<![CDATA[Produktivitas mesin/peralatan yang rendah dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan suatu metode pengukuran tingkat efektivitas pemakaian suatu mesin/peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performansi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Perhitungan six big losses dilakukan untuk mengetahui kerugian yang mengakibatkan rendahnya nilai OEE. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada bulan April 2014, diperoleh persentase nilai availability terbesar yaitu 92,647% dan yang terendah yaitu 39,706%, persentase nilai performance efficiency terbesar yaitu 85,307% dan yang terendah yaitu 36,225% sedangkan persentase nilai rate of quality product terbesar yaitu 98,713% dan yang terendah yaitu 97,613% dan rata-rata nilai OEE yang dihasilkan pada bulan April 2014 adalah 33,219%. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method is a method in measuring the effectiveness of a machine/tool by counting the availability of the machine, performance and quality of the product. Counting six big losses conductedto find out the loss that cause the low OEE value.
