsipan, dan administrasi kesiswaan berada pada kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan terdapat 67% responden yang menjawab pelayanan administrasi baik, 31% menjawab cukup baik, dan 2% menjawab kurang baik. Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pekerjaan administrasi sekolah secara umum sudah baik.  Kata kunci: administrasi sekolah; tata usaha; pelayanan; pendataan

Abstract

Government Employees of Liang Anggang District, show the profesionalism in duties. The result shown by three indicators that researchers use as a measurement to assess the professionalism of Government Employees. The Government Employees have work ability, full skills, and work experience. The Government Employees also have good productivity. In addition the researcher found that Government Employees also have good acievement, including quality, quantity, and finishing the duties.

Semua kegiatan administrasi siswa telah dilakukan dengan baik oleh staf administrasi SMP 1 Kusan Hilir. Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penerapan Administrasi Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Negeri 1 Kusan Hilir adalah pendidikan staf administrasi dan ketersediaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang dimiliki oleh SMP 1 Kusan Hilir. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kinerja Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah dengan merealisasikan visi dan misi Kabupaten Kotabaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang bertujuan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Kotabaru. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah sebagian Aparatur Sipil Negara yang pernah mendapatkan pelayanan dari Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Kotabaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa kualitatif yaitu mempelajari, menelaah dan menganalisa data, informasi dan fakta yang diperoleh kemudian data tersebut dibaca, dianalisa, dinterpretasikan dan diambil suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kotabaru dalam Penyelenggaraan pelayanan di Bidang Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kepada seluruh pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten yang didasarkan pada indikator produktivitas, kualitas pelayanan dan akuntabilitas adalah dalam kategori Cukup baik. Kinerja Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kotabaru dalam Penyelenggaraan pelayanan di bidang kepegawaian, pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada seluruh pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kotabaru dipengaruhi oleh faktor ketersediaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang handal, sarana dan prasarana yang baik, anggaran yang proporsional dan memadai. This study purpose is looking at the staffing agent performance, Education and Regional Training by realizing Kotabaru Regency’s vision and mission. The study method used is the evaluation method, which is a research method to evaluate Kotabaru Regency’s staffing agent performance, Education and Regional Training. This research data source is a part of the State Civil Apparatus who have received services from Kotabaru Regency’s staffing agent performance, Education and Regional Training. This research uses qualitative analysis which are learning, analyzing data, information and facts obtained then the data was read, analyzed, interpreted and decided a conclusion. The results showed that the staffing agent performance, Education and Regional Training in providing services in the staffing sector, Education and Training to all government employees in the Regency Government based on productivity indicators, service quality and accountability were in the Fairly good category. the staffing agent performance, Education and Regional Training in providing services in the staffing sector, Education and Training to all government employees in the Kotabaru Regency Government is influenced by the reliable Human Resources (HR)’s availability, good facilities and infrastructure, proportional and adequate budget.

The implementation of the administrative work of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin in the field of personnel administration, financial administration, infrastructure administration, public relations administration, archive administration, and student administration is in good category. Overall there are 67% of respondents who answered that the administrative service was good, 31% answered quite well, and 2% answered less well. This means that it can be concluded that the implementation of the administrative work of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin is good.
