Abstract

The accuracy of smash in badminton extracurricular at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan still varies. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the badminton extracurricular male students' smash at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan in 2020/2021. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The research population was male students in extracurricular badminton at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan, totaling 12 students who were taken using a total sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 20 software application. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy of the badminton extracurricular male students' smash hits at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan is in the "very poor" category of 8.33% (1 student), "less" of 0.0 % (0 students), "enough" at 33.33% (4 students), "good" at 41.66% (5 students), "very good" at 16.66% (2 students).

Abstract

Corona virus is a virus thatcan infect the respiratory system. One of the effort to prevent corona virus infection is to increase the body’s immune status. In a effort to protect themselves from this virus, many people are starting to look at supplements to strengthen their immune system. The assumption that supplements can prevent the corona virus is not entirely true. Supplements can indeed provide us with the nutritional intake needed to support health and endurance. However, this does not necessarily prevent direct transmission of the virus. The solution and one of the local wisdoms of the people in Indonesia in increasing immunity is the habit of consuming herbal drinks which are believed to increase the body’s immunity because there are several very useful ingredients. The purpose of this PKM activity is as one of the preventive measure taken by the people of Senden village, Kediri Regency in warding off the corona virus/covid-19 by making innovations in herbal drinks from processed spices and consuming herbal drinks as an effort to ward off the corona virus or covid19. This activity uses training methods and direct assistance throught the preparation and implementation stages of making herbal drinks.

Abstract

Sprint adalah teknik latihan yang digunakan oleh atlet di semua jenis olahraga untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kekuatan. Untuk mengembangkan kecepatan dan kekuatan otot tungkai, diperlukan latihan lari berlubang mengacu pada rasio latihan interval 1:3 dan 1:5. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki di SMPN I Kertosono yang terdiri dari 48 siswa. Desain penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang disebut sebagai metode eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan desain kelompok kontrol nonequivalent. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANOVA untuk mendapatkan data. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test dimana tes kecepatan menggunakan sprint 30 meter dan daya menggunakan tes lompat vertikal. Data dari pre-test dan post-test, kemudian, dianalisis dengan menggunakan seri SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini ada peningkatan yang signifikan dari latihan sprint berongga menuju kecepatan dan kekuatan. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara rasio pelatihan interval sprint kosong 1: 3 dan rasio pelatihan interval sprint kosong 1: 5 terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan daya. Kata kunci: latihan, sprint hampa, latihan interval, kecepatan dan kekuatan otot kaki.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Badan Pembina Olahraga Mahasiswa Indonesia (BAPOMI) Provinsi Jawa Timur, mengirimkan kontingen berjumlah 326 Atlet, 55 Ofisial dari 38 Perguruan Tinggi. Kontingen Perguruan Tinggi dari wilayah Kediri diwakili oleh Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Kahuripan Kediri, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri, dan Universitas Kadiri. Sedangkan cabang olahraga yang dipertandingkan pada POMNAS XVI DKI Jakarta ada 24 cabang olahraga yang terdiri dari 20 cabang olahraga kompetisi dan 4 cabang olahraga eksibisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi perolehan medali Universitas Kahuripan Kediri pada Pekan Olahraga Mahasiswa Nasional XVI di DKI Jakarta, (2) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi peringkat prestasi Perguruan Tinggi di wilayah Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif ex post facto, pada penelitian ini cenderung lebih mengarah pada kategori studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Universitas Kahuripan Kediri pada POMNAS XVI menyumbangkan medali Perunggu dalam cabang olahraga Bolavoli Beregu Putri, sedangkan peringkat prestasi di Jawa Timur pada urutan 28 dan peringkat 3 pada wilayah Kediri. Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Universitas Kahuripan Kediri, Pomnas ABSTRACT Badan Pembina Olahraga Mahasiswa Indonesia (BAPOMI) East java delegated contingent which consisted 326 athletes and 55 officials from 38 Universities. The contingent represented by kahuripan University, Nusantara PGRI University and Kadiri University. In other side, there were 24 sports held which consisted of 20 competition sports and 4 exhibition sports. The objectives of this research are as followed: (1) to know the contribution of the medal gained by the athletes from Kahuripan University Kediri in Pemnas XVI in Jakarta, (2) to know the contributions to the achievement among the universities from Kediri. The research design is quantitative with descriptive ex post facto approach. The research found that the athlete from Kahuripan University contributed bronze medal in volleyball while the rank of east java contingent was 28 and the 3 rank of Kediri Kata Kunci: Constribution, Kahuripan University of Kediri, Pomnas

Abstract

Ladder drill is a jump exercise using a ladder. Box jump is an exercise to jump over a box using one or two legs. Both exercises are two improve agility and speed. The target of this research was male students of class XI MAN 1 Gresik, totaling 101 studens. The type of research used is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The design of this study uses the non equivalent control-group before-after design, data analysis uses ANOVA. The data collection process was carried out with a hexagon test and 30 meter sprint. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed using the SPSS application series 22.0. The results showed: (1) there was a4significant effect between the ladder 5hop+run training program on an increase in agility by 3.23% and speed by 3.47%; (2) there is4a significant effect between the lateral box jump training program on an increase in agility of 3.71% and speed of 3.17%; (3) there is4a significant effect between the ladder 5hop+run and the lateral box jump training program on increasing agility by 6.94% and speed by 6.64%.
