Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of: (1) corporate image and service quality on member satisfaction, (2) corporate image on member satisfaction, (3) service quality on satisfaction of members of the Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan Savings and Loan Cooperative. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative research. The subjects in this study were members of the Save Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan Cooperative and the objects in this study were corporate image, service quality, and member satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data were collected by interview, document recording and questionnaire method, and analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) corporate image and service quality had a significant effect on member satisfaction, (2) corporate image had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, (3) service quality had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction at the Koperasi Saves Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan.
