This article aims to find out the programs carried out by local governments in the context of Normalizing the watershed. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews with informants as many as 8 people. The results of the Normalization Study of the Watershed (DAS) of Central Rimbo Subdistrict, Bungo Regency have been carried out but have not been maximized due to the low level of public awareness and the lack of integration of spatial planning systems with rural areas.Constraints in Normalizing Watersheds Efforts made (1) Strengthening coordination and capacity (2) Placing apparatus human resources who truly understand watershed issues (3) Realizing participatory, responsive and democratic governance by prioritizing trust, a culture of hard work and high discipline and able to motivate the people.

The quality of public services is an effort to fulfill everything related to production, services, people, processes, the environment and the needs and desires of consumers in the form of goods and services that are expected to meet the expectations and satisfaction of the community as customers. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of public services, obstacles, and efforts at the Bungo Dani District Office, Bungo Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation with informants totaling 15 people. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Bungo Dani District Office, Bungo Regency, had been applied to the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance. However, on the Tangible and Empathy dimensions, there are still indicators that have not been implemented, including the inconvenience of the service place including incomplete facilities and infrastructure and the unfriendliness of the employees in the service process. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of public services at the Bungo Dani District Office are internal and external factors. The internal factor is that the Camat is rarely available in the morning when the community is doing services and asks for legality or the initials of the Bungo Dani Camat. External factors, that is, people who do not carry the PBB payment sign when they want to perform services at the Bungo Dani District Office. Efforts are being made to overcome obstacles to the quality of public services at the Bungo Dani District Office by informing people who are in the process of serving with the Camat in the future to come to the Bungo Dani District Office during the day or from 10.00 am, because if it is too early the Camat there is still work to be done. Make notes at the service counter and borrow PBB from close relatives or have a clear reason if the community does not bring PBB.

Problems in political parties are very numerous, but one of them is the change between DPRD members in terms of the composition of political parties using the descriptive method of qualitative approach, using data collection techniques with interviews and informants used in this study as many as 11 people with results obtained between the time of DPRD members in terms of the composition of moving political parties in the DPD Golkar Party DPD, namely: (1). PAW proposal by party leaders to DPRD leaders. (2). Approval at the DPRD plenary meeting. (3). Verification and clarification by KPU. (4). Propose PAW to the Governor. The obstacles faced in the change between the time the DPRD members who moved political parties in the DPD Golkar Party DPD were: (1). Incomplete PAW filing file. (2). Time of inspection by relevant officials. Efforts are being made to overcome barriers to facilitate the replacement of time between DPRD members who move political parties to the Bungo Regency Golkar Party DPD, namely: (1). Complete the PAW proposal file. (2). Following-up on PAW files processed by the Governor.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used is the quantitative method. This type of research is causal associative. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Fresh Prima Like Muara Bungo. And this study uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples. The sample of this study was 50 people, and the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis techniques were all tested using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the t test, H1 is accepted, leadership has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.785 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.008 0.05. H2 is accepted, organizational culture has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.029 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.048 0.05. The results of the f test, H3 is accepted, leadership and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance, with a value of Fcount 10,477 Ftable 3,195 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena yang terjadi saat ini tentang pesugihan yang dilakukan di era digitalisasi saat ini dengan menggunakan studi fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil percakapan di group telegram Dukun pesugihan tanpa tumbal. Perkembangan Media sosial saat ini terutama telegram menjadi salah satu media dalam penyampain informasi termasuk salah satunya adalah grup pesugihan tanpa tumbal yang dijadikan obyek mencari korban untuk melakukan ritual pesugihan dan tak sedikit dari anggota grup menjadi korban dari praktek pesugihan sehingga diperlukan mental yang sehat untuk tidak tertipu dan menjadi korban dari salah satu praktek pesugihan karena hal tersebut tidak real dan hanya mimpi dan angan-angan dari orang yangg tidak mau berproses dan bekerja keras dalam mencapai kekayaan maunya serba instan sehingga dengan mudahnya tergiur dengan janji-jani manis dukun pesugihan dan diperlukannya mental yang sehat agar tidak tertipu pada hal-hal yang tidak masuk akal.

Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) adalah area memanjang atau jalur dan mengelompok yang penggunaannya lebih bersifat terbuka sebagai tempat tumbuh tanaman, baik yang tumbuh secara alamiah ataupun sengaja ditanam. Adapun fenomena yang ditemukan saat penelitian, diantaranya: Masih belum terpenuhi standar minimal pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kabupaten Tebo; Kurangnya susunan tata ruang wilayah Kabupaten Tebo, sehingga lahan untuk pembuatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) menjadi terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program penghijauan terhadap keindahan kota Kabupaten Tebo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi program penghijauan terhadap keindahan kota Kabupaten Tebo masih belum optimal dan belum memenuhi standar minimal luas RTH dalam Undang - Undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 tentang Penataan Ruang, Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) yakni sebesar 30% luas RTH. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Tebo dalam melaksanakan program penghijauan terhadap keindahan kota Kabupaten Tebo yakni: masih kurangnya dana dalam pengelolaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kabupaten Tebo. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Tebo untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah meningkatkan pemeliharaan rutinitas taman RTH dan mencari sumberdana alternatif untuk perbaikan di Taman Kota.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ada indikasi terdapat pelaksanaan kegiatan tidak dipasang papan informasi pembangunan dan kegiatan pembangunan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dusun tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) atau perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui transparansi? pemerintah Dusun Seberang Jaya dalam pengelolaan dana desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriftif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pemerintah Dusun dan BPD Seberang Jaya ?dan tokoh masyarakat. Sampel berjumlah 9 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pemerintah Dusun Seberang Jaya dalam pengelolaan dana desa belum mengacu pada prinsip transparansi pengelolaan dana desa. Hal ini terlihat dari belum semua masyarakat mengetahui tentang jadwal penyusunan kegiatan pembangunan dusun dan masih terdapat kegiatan pembangunan dusun tidak dilengkapi dengan papan informasi pembangunan. Selain itu masyarakat masih mengalami kesulitan untuk memperoleh atau mengakses informasi secara siap, mudah dan tepat waktu terkait dengan rencana anggaran kegiatan pembangunan dusun. Pemerintah Dusun Seberang Jaya hanya memberikan informasi jumlah keseluruhan anggaran melalui papan informasi APBDus dan belum dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi guna memenuhi semua kebutuhan informasi yang diinginkan masyarakat karena masih mengalami keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan sarana dan prasarana lainnya.
