Abstract

Notary Office / PPAT I Gusti Rai Daniel Ari Putra, SH., M.Kn. is a Land Deed Making Official who makes deeds related to land. In carrying out this work, records are still carried out manually, namely still using a recording system in the book which consists of a file monitoring management process, payment for services, and does not provide information regarding the reporting of files that have been completed. This results in each service requiring time from the time the application is submitted to the completion of the file, besides that proof of payment for services can be lost if not recorded. Based on these problems, needed a system to facilitate the management of the file being executed and facilitate business processes that exist in this study created a system with the title Design of Information System File Management in the Office of Notary / PPAT which include data management of the applicant, the data in the file status request , payments and report. This research process uses a linear sequential model method, starting from determining needs, analyzing needs and designing CDM and PDM for the next steps. Furthermore, the authors build and design a system using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The final result of this research is a file management information system at the Notary Office I Gusti Rai Daniel Ari Putra, SH., M.Kn. and testing has been carried out on the system using black box testing whose results are in accordance with the system design.

Abstract

Rendering is a process for generating a 2D or 3D image. The use of high computer specifications in the rendering process encourages the need for super computer provision. In this research is done rendering video 3D animation analysis using blender application based on network render. In this research used experimental research method, that is by giving variation of frame value to know execution time when done rendering process of 3D animation video. On each computer in the workstation is done Blender application configuration, as Master, Slave, and Client. The results show that 3D animation video rendering process has increased execution time along with increasing number of frames, but along with increasing number of Slave computer execution time of video rendering process of 3D animation has decreased.

Abstract

In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the website.  This study aims to analyze the Usability Testing Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method.  The method used in this study is the SUS (System Usability Scale).  Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation techniques or questionnaire techniques.  The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.  The subjects in this study consisted of 30 respondents.  The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.  The results of the evaluation in this study, namely the results of the assessment of the respondents, obtained a total value of the SUS score of 2012.50 with the resulting average value of 67.08, this shows that the total SUS score on the STIKI Indonesia website is 67.08, which means the level of user Acceptability Range  is Marginal High, Grade Scale level is category D, user Adjective Rating level is OK category and SUS Score Percentile Rank is grade D. The website still needs to be evaluated and developed further so that its use can be more optimal.

Abstract

Consumer needs for speed of delivery of goods and retrieval of goods are very important in the world of cargo. One of them is TAM CARGO BALI where couriers have difficulty in delivering goods during the process of determining the shipping route route. This makes the need for an information system to determine accuracy in the selection of the initial and subsequent paths to facilitate couriers, with the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) genetic algorithm with optimization problems, namely visiting every place from a set of specified places once and only once. then return to the starting place at the end of the travel route with the distance, the minimum time and cost and the results of distance optimization by generating chromosomes from the specified route make a sequence of the shortest path from the starting point of TAM CARGO BALI back to the end point at TAM CARGO BALI. Traveling Salesman Problem TSP is the search for the shortest route or minimum distance by a salesman from a city to n-city exactly once and back to the initial city of departure where the weight on the side is the distance. This TSP route contains all the vertices on the graph exactly one turn. After the generation of chromosomes, the generation selection process, crossover and mutation are carried out to get the best fitness value for each generation. The generation process will be repeated until the maximum generation is the 10th generation. The application that has been successfully built can determine the best route visualized on the map. Application testing is carried out by testing the system's functional and manual calculations according to the route output generated by the system.

Abstract

Nowadays, Scheduling subjects is one of the first steps for starting the teaching and learning process in educational institutions. To do so, The role of teachers and school staff is very important and not easy because it takes a long time to compile it. SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar is one of the schools located in the city of Denpasar which is located on Jalan Kebo Iwa No 8, Padangsambian Kaja, Denpasar, Bali. It is a vocational high school that has a tourism expertise and computer engineering study program. Based on current results of observations and interviews, the process of making the subject schedules that run at SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar is still being done using Microsoft Excel, this has resulted in frequent errors in managing schedules such as conflicting schedule and it takes a long time to correct it. Tabu Search is an optimization method based on local search, where the search process moves from one solution to the next by selecting the best solution which is not classified as a prohibited solution. It is a combinatorial optimization problem-solving method that is incorporated into local search methods. This method aims to streamline the process of finding the best solution of a large-scale (np-hard) combinatorial optimization problem. Tabu search method to optimize the process of making the subject schedule and combined using PIECES analysis (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services). From this analysis, several problems will be obtained, which in the end can be identified clearly and more specifically, so that we can conclude some suggestions that will help in designing a new and better system. The Tabu Search method can be used to optimize the process of making the subject schedules at SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar, so that the scheduling process will be more easier than using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

Many people have benefited from the use of information technology, one of which is in the trade business sector. One company that is engaged in manufacture that utilizes information technology in its operational processes is Gelato Secrets. Its efforts to support business goals have been supported by an Information System (SI) which is still relatively new to be implemented in Gelato Secrets, namely the Odoo application that supports the sales process in each outlet. To evaluate the maturity level of information technology governance in the Odoo application, a framework is needed as a reference model to ensure the quality of IT governance in the application of the "Odoo" application. Control Objective for Information and related Technology (COBIT) is a best practice that provides an organization's entire business process and describes it in a logical structure of activities that can be managed and controlled effectively. The results of the research, measuring the average level of capability obtained, have only reached the Established Process level, which means that each sub-domain has been well defined and standardized. This shows that almost all processes meet the requirements, but there are still weaknesses on the side of system changes caused by the absence of an adequate documentation process. The company still has to fulfill the level 5 process, namely Optimizing Process by means of regular training to HR about existing Information Systems and also fulfilling user needs such as adding menus that can facilitate the smooth running of business processes in order to meet the expected company targets, as well as adding more technology devices. Information needed by the company in sufficient quantities.

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan lembab sangat dibutuhkan jamur tiram untuk hidup dengan baik. Di dalam memonitoring serta menjaga kondisi kelembaban pada ruang budidaya jamur tiram petani jamur tiram masih melakukannya dengan cara manual yaitu memeriksa kondisi kumbung dan menyemprotkan air secara langsung pada baglog dan ruang budidaya jamur tiram ketika kondisi cuaca sedang panas atau kelembaban kurang dari batas yang telah ditentukan. Kegiatan tersebut mengharuskan pembudidaya sering bolak-balik ke tempat budidaya jamur guna melakukan pengecekan berulang terhadap keadaan ruang pembudidayaan jamur. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem untuk memonitoring serta mengontrol suhu kelembaban pada ruang pembudidayaan jamur tiram. Pada sistem yang telah dibuat menggunakan sensor DHT22 untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembaban pada ruang budidaya, hasil pengukuran akan ditampilkan melalui layar LCD 20x4 secara offline serta melalui aplikasi blynk pada smartphone. Ketika kondisi kelembaban salah satu sensor lebih kecil dari setpoint yang telah di inputkan pada keypad 4x3, maka akan ada pesan notifikasi dan relay akan menghidupkan pompa nozzle kabut. Kemudian ketika kelembaban pada ruang budidaya lebih besar dari setpoint maka pompa akan mati.

Abstract

Masa pandemi COVID-19 menuntut tenaga pendidik untuk menjadi komunikator yang baik. Dalam masa pandemi, berbagai kegiatan pelatihan Public Speaking telah diadakan. Menjadi komunikator yang kuat telah menjadi ketrampilan hidup yang penting di era sekarang ini. Kampus STMIK STIKOM Indonesia mengadakan pelatihan Public Speaking bertema Speak With Power and Confidence dengan mendatangkan narasumber yang relevan, I Made Kertayasa. Kegiatan dilakukan secara bertahap yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dibuka untuk masyarakat umum, khususnya guru dan tenaga pendidik di Indonesia. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Berdasarkan penilaian oleh peserta, kegiatan mendapatkan respon yang positif.

Abstract

With the current outbreak of the corona virus, all sectors must start to improve so that they can survive during a pandemic, including the education sector. The teaching and learning process carried out during a pandemic situation like this is carried out using an online system and distance learning. Teachers must be able to provide facilities so that students can absorb the material optimally. Another problem that arises is that not all teachers are able to implement the distance learning system and also using the applications or technologies that support distance learning system. To solve this problem, the school needs to get the training of how to make a distance learning system media and in this case the school cooperates with STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) for the training. The training materials provided are google classroom training, google form and training on making the learning videos. The results of the analysis were obtained from the pretest and posttest questionnaires which were described descriptively. After receiving the training, most of the teachers will switch to use the Google Classroom media instead of WA social media, because 100% of the teachers stated that Google Classroom is very helpful in supporting online learning. In addition, according to the posttest questionnaires, 8.3% of the teachers understand very well about the features contained in Google Classroom, 41.7% understand it well and 50% are understand it quite well, meaning that most of the teachers understand the use of Google Classroom. The training also received a good responses from SDN 2 Kawan School and it will be applied to support their distance learning system.
