Abstract

This study aims to describe the human resource management model in managing food barns during the Covid-19 pandemic in Malang Regency. The research method uses a literature review study design or a comparison of various literatures including journals, books, and other sources. The data analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that there is a human resource management model in the management of food barns based on information technology, by integrating 4 elements such as the government, the private sector, farmers, as well as local communities and customs. The integration and involvement of 4 elements with Information Technoogy is very important in realizing a good human resource management model in the management of barns at Covid-19 era in Malang Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the Implementation of the Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) Policy in Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency uses an approach to space utilization violations. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods in Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Determination of informants using purposive sampling and data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the RDTR Policy in Balongbendo District has been going well, seen from various space utilization permits such as permits for housing development, industry, trade and service activities, shophouse construction and so on. The supporting factors are good cooperation between policy implementing agencies, socialization of RDTR policies, socialization of RDTR policies to the community, seriousness and consistency of RDTR policy implementation, while the inhibiting factor is public understanding of the importance of implementing RDTR policies. community is not evenly distributed, lack of supervision on space utilization activities, there are still acts of violation of RDTR provisions.

Abstract

Family Hope program is a program to break the chains of poverty. Malang received it the year 2013. Community empowerment in the PKH step acceleration for poverty reduction. This research aims to analyze (1) implementation of community empowerment, (2) factor endowments and a barrier, and (3) the impact of the implementation of community empowerment in the family Program Hopes to break the chains of poverty in Sub Lowokwaru Malang. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Based on research it was concluded that the implementation of empowerment in the implementation of the Program of family Expectations are improving the quality of life of participants PKH by improving family health and educational aspects, the active role of the participants PKH in this program, the national program and the involvement of the participants in the PKH socialization thing – a good thing to the surrounding community. Supporting factors, namely the existence of a companion PKH, liveliness of local government as well as the willingness of community participants of this program to get better. While the factor penghambatnya is a program in terms of the rule of unpreparedness and the readiness of the program stakeholders. The impact of the implementation can be seen in improving the status of the health, education and welfare of the Family Hope Program participants in the city of Malang.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia experienced a decline in revenue and sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the driving factors for MSME activities is human resources as the main driver. During the pandemic, the empowerment of human resources needs to be improved as a form of optimizing MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to explain how the human resource management development model can be applied to MSMEs in the food and beverage sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a literature review method whose data sources come from secondary data and previous research studies. This research will contribute to the scientific contribution of human resource management in human resource modeling to manage MSMEs during a pandemic. The results showed that strategic innovation with the use of technology and information had a significant effect on improving employee performance and skills. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of technology and information can assist the implementation of training as a form of optimizing the development of MSME human resources during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mampu mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari variable fasilitas kerja, kompensasi dan kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Bakso Bakar SS Kota Malang yang memiliki karyawan sejumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung <t tabel dan nilai probabilitas signifikan >0,05. Namun variabel fasilitas kerja dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dan secara bersama variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan dilihat dari hasil f hitung >f tabel dan nilai probabilitas signifikan <0,05.

Abstract

Fluktuatifnya hasil produksi padi sawah dan menyusutnya lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Malang mengakibatkan sulitnya petani memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi pertanian untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, peluang dan ancaman, serta strategi yang tepat dalam produksi komoditas padi sawah di Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang selama Februari-April 2022. Dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT, peneliti berhasil menggali secara komprehensif bagaimana faktor kekuatan, peluang, ancaman memberikan strategi yang baik dalam peningkatan produksi padi sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tertinggi terletak pada luas lahan pertanian yang cukup, sedangkan kelemahan tertingginya terletak pada modal operasional petani yang terbatas. Peluang tertinggi yaitu tingginya permintaan pasar, sedangkan ancaman tertinggi terletak pada alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Strategi yang tepat dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi komoditas padi sawah di Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang yaitu memperluas pemasaran produk ke mancanegara, memanfaatkan Informasi dan teknologi pertanian terbaru, memperbaiki kualitas padi dan membuat aneka macam produk olahan pad, membuat regulasi hukum di tingkat desa untuk melindungi kegiatan produksi padi sawah, melakukan inovasi-inovasi terbaru, serta menguatkan kelembagaan kelompok tani.

Abstract

This study was made to investigate what factors can have an impact on work productivity. The investigation here focuses on knowing whether there is an effect of the variables of work facilities, compensation and welfare on the work productivity of employees, both productivity in certain aspects and overall. This research was conducted at MSME Bakso Bakar SS Malang City which has 30 employees. The type of approach that will be applied in the research is the quantitative method and saturated sampling of all MSME employees without exception will be involved as the research sample. From the data that has been further processed, it shows that the provision of compensation does not have a significant impact on increasing employee productivity as evidenced by the t arithmetic value which is smaller than t table and the significant probability value parameter obtained above 0.05. The variables that actually have a more significant effect on the work productivity of employees are supporting facilities and welfare insurance. This is proven by the value of calculated f which is higher than f table and the significance probability value is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine differences in the productivity of red chili farming before and after the pandemic. The researcher used probability sampling technique with 201 red chili farmers as the sampling population with a data collection error rate of 0,10% in order to obtain 66 research samples. The parameter of analysis is productivity before and after the pandemic using the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the significance value was obtained (0,004<0,05), then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the productivity of red chili farming before and after the pandemic.

Abstract

It knows the success rate of Artificial Insemination (IB) for dairy cattle and of the SIKOMANDAN program on the income of dairy farmers based on birth date in Batu City and Knowing the factors that support the success of the SIKOMANDAN program in Batu City. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research and data collection was obtained through interviews with cow’s breeders and supporting literature. Using descriptive analysis and mathematical calculations. The artificial isemination program (IB) and SIKOMANDAN in Batu City is considered quite successful and satisfying because the program runs according to the expectations of the cows breeders. The factors that support the program include the support of human resources, paramedics, satisfactory service and support from the government. The existence of the SIKOMANDAN program is not only based on dairy cow’s, but also on other commodities such as beef cow’s and other livestock.

Abstract

The village as the smallest government system needs to manage its finances properly to support village development and improve people's welfare. This study aims to describe and analyze the mechanisms, factors, and models for implementing village Treasurer and Operator accountability to increase the speed and accuracy of using Village Budgets in Pakijangan Village and Karangjatianyar Village, Wonorejo District, Pasuruan Regency. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting primary and secondary data directly on the Village treasurer and Operators from January to March 2022. The results of this study are that the mechanism for implementing accountability by Village treasurer and Operators is carried out by fulfilling 5 (five) dimensions, namely transparency, accountability, control, responsibility, and responsiveness. Supporting factors are timely village financial reporting, transparency and accountability for village financial management while inhibiting factors are the lack of understanding of village officials in village financial reporting and frequent changes in village officials. The accountability model for using the Village Budget in Pakijangan Village and Karangjatianyar Village involves the role of the Camat, Village Government, and General Binwas Parties, by carrying out evaluations. Suggestions for future researchers are to discuss the components of village financial management in detail.
