Latar Belakang: Akses mudah untuk mendapatkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatanadalah tujuan utama Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Indonesia. Namunpemerintah Indonesia sedang berjuang untuk mendapatkan pendanaan JKN yangmemadai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prinsip pertamaSistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional Indonesia (SJSN), yaitu gotong-royong atau"Mutual Co-operation" diimplementasikan di Rumah Sakit Al Islam. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Rumah Sakit Al Islammengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan prinsip pertama SJSNterutama bagaimana mengatasi pemenuhan dana yang dibutuhkan dengan prinsipgotong royong. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif denganpendekatan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancaramendalam dengan 7 orang informan, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.Kesimpulan: Agar operasional dan pelayanan rumah sakit tetap berjalan,manajemen RSAI berkoordinasi dengan bagian case-mix agar proses billing bisadilakukan dengan cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, juga dilakukan subsidi silang antarakelompok pelayanan yang berbiaya tinggi dengan coverage rendah, dengankelompok pelayanan yang berbiaya rendah dengan coverage-nya yang tinggi, ataudengan kelompok yang biaya dan juga coveragenya tinggi.

The limited sources of English for Specific Purpose textbooks relating to Radiology that is suitable for radiology study program students in Indonesia become a challenge for English language lecturers at Politeknik Al Islam of Bandung. To anticipate the limited ESP teaching materials, researchers conducted a study on an English radiology textbook by using a linguistic corpus as a tool for obtaining radiological vocabularies as well as grammar and word classes features used in the textbook. This study used a mix method combining quantitative method applied at the beginning of the study and qualitative method used in the analysis process to draw conclusions. The results showed that there were 12,395 different words used in the textbook with a total number of words including repeated words as many as 428,117 words. These words were classified into noun, verb, adjective, and adverb classes as well as abbreviations and others. Generally, results of the analysis showed the use of active and passive sentences, tenses including simple present, present continuous, past, present perfect, auxiliary verbs, countable and uncountable nouns, and comparative degree. Furthermore, the results will be used to arrange ESP teaching materials in the field of radiology.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the long-term Role Playing technique to the alumni of the Al Islam Bandung Polytechnic (PAIB), especially alumni of Hospital Administration Study Program students. The study was conducted for five months from July to November 2019. The research method used in this study was a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques, because the domicile of the alumni are scattered in many places far apart, then to facilitate the collection of questionnaires through a Google form that is distributed through the WA alumni network, Facebook and Instagram. In addition, a Focus Group Discussion was held on 20 alumni, as well as interviews with five alumni located in Garut, Tasikmalaya, Depok, Soreang and Bandung. The results of the study show that role play for alumni fosters group cohesiveness and class solidity. Students who have more proficiency in English help other students who have difficulties, both in memorizing dialogue, practicing reciting and preparing the stage set, so that students are able to express their feelings in role play and are able to reduce their nervousness when performing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak teknik Role Playing dalam jangka panjang kepada para alumni Politeknik Al Islam Bandung (PAIB), khususnya alumni mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Rumah Sakit. Penelitian dilakukan selama lima bulan dari bulan Juli hingga November 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data, karena domisili para alumni tersebar di banyak tempat yang berjauhan, maka untuk mempermudah pengumpulannya dilakukan penyebaran angket melalui google form yang disebarkan melalui jaringan Grup WA alumni, Facebook dan Instagram. Selain itu juga dilakukan focus Group Discussion kepada 20 alumni, serta wawancara kepada lima alumni yang berlokasi di Garut, Tasikmalaya, Depok, Soreang dan kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa role play bagi para alumni memupuk kekompakan kelompok dan kesolidan kelas. Mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan lebih dalam Bahasa Inggris membantu mahasiswa lain yang kesulitan, baik dalam menghafal dialog, berlatih melafalkan dan mempersiapkan tata panggung, sehingga mahasiswa mampu mengekspresikan perasaannya dalam role play dan mampu mengurangi rasa gugup saat pentas.

The title of this research is "Overview of BPJS Outpatient Registration Administration Services during Covid-19 Pandemic at Al Islam Hospital Bandung in 2021". The purpose of this research was to determine the outpatient registration administrative services provided to BPJS patients. This research was conducted from April to June 2021. The type of research used is using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection technique is through a document review process, interviews with the registration supervisor and several staff who served as implementers and also observations carried out in the outpatient registration unit of BPJS patients. The collected data is then analyzed and described in a detailed and structured manner. The results of this research are the process of implementing registration services refers to the applicable regulations and also the provisions that have been made by the hospital. Some of the registration services at Al Islam Hospital that can be used by BPJS patients are, Direct Registration, Telephone Registration, Autoregistration, Referrals between health facilities, and Internal Referrals. From these data it is concluded that the services provided by Al Islam Hospital during the pandemic has made the necessary modification to the existing regulation to adhere covid-19 protocol, are in accordance with applicable regulations and implemented in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by the Hospital. The BPJS Health program has been launched for more than six years, but the process of making claims from the hospital to the BPJS Health Office continues to be developed. In line with the policy changes issued by the BPJS Health regulations, hospitals must also follow these changes, for the smooth payment of claims so that the cash flow of hospital operations is not disrupted. This paper aims to find out the system for submitting claims for BPJS Health inpatients at RSUD X, Bandung Regency. The location of data collection is in the BPJS Health Inpatient Claim Unit, RSUD X Bandung Regency, on June 14-24 2021. The type of paper uses descriptive qualitative research, using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were made at the BPJS Health Inpatient Claim Unit at RSUD X Bandung Regency, then interviews were conducted with two BPJS Health inpatient claims officers, as well as documentation of the claim requirements file. The collected data is then analyzed to draw conclusions. The result of writing is that the claim file and the submission of BPJS Health inpatient claims at RSUD X Bandung Regency are in accordance with the references used, namely Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 and BPJS Health Regulation Number 7 of 2018. However, the SOPs and flowcharts for these activities have not been documented. For this reason, in this paper, it is recommended that the SOP and flowchart of the BPJS Health inpatient claim submission activities is documented. In addition, no less important is the documentation of the Director's Decree for setting regulations as a reference in the activity of submitting BPJS Health inpatient claims at RSUD X, Bandung Regency, so that officers have standards/guidelines as internal references in carrying out their duties.

BPJS Kesehatan initiated an operational study on the implementation of the INA-CBGs and Global Budget mixed- method hospital payment system. Since 2018, trials have been carried out in 5 districts and 30 hospitals. In contrast to the INA-CBGS system, the Global budget is a method of hospital funding paid in advance by BPJS Kesehatan for all services/activities for one year that in its calculation it will consider the number of services in the previous year, upcoming activities to be carried out, and hospital performance. The trial will carry out in three stages, namely the Non-Risk Global Budget, the Partial Risk Global Budget and the Full Risk Global Budget. In its implementation, although the global budget has been initiated since 2018, the model or formulation in implementing the global budget policy still requires further study. The purpose of this study is to see the process of implementing the trial and obstacles arises to find the most suitable implementation model. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were Sumedang District General Hospital, Pakuwon Hospital and Harapan Keluarga Hospital. Since September 2020 they begin to receive real quarterly payments with a non-risk stage to hospitals. The amount of withhold used in this study is 30%. The amount of the budget is calculated based on the calculation of the last three years from the hospital's financial records. Preliminary results, shows that this trial is still ongoing and to continue the payment system for the second stage, the hospital withdrawn their participation is this program as there are discrepancies in the way of calculating finances in setting the budget, determining of the amount of risk that must be borne by both parties and the withhold policy. which is considered burdensome by the hospital, especially for regional general hospitals.
