Abstract

5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, dan Self Discipline) is a work culture that must be applied in all workplaces both in the formal and informal sectors. The implementation of 5S aims to make workers feel comfortable and safe while working. In addition, the application of 5S can make work more effective and efficient because it can eliminate wasted time due to more time to search for goods, work areas that look full due to excess equipment and un needed goods or dirty environments. Furniture Works In Semanding District, Kauman, Ponorogo is one of the informal sectors that have not implemented 5R. This is seen from the condition of the work area full of unnecessary equipment and goods, messy, and dirty. Therefore, researchers conducted research analysis of the application of 5S in Furniture Works. Purpose: The purpose of the research to know the application of the principle of 5S in Furniture Works. Method: This research uses qualitative design. The research was conducted with direct observation and using the 5S checklist. Research Results: The results showed that the application of 5S in Furniture Works is still not good. This is evident from the achievement of the 5S as a whole which is below 50%. Conclusion: The results of the study concluded that the implementation of 5S in Furniture Works is still lacking so it is necessary to conduct training on 5S and internal audits periodically.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana sistem pengelolaan keuangan program pendidikan gratis di Yayasan Darul Ulum Bengkalis, yang berbasis di Kabupaten Bengkalis, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan gaya penelitian studi kasus. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini. Sumber data mencakup data tertulis dan tidak tertulis. Langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk sampai pada kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) pemeriksaan terhadap anggota, (b) menentukan apakah bahan referensi sudah cukup atau tidak, dan (c) melakukan triangulasi sumber dan metodologi. Peneliti yang menggunakan teknik Focus Group Discussion melalui tahapan analisis data (FGD). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dan prosedur pengelolaan keuangan Yayasan Darul Ulum Bengkalis bersifat sentralistik atau terpusat pada yayasan yang membewahi beberapa lembaga. Yayasan menghimpun dana dari berbagai sumber, adapun pendidikan dengan layanan gratis di yayasan ini memanfaatkan sistem dana subsidi silang karena layanan pendidikan gratis ini hanya tersedia untuk sebagian siswa saja.Setiap lembaga perlu mengajukan RKAM kepada yayasan dan nantinya yayasan akan mengeluarkan dana sesuaiĀ  dengan RKAM yang diusulkan oleh lembagaKata kunci: PengelolaanKeuangan, Program Pendidikan GratisAbstractThis study aims to find out how the financial management system for the free education program at the Darul Ulum Bengkalis Foundation, which is based in Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research style. Interviews, observations, and documentation of several methods used in the data collection process in this study. Data sources include written and unwritten data. The steps that need to be taken to arrive at a conclusion from this study are (a) examining members, (b) determining whether or not the reference material is sufficient, and (c) triangulating sources and methodology. Researchers who used the Focus Group Discussion technique went through the stages of data analysis (FGD). The results of the study show that the financial management systems and procedures of the Darul Ulum Bengkalis Foundation are centralized or centered on the foundation which oversees several institutions. The foundation collects funds from various sources, while education with free services at this foundation utilizes a cross-subsidized fund system because this free education service is only available to some students.Each institution needs to submit an RKAM to the foundation and later the foundation will issue funds in accordance with the RKAM proposed by the institution.Keywords: Financial Management, Free Educational ProgramsĀ

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter islam merupakan pola pendidikan yang melibatkan keteladanan guru untuk membiasakan kebiasaan baik pada peserta didik. Hal tersebut terhalangi dengan adanya pendidikan jarak jauh akibat pandemi. Melalui penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik pasca pandemi Covid-19 di SMAN 01 Bantan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari empat guru, empat orang tua wali, dan empat siswa kelas satu di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 01 Bantan. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik induktif interaktif. Sehingga diperoleh hasil yaitu dengan melakukan kolaborasi dengan orang tua pihak sekolah masih bisa menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik seperti mampu menanamkan nilai religius, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, mandiri, kerja keras dan jujur. Hal tersebut diusahakan dengan membuat program-program khusus pasca pandemi COVID-19 yaitu salat duha, membantu orang tua, tilawah dan hafalan alquran, shalat berjamaah serta olahraga
