Abstract

One object of study of God is God's order for humans, commonly known as Sunatullah. Allah SWT as a substance that is the creator of all beings both human and the entire universe is one of the regularities of Allah SWT. Furthermore, the phenomenon of the order of God Almighty in His creation can be seen starting from the creation of humans and nature and their contents. In the level of theology, God's order for human beings (Sunatullah) is not limited to the regularities possessed by His creatures, but more than that, the various regularities that occur in creatures are the will of Allah SWT. Allah Almighty is the substance that wills, and controls the order in His creatures. Sunnatullah as a concept should be invested in Islamic education. Therefore it is necessary to understand about sunnatullah as something that must be believed, used as guidelines and translated at the level of education. After being translated into the education curriculum, the next task of education is to implement sunnatullah as a theological concept into a practical action for students.

Abstract

Science serves as a tool to dissect unknown fenoma nature to humans, so it takes a maximum sense of empowerment. Sense of empowerment to the maximum, then the new knowledge about the nature and its contents can be created. To given the importance of science to man, the human should strive to continue in discovering and developing the existing science, because the science is existed to provide a satisfying life, lift status and dignity as well as to establish a well-developed civilization that will be remembered by history. In line with the times, especially with the advent of globalization, the scientific world we experience many challenges, both internal and external challenges. Internal challenges come from Muslim intellectuals we are not able to create new science, making it less able to "adapt" to the environment and the nature of modernity. External challenges come from cultures that newly developed scientific secular morality does not pay attention and do not care about nature and the environment. To give the many challenges faced by today's Muslim intellectuals, indirectly it is a responsibility that must be endured, so that these challenges can be anticipated and appropriate solution found. In this regard, it is in this paper we discuss about: (1) How is the historicity of the Islamic scientific development of the world? (2) How is the responsibility of the Muslim intellectual world of Islamic scholarship?

Abstract

Tantangan ekonomi global terutama di Asia sudah cukup mengundang respons beberapa pelaku terutama di bidang pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren. Pendidikan kewirausahaan menjadi sesuatu yang mendesak di samping pengetahuan Islam itu sendiri. Para siswa dipersiapkan tidak hanya untuk menjadi ilmuwan Islam tetapi juga menjadi wirausaha yang mampu bertahan dalam persaingan global di bidang ekonomi. Pesantren ini dapat melengkapi kurikulum dengan berbagai kegiatan wirausaha seperti perdagangan, bertani, menggiring ikan, menggembala sapi, menggembala kambing, dan industri rumahan. Ini adalah sistem pendidikan yang tidak biasa selama ini di sekolah berasrama pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Conflicts related to multicultural are widely reported in mass media and electronics in various forms such as demonstrations and other blasphemies related to differences in Indonesia. This shows that many people still do not understand multiculturalism. If it is realized that it does not need to happen because the diversity that exists should be understood because in essentially multicultural have a purpose to understand each other and compete in goodness with ” taqwa” to Allah SWT. In multicultural studies multiculturalism is seen as Politic of Recognition; building awareness of cultural diversity, traditions or preserved habits. Recognition and acceptance of the condition is a politic of recognition that must be upheld. This includes; 1) Multicultural in Etnic and Cultural Groups. 2) Society in Metaphors of Mixed Culture. 3) Multiculturalism in Social Characteristics. 4) Hyperculturalism as a new view. From the study conducted in “pesantren cottage” in Metro city, multicultural multiculturalization has been done although has not been integrated into the curriculum of boarding school education officially.
