Abstract

Kelurahan Jaya terdapat 5 (lima) kelompok tani yang aktif menjalankan usaha pembuatan sagu jai. Peluang usaha produksi sagu jai memiliki prospek pasar yang menjanjikan, namun dalam pengembangannya kelompok usaha sagu jai terkendala masalah manajemen, produksi dan strategi promosi dari kelompok tersebut. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra diatas diperlukan sebuah metode pelaksanaan yang efektif, yaitu pendekatan partisipatif. Metode partisipatif yang dipakai berupa pendampingan dari sisi manajemen, produksi dan promosi/pemasaran. Pelatihan PKM ini memberikan solusi terkait aspek pemasaran dan penjualan melalui pemasaran digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan sagu jai. Hasil dari program PKM yang dilaksanakan ini adalah meningkatnya usaha serta kapasitas produksi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar untuk produk sagu jai. Selain itu, Pelatihan PKM ini memberikan solusi terkait aspek pemasaran dan penjualan melalui pemasaran digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan sagu jai di kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

Selama pandemi Covid-19 Usaha UKM Mekar Jaya terhimpit, penjualan menurun, dan berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan usaha akibat dari pembatasan sosial Berdasarkan pada hasil identifikasi masalah ditemukan dua masalah utama yang dihadapi Mitra, yaitu: (1) Mitra belum mampu mengelola secara efektif usahanya dengan menggunakan fungsi-fungsi manajerial. (2) Mitra juga belum mampu memaksimalkan potensi dari Teknologi Pemasaran, sehingga potensi besar dari usaha ini mengalami fluktuasi dalam proses penjualan maupun produksi. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM Tim menggunakan metode partisipatif, metode ini memrikan mitra keleluasaan untuk mengemukakan inovasi dan kreativitas, dengan tahapan metode sebagai berikut: Tahapan Perencanaan kegiatan, Proses kegiatan dan tahap akhir kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyrakat (PkM) Dosen Universitas Terbuka pada UKM Mekar Jaya di Kelurahan Tobololo Kota Ternate, dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa UKM Mekar Jaya memiliki banyak potensi yang bisa dikembangkan. Terutama pada produk berbahan dasar rempah-rempah asal kota ternate, seperti buah pala dan cengkeh, Potensi ini masih sangat mengkin dikembangkan melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berkalanjutan. Melalui Program PkM Dosen Universitas Terbuka yang dilaksanakan ini meningkatkan pemahaman Mitra dalam menajalankan bisnisnya walaupun ditengah pandemi covid-19, Mitra juga bisa merumuskan strategi marketing dengan pendekatan digital (Pemasaran Digital). Pelatihan pada kegiatan PKM ini memberikan solusi terkait aspek manajerial yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan UKM serta aspek pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan mitra.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the policies offered by Edward III, namely the communication model, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) program at BRI's Majene Branch Office. The method used is qualitative with phenomenological research type. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the implementation of government policies through the MSME program at the BRI Majene Branch Office includes, 1) the communication model in implementing government policies through the MSME program at the BRI Majene Branch, can be realized properly through effective communication between BRI officers and MSME actors according to the provisions laid down. has been mutually agreed; 2) the resource model in implementing government policies in the MSME sector can run smoothly because it is supported by professional and reliable human resources; 3) the disposition model in implementing government policies in the MSME sector, namely the character, attitude or behavior of the implementor where the main character expected is honesty. In this case, the attitude and character of the BRI Branch Majene officers in providing services are very professional and sympathetic, so that MSME actors are enthusiastic to develop their business honestly and transparently, because the key to success lies in honesty and trust, and 4) the model of the bureaucratic structure in implementing government policies. in the MSME sector, it was found that the MSME implementation mechanism at the BRI Majene Branch was made very simple and easily understood by customers, especially MSME players, where the organizational structure of the BRI Majene Branch Office was also quite adequate, namely Branch Managers, Assistant Marketing Managers, Unit Heads, and Materials. In conclusion, the implementation of government policies through the MSME program at the BRI Majene Branch Office includes, a) communication in implementing government policies through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) program at the BRI Majene Branch Office, based on the facts in the field that it has not run optimally because there are still many people who do not know about the existence of KUR credit which is relatively very helpful for additional capital with relatively very low interest rates for MSME entrepreneurs; b) resources in implementing government policies through the MSME program at BRI's Majene Branch Office, still limited resources and human resource development so that KUR credit marketing can run well so that remote areas far from BRI Kanca Majene can be served properly; c) disposition in implementing government policies through the MSME program at BRI's Majene Branch Office, which is related to the attitude of field officers who have not been optimally where there are still many complaints from customers regarding the credit process which is still considered slow by customers; d) bureaucratic structure in implementing government policies through the MSME program at BRI's Majene Branch Office, covering two things, namely the mechanism for implementing the MSME program in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and the organizational structure of BRI's Majene Branch Office. at the BRI Majene Branch, it is made very simple and easy to understand by customers, especially MSME players, but regarding the administration of local government still needs to be addressed such as processing business certificates for completeness. Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan menguji model teoritikal yang menjelaskan peran kinerja tutor online terhadap hubungan layanan akademik terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Secara khusus bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis; pengaruh tangible, reliability, responsiviness, assurance dan empaty terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa dan menguji pengaruh mediasi kinerja tutor online terhadap layanan akademik dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampling. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 351 mahasiswa S-1 yang masa regitrasi tahun akademik 2019-2020 yang tersebar di UPBJJ Ternate. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan mediasi dengan menggunakan analisis moderate regresion analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa tangible, reliability, responsiviness, assurance dan empaty berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi belajar mahasiswa. untuk moderasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja tutor online tidak memoderasi pengaruh variabel tangible, reliability, assurance terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. sedangkan kinerja tutor online dapat memoderasi pengaruh variabel responsiviness, empaty terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja ASN di LPMP Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan tipe penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi berupa literatur dan arsip yang terkait dengan masalah yang diteliti, sedang analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sulawesi Barat yang diterapkan pada LPMP yang dipimpinnya adalah Kepemimpinan Demokratis. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis yang diterapkan Kepala lembaga penjaminan mutu Pendidikan Sulawesi Barat berhasil meningkakan motivasi kerja ASN menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Para ASN ditempatkan sesuai latar keilmuan yang dimiliki. Para ASN tidak bekerja sesuai selera tetapi bekerja sesuai aturan yang berlaku dan menunjukan kerjasama yang baik dalam menyelesaikan tugas –tugas yang diemban.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction in the islands regarding distance education services. The population in this study are all UT’’s students spreaded across various regions in the province of North Maluku. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, as many as 74 students. Data collection is carried out through interviews with respondents with questionnaire aids whose questions relate to UT's level of expectation and service quality. The results show that: (1) of all aspects of distance education services organized by UPBJJ-UT Ternate, all of them had been categorized as very satisfying, where the highest level of satisfaction was that of general information services by 101.28% or in other words had exceeded student expectations. While teaching material services, although still in the category of very satisfying for students, the percentage of satisfaction level is lower than other service aspects which is 95.76%. (2) From all aspects of distance education services organized by UPBJJ-UT Ternate, teaching material services still have a level of gap between expectations and valuations conducted by students.

Abstract

To analyze the factors that affect the performance of posyandu in Pasar District. Analytical survey research with a cross sectional study design. The sample is 76 cadre coordinators using Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Descriptive and statistical data analysis, namely chi square and multiple logistic regression. posyandu whose cadres receive training will perform well (p=0.000). Posyandu whose cadres are rewarded according to their performance standards will comply (p=0.011). Posyandu with complete or supportive infrastructure will have good performance (p=0.000), Posyandu with combined financing sources will have good performance (p=0.001). The analysis using multiple logistic regression showed the variables of infrastructure (p=0.003; Exp.B=13,935), training (p=0.004; Exp.B=9.980), rewards (p=0.009; Exp.B=11,685) and sources of financing ( p=0.028; Exp.B=7.168) with 95% confidence level. There is an effect of training, rewards, infrastructure and sources of financing with posyandu performance. Suggestion: The health office includes cadres in training, increases cadre rewards, completes facilities and infrastructure and increases community participation to support posyandu financing.

Abstract

The simplest evaluation when it can gather information about the circumstances before and after the KUBE program is implemented.  Ternate City itself received an allocation of 50 Joint Business Groups (KUBE) with a ratio of 5 companions where one companion has the task and responsibility of accompanying 10 groups because for 1 group there are 10 beneficiaries with details of assistance of 20 million for each group, it is necessary to evaluate the program assistance so that it can see the shortcomings to be corrected.  The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive qualitative is a method used to explore findings in the field. The results showed that one government program that requires community participation is the Joint Business Group (KUBE) program for the poor to increase Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP), especially in increasing income, providing some of the needs that are needed, creating harmony in social relations between citizens, and as a forum for sharing experiences between members. Forthis reason, the companion is very important in providing knowledge, skills and experience to the fostered KUBE group. In practice, KUBE companions will provide an understanding to each member of KUBE social assistance recipients that there must be a sense of belonging to run a joint business so that they are independent of the business they are running because through this program they can be helped to start a business as a first step to achieve social welfare and economic improvement in a better direction.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the existing condition of UPT. The Petangis Livestock Breeding Center (BPT) in Batu Engau District, Paser Regency, analyzed the State Mainstay Buffalo Cattle program (SIKOMANDAN), which has been running in Paser Belengkong District and analyzed plans for implementing the SIKOMANDAN program at UPT. BPT Crying. This research is descriptive in nature, with the technique of selecting respondents using purposive sampling and using EXTAND analysis to evaluate the existing condition of the UPT. BPT Crying. The results showed that the condition of infrastructure and human resources was generally not optimal to support performance optimization, especially for the provision of superior cattle breeds. Considering that the SIKOMANDAN Program in Paser Belengkong District can increase the population and quality of cattle breeds, the implementation of the program at UPT. BPT Petangis needs to complete the facilities and materials for Artificial Insemination (AI), fulfilment of health workers (Veterinary Medicine), training for reproductive workers for Pregnancy Examination (Pkb), carrying capacity of operational costs and activity results to be reported to Isikhnas.

Abstract

The Paser Belengkong Animal Health Center Technical Implementation Unit (Puskeswan) was established in the context of developing animal health services and to support the prevention and control of strategic and contagious animal disease (zoonosis) programs. The concept of UPT Puskeswan Paser Belengkong is to be the spearhead of animal health services in its working area which is modern, advanced, effective, efficient, safe, comfortable. Therefore, to support the implementation of achieving these goals, it is necessary to know the extent of performance conditions and determine strategies for improving the performance of human resources for animal health services at UPT Puskeswan in Paser Belengkong District. Data analysis in this study uses SWOT analysis. SWOT stands for S: Strength, W: Weakness, O: Opportunity, T: Threts (threat). This SWOT analysis is basically a strategy by taking into account the organization's internal consisting of strengths and weaknesses and external conditions consisting of opportunities and threats. Internal conditions are conditions that are controllable (can be influenced/controlled), while external conditions are more uncontrollable (cannot be influenced/controlled). Based on the results of the SWOT research, it was concluded that the strategy for improving HR performance at UPT Puskeswan Paser Belengkong is a strategy: (1) HR arrangement according to work capacity; (2) Continue education (CE) or continuing education; (3) Increase promotion to the public.
