Abstract

The craft of woven skin is one of the typical handicrafts of Lombok. In Batu Mekar Village, there are around 600 people who work as craftsmen of weaving. The main problem faced by plaited woven entrepreneurs is related to financial management. This service activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of making financial records and bookkeeping. Methods of implementation of service activities used in this service, namely observing how the knowledge of woven businessmen about recording and accounting of their business finances, socializing the importance of carrying out financial records and bookkeeping in running a business and providing understanding and training on the importance of carrying out financial records and bookkeeping in running effort. The result of this activity, namely the bookkeeping and financial recording training activity, is like a breath of fresh air for local entrepreneurs and craftsmen, how can the efforts made in this activity provide a broad description of how to diversify the process of moving downstream of the weaving tack. From this dedication activity, the craftsmen groups are not eager to seriously form groups in order to maximize the results of their efforts.

Abstract

Banyaknya supermarket di kota mataram yang ada memberikan banyak pilihan bagi konsumen untuk memilih tempat berbelanja. Untuk merebut perhatian konsumen, suatu supermarket harus mempunyai karakteristik atau ciri tertentu yang berbeda dari pesaingnya yang dapat diunggulkan. Hal ini dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk berkunjung dan berbelanja di supermarket mereka. Penelitian deskriptif adalah suatu metode dalam menganalisi suatu kelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu set kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran, ataupun suatu kelas pristiwa pada masa sekarang. Tujuan dari penelitian deskriptif ini adalah untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-safat serta hubungan anatara penomena yang diselidiki. Hasil penelitian dilakukan pemetaan supermarket di kota mataram yang memenuhi variabel – variabel penelitian yang sesuai keinginan partisipan. berikut ini adalah peringkat supermarket-supermarket di mataram yang secara umum dapat memenuhi semua kategori yang diminta oleh variabel penelitian. peringkat ini menggambarkan persaingan di kota mataram dalam jenis jasa retail besar

Abstract

A brand that has a lot of users even though the internet rates are quite expensive, if we look back from the meaning of the brand, where if a brand can meet consumer expectations or even exceed consumer expectations and provide quality assurance at every opportunity of use, and the brand is produced by the company with a reputation, consumers will be more confident in their choices and consumers will have confidence in the brand, like the brand and consider the brand as part of themselves. Thus, brand loyalty will be easier to establish and the company will have a brand name that has strong consumer loyalty. Research conducted by researchers is a quantitative approach with survey research methods. The research design used is a conclusive research that is causal (causal research), which aims to study the cause-and-effect relationship between the independent (free) variables and the dependent (dependent) variable. The population in this study are consumers who have used and / are currently using Telkomsel products from PT. Grapari Mataram. PT. It is hoped that Grapari Mataram will continue to innovate and always provide products that have high quality and at prices that are competitive with other products and excellent service is a need of its consumers, so that the big name and trust in consumers is maintained and with the expectations of consumers or customers. always loyal to the products offered by Telkomsel. Telkomsel through PT. Grapari Mataram always provides products and services that are competitive with the products of other cellular operators so that the good name and brand trust that Telkomsel has in the eyes of consumers remains embedded and is able to retain existing customers and be able to attract new potential customers. Because in essence, regardless of the type of business, it is still the consumer who determines the survival of the business.

Abstract

Munculnya berbagai macam produk dalam suatu kategori dengan kualitas produk yang sudah menjadi standar dan dapat dengan mudah ditiru dan dimiliki oleh siapapun mengakibatkan sulitnya suatu perusahaan untuk mempertahankan dirinya sebagai pemimpin pasar. Untuk mengatasi penetrasi yang dilakukan oleh kompetitor, maka Telkomsel harus tetap menjaga pangsa pasarnya, salah satunya dengan bentuk citra merek (brand image) dan kepercayaan merek (brand trust yang kuat). Jika suatu perusahaan mampu menciptakan citra merek (brand image) dan kepercayaan merek (brand trust) yang kuat, positif dan mempunyai nila (value) dan  brand yang kuat akan menciptakan rasa percaya bagi  konsumen untuk menentukan suatu pilihan pada suatu merek. Sehingga untuk melihat pengaruh citra dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsmune, metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei yaitu suatu penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Desain deskriptif adalah untuk mendeskripsikan variabel penelitian. Desain penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian conclusive yang bersifat kausal (causal research), yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel independen (bebas) terhadap variabel dependen (terikat). Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Penelitian lapangan, Observasi,Teknik Wawancara dan Kuisioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen brand image (citra merek) dan brand trust (kepercayaan merek) berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan baik secara persial maupun simultan  terhadap loyalitas merek (brand trust) dengan tingkat nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) atau kemampuan variasi nilai variabel independen dalam mempengaruhi variabel dependen.

Abstract

Public interest in the community is the main target in public service providers. Officials of the Office of Population and Civil Registry as a bureaucrat at the regional level are required to be able to handle the constraints faced in the government's promoted development efforts. Officials of the Office of Population and Civil Registration must be able to carry out its first function is to provide services to the community well, deft, effective and efficient. Another problem that often arises is the discipline of employees in providing services this proved many employees who come not on time, start the service not on time, rest not in time, and employees also home before the time to go home. This also greatly affects the service because if the shortage of employees then the counter service that will be opened also a little, so that the impact of many people who are not served. The purpose of this research are; 1) To know Employee Perception Against Attendance of Administration Service Bureau at Department of Population and Civil Regent of Bima Regency; 2) To know the Factors that may affect the Presence of Calo Administration Services At the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bima District.This research uses qualitative approach method with technique of determination of informant use Purposive sampling, meaning intentionally intake technique. Methods of data collection ie observation, interview (Interview) and documentation. Data type is qualitative data and sourced from secondary and primary data with data analysis technique Data Reduction, Data Presentation (Data Display), and Conclusion drawing / verification.The result of research shows that: The distance of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Bima Regency is far and there is no public transportation passing through it. So that has a private vehicle that many do service in the Department of Population and Civil Registry Bima District, for people living in remote areas usually take care of services, especially the service of birth certificate by handing someone close to his relationship with bureaucracy or brokers even if they have to pay more. The presence of brokers is difficult to separate from public services. But now their existence began to decrease, because the government increasingly simplify the process of document management and licensing.)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that encourage and inhibit the chicken livestock business in the partnership of Sinar Jaya Partners Ltd. The research approach used in this study was a qualitative method. The respondents consisted of three livestock businesses that are partners of Sinar Jaya Partners Ltd. The result showed that the main factors that encouraged and hindered the willingness of entrepreneurs to become partners of Mitra Sinar Jaya Ltd are: 1) Costs incurred by farmers in the broiler business in partnership with Mitra Sinar Jaya Ltd, namely the average number of fixed costs and the average amount; 2) The average total net income per harvest obtained by broiler breeders in the partnership of Sinar Jaya Partners Ltd Keywords: Chicken Livestock Business, Factors, Partners, Encouragers, Inhibitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the competitive strategy of Indomaret retail in the digital market era in order to be able to excel with mini market competitors. Liquidity and the inhibiting factors of Indomaret mini market in beating competitors in today's digital marketing era. This research method is qualitative method. This type of research is descriptive research using secondary data. Data collection techniques used in the form of study documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Verification.The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by the Indomaret mini market in competing in the digital era is to use a marketing strategy that includes several ways including: Creating an online store with the name Klik Indomaret, i-saku strategy, increasing RTE (ready to eat) products and Point Coffee Points. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan teknolgi informasi dalam pelayanan publik di Kecamatan lembar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menunjukan pemanfataan teknologi informasi sebagai bentuk percepatan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Lembar Kabupaten Lombok Barat belum efekif, hal tersebut bisa terlihat website yang dimiliki Kecamatan Lembar masih menumpang atau masih terintegrasi ke website Kabupaten Lombok Barat, sehingga masyarakat Kecamatan Lembar yang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan secara online harus masuk melalui website Lobar dengan menggunakan keword identitas (NIK). Dan jenis pelayanan online yang sudah dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lembar masih yang berakaitan dengan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan catatan sipil seperti Kartu tanda kependudukan dan Kartu Kelurga.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang upaya  pemberantasan  narkotika  dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pemberantasan narkotika yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk generasi milenial di Desa Puyung. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap generasi milenial di Desa Puyung khususnya baik secara teoritis maupun praktis dalam pencegahan maraknya peredaran   narkotika. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masayarakat ini adalah metode deskriptif. Karena pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan selengkap mungkin bagaimana bahaya dan ancaman hukum bagi pelaku penyalahgunaan narkotika. Sesuai dengan metode pendekatan yang digunakan,  maka dalam analisis pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini akan  dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Pendekatan yuridis yaitu mengkaji konsep normatifnya atau mengkaji dengan perundang-undangan. Untuk pendekatan empiris yaitu usaha mendekati masalah yang dihadapi dengan sifat hukum yang nyata apakah sudah sesuai dengan kenyataan yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan bagi para peserta yang dalam hal ini adalah generasi milenial di Desa Puyung tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika serta dampak hukum yang mengancam bagi para penyalahguna narkotika

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Financial Statements at the Bappeda Office of West Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the 2017-2019 Bappeda Lombok Barat Report using the Liquidity and Solvency ratio. Financial statements are information that describes the financial condition of a company and furthermore this information can be used as a description of the company's performance. Analysis of financial statements in public sector organizations is done by comparing the financial performance of one period with the previous period based on financial statements, there are various types of ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, probability ratios, and growth ratios. The method used in this research is quantitative-qualitative using a deductive approach and analysis using Liquidity Ratios and Solvency Ratios, the current ratio of the Regional Development Planning Agency Office for 2017-2019 shows that in 2014 the current ratio was 667.50% in 2018 it decreased to 592.62 % or (74.88%) then experienced a significant increase in 2019 by 932.84% or an increase of 340.22%. Quick Ratio/Quick Ratio 2017 Quick Ratio/Quick Ratio of 264.91% in 2018 decreased by 170.31% or by 94.61% and then experienced a significant increase in 2019 by 524.25% or by 353.94%. In 2017-2019 based on Solvency Ratio analysis, in 2017-2019 the West Lombok Regional Development Planning Agency was able to pay all its debts then in 2019 it decreased by 0.02 and an average of 0.09%. The results of the calculation of the debt ratio in 2019 decreased by 0.02 and an average of 0.09%.
