Abstract

This study determines how the governance of financial statements and accountability of financial statements. The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, in which the Law regulates in sufficient detail the functions, roles and responsibilities of the Board of Amil Zakat (BAZ) and the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ). This type of research used in research is qualitative. Data collection techniques carried out by the author, namely by documentation and interviews with 3 staff respondents LAZIZMU Gowa. The finding of this research is that the organizational system of the Muhammadiyah amil zakat institution in Gowa Regency is categorized as good and the collection of ZIS funds is considered good, it can be seen from the achievement of ZIS fund collection in 2017 which reached Rp. 159,549,950. which in 2016 was only around Rp. 34,960,000 because the Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah institutions of Gowa Regency have not collected ZIS funds that have not reached the target, due to the large number of Zakat Collecting Institutions in Gowa Regency.Keywords: Governance, Accountability, Financial Statements, LAZISMU

Abstract

This Article gives some remarks on the history of Indianization in Indonesian archipelago in me remote history. The illustration includes bow this process of Indian influences grew and developed, both in the palaces and the societies. Given this remark the writer comes to the projection on how natural this process was. By reflecting the past the writer is sure that the plurality of religions and cultures in Indonesia is a kind of destiny to be faced peacefully in order to keep the harmony in the nation's social life.

Abstract

Beberapa model alternatif perancangan tata-letak fasilitas pabrik pada unit pengolahan kopi perlu dilakukan dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas pabrik kopi di Sidomulyo. Metode deskriptif digunakan dengan analisis tata-letak dan perbandingan berpasangan (software POM for Window Layout analysis and Pairwise Comparisson type) untuk menentukan biaya transportasi aliran bahan, waktu tempuh aliran bahan, dan waktu operasi pengolahan. Sebagai perbandingan, tata-letak awal digunakan sebagai parameter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi dan produktivitas tertinggialiran bahan  tercapai pada biaya transportasi terendah (Rp 710,66) dengan waktu tempuh aliran bahan terpendek (71,02 detik), dan waktu operasi pengolahan bahan tersingkat (26,14 jam). Kata kunci: kopi, biaya transportasi, POM for Windows

Abstract

This article focuses on the enjoyment of the right to work for workers with disabilities. This focus is driven by the fact that there are still many discriminatory practices for workers with disabilities in the workplace. This study identifies, for instance, a worker with sensory and physical disabilities that is assigned to a not accessible field of work. This assignment presents barriers faced by the worker and results in the termination of the worker’s employment. Based on this fact, this article addresses two research questions. What is the legal barrier to the enjoyment of the right to work for workers with disabilities? What adequate interventions should the state take to ensure equality and non-discrimination for workers with disabilities? This normative study answers these two questions by analyzing the norms of Law No. 13/2003 on Manpower with the component of legal barrier in the social model for disability. This study proves that the provision in the Manpower Law is categorized as a legal barrier to the enjoyment of the right to work for workers with disabilities. Therefore, this study encourages the state’s legislative function to complement the provisions of the Law with a substance that requires every employers to ensure that their business governance is inclusive and accessible to the diversity of workers with disabilities based on equal rights.
