Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program sembako untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dan mengurangi beban pengeluaran keluarga miskin. Fokus penelitian adalah keluarga miskin penerima Program Sembako terdampak Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program Sembako telah berjalan baik, dengan beberapa catatan perbaikan. Pertama, sejak pertama kali diimplementasi pada bulan Januari 2003-sekarang, program pangan ini telah mengalami transformasi yaitu pada nama program, jenis dan jumlah bantuan beras, sistem penerimaan bantuan (tunai-nontunai), jumlah KPM, serta total dana yang digelontorkan. Kedua, tahun 2003 bernama Program Beras Miskin (Raskin), tahun 2017 menjadi Program Beras Sejahtera (Rastra), tahun 2018-2019 menjadi Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT), lalu  Januari 2020 menjadi Program Sembako. Ketiga, sejumlah masalah yang harus dievaluasi untuk perbaikan program ke depan antara lain adalah: masalah pemutakhiran data BDT; masalah program bantuan yang kurang tepat sasaran; masalah waktu pencairan bantuan yang sering terlambat; masalah rapel beras, jumlah beras yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan regulasi; masalah ketersediaan infra struktur pendukung program seperti ATM Bank, e-waroeng, jaringan internet, dll; masalah keterampilan KPM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang masih rendah; dan lain-lain. Terakhir, sebagai program pangan, Program Sembako sangat bermanfaat bagi KPM untuk menjamin ketahanan pangan, menekan pengeluaran belanja Sembako keluarga, dan memberikan gizi yang lebih seimbang kepada KPM setiap bulannya agar tidak mengalami gizi buruk (stunting).

Abstract

Corona virus outbreak (covid-19) is now not only a problem of the Indonesian people, but has become a global problem. The Indonesian government formally declared the corona virus outbreak (Covid-19) as a National Disaster through Presidential Decree Number 12 of 2020. A number of government appeals have been made regarding the handling of the covid-19 pandemic, the aim of which is to break the chain of transmission of the virus so that it does not spread large. Appeals include physical distancing, which was before social distancing or keeping a distance from others, wearing masks when leaving the house, always washing hands with soap. This paper seeks to describe the forms of market traders 'understanding of government appeals and market traders' adherence to government appeals after technology-based assistance through community service activities integrated with Thematic College Real Work (KKN). The results of the activity indicate that there has been a change in understanding among some market traders regarding the danger of co-19 so that it gave birth to compliance in the form of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially for traders who have the ability to use technology in accessing information related to the covid-19 outbreak. Compliance has not been maximized for some traders due to the limited ability to use technology (social media) for most traders, so that access to information on covid-19 hazards and ways to overcome them are also limited. Based on these findings, intensive socialization is needed by involving various parties and utilizing various media.

Abstract

Elderly people are people who fall into the category of the age group sixty years and over. This old age group is increasing day by day. They are vulnerable to mental and spiritual health problems, so it is necessary to make a Posyandu program for the elderly. This qualitative research with a case study approach is about the Integrated Service Post Program (Posyandu) which is given to the elderly age group to maintain the health and quality of life of the elderly. The object of study is the elderly who can still walk to the local Posyandu. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main source of reference was obtained through literature studies related to the Posyandu program for the elderly. The results of the study found that the Elderly Posyandu program was carried out once a month, which was located at the local village head office or at a place determined by the residents. The service programs provided by the Posyandu for the elderly to the elderly are such as: health services, providing additional food, sports activities, and non-health activities such as spiritual activities, social gathering, productive economic activities, distribution of hobbies, and social interaction with fellow elderly. Through this activity, the elderly receive health and social benefits, so that the health and quality of life of the elderly can be well maintained

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosesi pingitan (kaghiyaa) pada masyarakat Buton di Desa Laburunci Kecamatan Pasarwajo. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, informan penelitian ini yaitu tokoh adat (lebe), tokoh agama, istri tokoh adat, perempuan yang melakukan kaghiyaa, suami dari perempuan yang melakukan kaghiyaa, dan orang tua yang mengkaghiyaa anak perempuanya. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi (pengamatan), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya pingitan (kaghiyaa) terdiri dari beberapa prosesi yaitu prosesi pelaksanaan pingitan (kaghiyaa) pada masyarakat Desa Laburunci terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu. (a) tahap Persiapan yaitu, tempat kurungan (kasuo), gendang (ganda), persiapan bahan-bahan dalam tempat kurungan seperti kunyit, tepung beras, daun pacirangga (daun pewarna kuku), tikar, sarung, dan kamparanga (piring yang berisikan daun siri, roko, pinang dan kapur), pakaian adat buton. (b). Tahap pelaksanaan yaitu, prosesi awal masuknya yaitu mandi (pehbaho) dan dikasih duduk (pihoraa), keluarnya perempuan yang dipingit (polimbaa). (c). Tahap penutup yaitu tarian linda.
