AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze 1) the direct influence of organizational culture, work motivation and leadership on performance 2) the direct influence of organizational culture, work motivation and leadership on job satisfaction 3) the effect of performance in associating the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, leadership on job satisfaction at the Pasuran City Labor Offices. The quantitative approach of Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data of 32 employees at the Pasuran City Labor Offices using the totalsampling technique. The results showed that organizational culture was unable to play a role in improving employee performance. Work motivation is not able to play a role in improving employee performance. Leadership is able to play a role in improving employee performance. Organizational culture is unable to play a role in increasing job satisfaction. Work motivation is not able to play a role in increasing job satisfaction. Leadership is able to play a role in increasing job satisfaction. Employee performance can play a role in increasing job satisfaction. Employee performance is not able to play a role in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Employee performance is not able to play a role in mediating the relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction. Employee performance is able to play a role in mediating the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Leadership, Performance and Job Satisfaction, AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja 2) pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja 3) pengaruh kinerja dalam menjembatani pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja,kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pasuran. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data 32 pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pasuran dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi tidak mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi tidak mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Kinerja pegawai mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Kinerja pegawai tidak mampu berperan dalam memediasi hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kinerja pegawai tidak mampu berperan dalam memediasi hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.
