Abstract

A technology creation starts from the world of education, then the world of education should implement a technology-oriented information system, but in SMK Bina Medika every school academic system procedure is done manually, student data processing, absenteeism, student data search related to academics still must be open the archive sheets in the student information value section, there is no integrated data storage media because student data storage, teacher data, grade data, class data and class schedules that are done now are still using an offline application without you a database, so the problem in SMK Bina Medika, thus slowing down performance in presenting information quickly and precisely. This research aims to design a web-based academic information system. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The design system in making academic websites uses some software namely Sublime Taxt, Xamp which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, MySQL. Designing an academic information system to facilitate students, teachers and the Bina Medika Vocational High School (SMK) which was previously not available, student data, teacher data and the school is still separate so as to find out full information for quite a long time, with its website-based information system online is expected to make it easier for students, teachers and the Bina Medika Vocational High School (SMK), so that it can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Advances in technology in the field of Android-based applications are expected to bring changes in the world of education intended for English language education. At present the method of searching institute courses that are present in a variety of applications offered, but the existing applications are not yet complete on this matter related to the applications offered do not meet the specific needs of the course institution search applications that are provided in the English village pare. LBS and algotima dijkstra can be used in the analysis and design of android-based applications, it is required an application to search for locations such as applications needed by user in addition to places of study can also find a place to spend the night while studying, where traveling provides the facilities that have been provided. The results of the Go-Course application can conclude that it must meet the needs of users to carry out the process of finding a chair, boarding house, boarding house and travel package from a smartphone by providing a fairly accurate position. By applying the Djikstra algorithm to the Go-Course Application, you can set the shortest route to the boarding house and boarding house with the user's position and current distance in the form of a map. All functions in the Go-Cource application for finding seats, boarding, boarding and tour packages can run correctly through Blackbox Testing and in accordance with manufacturing recommendations.Keywords: LBS, Dijkstra, Android, GPS, Go-Course.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to identify ocean literacy profile students of Tidung Island vocational high school who participated in the Indonesian Beach School extracurricular activities. Indonesian Beach School is a program of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia which aims to disseminate and outreach information about coastal and marine ecosystems to improve the utilization of human resources through education. The ocean literacy profile assessed three domains, knowledge (include cognitive skill), attitude, and behavior. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research and the subject of this study are first and second-grade students of Tidung Island vocational high school were joined Indonesian Beach School extracurricular activities. To reveal the ocean literacy profile, we used Instrument Ocean Literacy adapted from Development of the International Ocean Literacy Survey: measuring knowledge across the world (Cannadyet al., 2018; Salma, 2019), Development of Ocean Literacy Assessment Instrument for High School Student (Hindrasti Irawan, 2018). The results of this research revealed that domain knowledge 59% in the medium category, cognitive skill 41% in the medium category, attitude 80% in the high category, and behavior 50% in the high category. Through this research, we found that the ocean literacy profile of students of Tidung Island vocational high school is sufficient for the domain of knowledge, while domain attitude and behavior classified as good.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi saat ini, perusahaan dituntut harus mempunyai SDM yang handal dan berkualitas agar memberikan kinerja yang maksimal. Faktor pertama yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah faktor individu yang di dalamnya termasuk pengetahuan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan manajemen pengetahuan. Dengan memaksimalkan manajemen pengetahuan di perusahaan maka diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Yazid Bersaudara Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi pada CV. Yazid Bersaudara yaitu 35 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Instrumen utama pengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis GeSCA (Generalized Structured Componen Analysis). Hasil pengujian hipotesis diuji dengan uji GeSCA menggunakan nilai Critical Ratio (CR). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Yazid Bersaudara Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong dengan pengaruh sebesar 49,9% dan sisa nya 50,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kompensasi, stress kerja, lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pengetahuan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The cable network is not suitable for connecting geographically distant communication systems such as Indonesia due to the low efficiency of the installation process, which requires large capital. It needs alternative technology, such as Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) but it is vulnerable to interference and equipment weaknesses that will reduce performance. Weather in Indonesia is erratic, sometimes suddenly raining makesVSAT communication network vulnerable to interference, because it adjusts transmit power manually. Especially forVSAT network of PT. Megah Surya Pertiwi, PIC inlocation does not understand VSAT. Based onresults of analysis and testing, there was a decrease in ping quality, Eb/No, C/N when it rained. Need to adjust transmit power so that quality returns to normal with weather at location. Prior toimplementation of Automatic Uplink Power Control, modem at Graha HUB independently defaulted power at 0dB and at Kawasi site at 2dB, when it rained and power was not increasedlink became unstable there was a Request time out and intermittent with occasional ping>1000ms,current C/N value weather is good at a value of 20.34dB while when it rains at 17.42dB and Eb / No value is unstable. After AUPC power transmits automatically adjusts. Ping value becomes more stable, ping on VSAT can be good if delay value is 500-800ms, with a maximum delay of 770ms toIP Modem monitoring site and 789ms to IP Lan PT. MSP. C/N value obtained is 21.09dB in accordance with ideal C/N range for VSAT networks. Eb/No value is stable according to target, namely 10 dB on the HUB modem and 9 db onmonitoring site modem. When modem detects a decreasing or increasing Eb/No value,system automatically adjusts transmit power so that the Eb/No value matching target.

Abstract

Paradigm has an important in science. According to Kuhn, the paradigm is very influential on the steps and results of research. Because a paradigm is a pattern or framework of thinking adopted by scientists in conducting research. This article will explain Thomas Kuhn's paradigm and its relevance toward Islamic thought in Indonesia. This article is library research using a historical-philosophical approach. The historical-philosophical approach use to see the development of Islamic thought in Indonesia and analyze or find the relevance of Thomas Kuhn's paradigm concept toward the development of Islamic thought in Indonesia. The results show that the paradigm concept of Thomas Kuhn can be used in Islamic scholarship in Indonesia to produce Islamic thought that is relevant to current issues.

Abstract

Semangat kerja karyawan dalam perusahaan dapat diraih jika iklim kerja dan fasilitas kerja karyawan yang bekerja dalam organisasi mengalami kemajuan atau peningkatan. Untuk mencapai semangat kerja yang diharapkan, maka organisasi sangat perlu untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dibantu dengan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian model menggunakan uji SPSS menunjukan bahwa Iklim Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Semanagat Kerja, sedangkan Fasilitas kerja tidak berpengaruh pada Semangat Kerja. Sedangkan Besarnya Pengaruh kontribusi variabel Iklim Kerja dan Fasiltas Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja adalah sebesar 73,4%, dan sisanya sebesar 26,6% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, misalnya seperti Gaya Kepemimpinan, Insentif, Lingkungan kerja, dan lain-lain. Kata kunci : Iklim Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Semangat Kerja

Abstract

Abstract: Studi bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan berpikir dasar dan kompleks dalam buku teks IPA SMP Kurikulum 2013 dan implementasinya pada proses pembelajaran. Studi dilakukan di kelas VII SMP salah satu sekolah piloting Kurikulum 2013 di kota Bandung dengan metode kualitatif. Sebanyak 37 orang siswa kelas VII dan satu guru IPA terlibat sebagai sampel penelitian. Rubrik analisis buku teks IPA, lembar observasi implementasi keterampilan berpikir dasar dan kompleks dalam aktivitas belajar siswa digunakan sebagai instrumen. Indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar yang dianalisis ada lima meliputi caution, transformations, relationships, classification, dan qualifications. Keterampilan berpikir kompleks yang dianalisis adalah keterampilan berpikir kritis. Indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis yang diukur ada lima yaitu memberi penjelasan sederhana terhadap masalah (elementary clarification), mengumpulkan informasi dasar (basic information), menyimpulkan (inferences), memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut (advanced clarrification), serta mengatur strategi dan taktik (strategy and tactics). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi kemunculan indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar dalam buku teks sebesar 93,33%. Prosentase kemunculan setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar dalam buku teks sebesar 45%. Representasi kemunculan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam buku teks sebesar 80%. Prosentase kemunculan setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam buku teks sebesar 50%. Representasi kemunculan indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar dalam pembelajaran sebesar 80%. Prosentase kemunculan setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar dalam implementasi pembelajaran sebesar 59%. Representasi kemunculan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran sebesar 100%. Prosentase kemunculan setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran sebesar 67%. Indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar yang paling baik pada buku teks yaitu relationships sebesar 58,33%, sedangkan yang paling rendah caution sebesar 25%. Indikator keterampilan berpikir dasar yang paling banyak muncul pada pembelajaran yaitu relationships dan qualifications masing – masing sebesar 100%, sedangkan yang tidak muncul transformation. Indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis yang paling baik pada buku teks yaitu membangun keterampilan dasar sebesar 83,33%, sedangkan yang paling rendah menyimpulkan, penjelasan lebih lanjut serta strategi dan taktik  masing–masing sebesar 33,33%. Indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis yang paling banyak muncul pada pembelajaran yaitu memberi penjelasan sederhana sebesar 100%, sedangkan yang paling rendah membangun keterampilan dasar, penjelasan lebih lanjut, dan strategi dan taktik masing – masing sebesar 50%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dalam rangka perbaikan mutu buku teks siswa dan pembelajaran IPA di SMP.Kata kunci: Keterampilan Berpikir Dasar, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, Buku IPA, Kurikulum 2013, Implementasi

Abstract

Questioning plays an important role in teaching learning process. The effect of prompting question and non-prompting question in biology teaching learning process on increasing student’s understanding and student’s retention was evaluated in this study.  The method used in the study was experimental involving students in control group who used student experiment and non-experiment worksheet without prompting question and students in experimental group who used student experiment and non-experiment worksheet with prompting question. The study was carried out in 4 concepts, i.e. the environment sustainability, water pollution, environment study, as well as sight organ in Invertebrate. To evaluate the different effect of student worksheet with prompting question and student worksheet without prompting question on increasing student’s understanding and retention posttest 1 and post-test 2 was given to the two groups in time interval of 2,3 and 4 weeks. From the result of the two tests the retention was measured. The study revealed that in the concept of Environment sustainability, environmental study and water pollution the use of student worksheet with prompting question as well as without prompting question was effectively increased student’s understanding to the concept, and the increasing of student’s understanding to the concept between control and experiment group was equally the same. Meanwhile in the concept of the organ sight in invertebrate the use of experiment student worksheet with prompting question more effectively increased student’s understanding to the concept than the use of experiment student worksheet without prompting question. Student in the experiment group performed better retention on the concept than student in control group.

Abstract

Abstract— VPN network is very interesting to be discussed and widely so that many have done research then this research will do the implementation of vpn network using GRE Tunnel technology. This research will answer how this virtual interface can connect more than one router with another router by using GRE protocol to deliver packets, protocols and more so that user needs such as connecting layer 2 between sites can be fulfilled through VPN GRE Tunnel. Finally after the preparation for this research started install simulator GNS3, mikrotik routerOS, virtualbox, operating system. Network administration by writing ip address. Configuration on loopbaack adapter, MikroTik-HeadOffice, MikroTik-Branch and Pc-Branch. Once connected is formed a virtual interface and given ip address as ip binder of two public ip. Then proved by ping and tracert between Pc-Branch can be interconnected, so can also exchange data with sharing files so that can be done mapping drive. With Packet Sniffer and Torch tools on Mikrotik can see traffic passing through the virtual gre tunnel interface. After experimenting with the GNS3 simulator application in such a way with the console script and proven with the image that the vpn network with gre tunnel interface can connect more than 2 MikroTik-Branch routers through MikroTik-HeadOffice as network backbone. With its built vpn gre tunnel network, the data communication is safe because it is inside the tunnel even in the internet network. Further research, combining GRE Tunnel with others. Intisari— Jaringan VPN sangat menarik untuk dibahas dan luas sehingga banyak yang sudah melakukan penelitian maka penelitian ini akan melakukan implementasi jaringan vpn menggunakan teknologi GRE Tunnel. Penelitian ini akan menjawab bagaimana interface virtual ini dapat menghubungkan lebih dari satu router dengan router lainnya dangan menggunakan protokol GRE mampu mengantarkan paket, protokol dan lainnya sehingga kebutuhan user seperti menghubungkan layer 2 antar site dapat dipenuhi melalui VPN GRE Tunnel. Akhirnya setelah dilakukan persiapan untuk penelitian ini dimulai instal simulator GNS3, mikrotik routerOS, virtualbox, sistem operasi. Administrasi jaringan dengan menuliskan ip address. Konfigurasi pada loopbaack adapter, MikroTik-HeadOffice, MikroTik-Branch dan Pc-Branch. Setelah terkoneksi terbentuklah interface virtual dan diberikan ip address sebagai ip pengikat dari dua ip publik. Kemudian dibuktikan dengan ping dan tracert antar Pc-Branch dapat saling berhubungan, begitu juga dapat saling melakukan pertukaran data dengan berbagi file sehingga dapat dilakukan mapping drive. Dengan tool Packet Sniffer dan Torch pada Mikrotik dapat melihat traffik yang melewati interface virtual gre tunnel. Setelah melakukan eksperiman dengan aplikasi simulator GNS3 sedemikian rupa dengan script console dan dibuktikan dengan gambar bahwa jaringan vpn dengan interface gre tunnel dapat menghubungkan lebih dari 2 router MikroTik-Branch melalui MikroTik-HeadOffice sebagai backbone jaringan. Dengan dibangun nya jaringan vpn gre tunnel, maka komunikasi data aman karena berada di dalam tunnel meski di jaringan internet. Penelitian selanjutnya, mengkombinasikan GRE Tunnel dengan yang lainnya. Kata Kunci:Network, Virtual, Tunnel, GRE.
