Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty Simpati in Singaraja City. The research design used in this research was causal quantitative research. This research was a sample research with the determination of the sample used was accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 120 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Relationship marketing and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on sympathy customer loyalty in Singaraja City 2) Relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on sympathetic customer loyalty in Singaraja City. 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Simpati in Singaraja City.
