Abstract

This study analyzes labor function the principal as a leader in SDN Parung sub-district. seen from the management function planning, organizing and controlling and stakeholders. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Of 36 elementary schools in subdistrictParung there are only 9 headmistress in SDN Parung-Parung. The number of respondents is 38 from UPT, principals, teachers and committees. This research uses the method The results of this study indicate the existence of the principal in some function functions in implementation is still weak as in the management function Planning, organizing and controlling while principals and stakeholders have a very close relationship. school principals who have good communication to stakeholders can work together to work together with the school such as support for mutual assistance to help improve schools and support other school activities and programs. In addition, with good communication all decisions made by the principal to be fully supported by stakeholders that will bring significant progress for schools

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Community Service is entitled Training on the Implementation of IQ, EQ and SQ in Formation of Santri Character at the Salafi Riyadul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang City. The purpose of carrying out community service activities is to provide counseling and ask questions about the importance of implementing intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in shaping the character of students.In forming students with character, they must have soft skills.This community service activity method takes place from October to November 2021 and consists of three stages of activity. The first stage is the preparation stage in conducting a survey of partner locations, activity participants and preparing materials. The second stage is implementation which includes giving lecture materialTraining on the Implementation of IQ, EQ and SQ in Formation of Santri's Character. The third stage is evaluation, among others, to find out how deep the understanding of the training participants to the material provided.         The conclusion of this community service activity is that studentsThe Salafi Riyadul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School is enthusiastic in accepting new knowledge and actively asking questions about how to implement intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in shaping one's character. Keywords :Implementation IQ, EQ and SQ, Student Character  ABSTRAK Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berjudul Pelatihan Implementasi IQ, EQ dan SQ dalam Pembentukan Karakter Santri di Pondok Pesantren Salafi Riyadul Ihsan Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan serta tanya jawab akan arti pentingnya mengimplementasikan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual dalam membentuk karakter santri. Dalam membentuk santri yang berkarakter, mereka harus memiliki soft skill. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung dari bulan Oktober sampai November 2021 dan terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan. Tahapan pertama yaitu tahap persiapan dalam melakukan survey lokasi mitra, peserta kegiatan dan penyusunan materi. Tahap ke dua yaitu pelaksanaan yang meliputi pemberian ceramah materi Pelatihan Implementasi IQ, EQ dan SQ dalam Pembentukan Karakter Santri. Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi antara lain untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang diberikan. Kesimpulan  dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah santri Pesantren Salafi Riyadul Ihsan antusias dalam menerima ilmu baru dan aktif melakukan tanya jawab mengenai bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual dalam membentuk karakter seseorang. Kata Kunci : Implementasi IQ, EQ dan SQ, Karakter Santri
