Abstract

Kisaran City is one of the cities in North Sumatra Province, and Simalungun tourism object is a tourist destination located in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this paper is to determine the shortest path or alternative route from the town of Kisaran (the starting point) to one of the tourist objects in Simalungun which took 18 samples of tourist destinations. The method used in this proposed paper is the Djikstra method which is often used by researchers and academics to determine the shortest route or the fastest route on a journey (expedition). The research data used is only from the google map to calculate each route between cities to tourist objects in Simalungun district. The application used is a PHP web program to simulate the final display of the process of finding the shortest path. The results of this research are in the form of information so that the residents of Kisaran city will know better about the shortest and fastest route to get to tourist objects in Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

Water is one of the necessities that are needed by living things, especially humans. In everyday life, humans cannot be separated from the need for air. PDAM is a regional-owned business unit, which is engaged in the distribution of clean water for the general public. However, along the way, along with receiving complaints from the public or customers, public complaints about the increasing difficulty of getting clean water are still an obstacle that can be completely overcome, for example in the North Sumatra area, precisely in Gunung Malela District. On the one hand, public demand will increase, but the quality of services provided is not comparable to meeting the demands of the community. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine customer satisfaction with PDAM Tirta Lihou in Gunung Malela District. Many branches of computer science study various algorithms, one of which is data mining methods, DSS, ANN, and others. This study uses a data mining method with the C5.0 algorithm to solve the problem of factors that affect customer satisfaction with PDAM Tirta Lihou, Gunung Malela District

Abstract

Dalam pengertiannya, ekspor merupakan suatu proses perdagangan barang atau komoditas dari dalam negeri ke luar negeri. Ekspor adalah salah satu proses bisnis yang penting karena menghasilkan banyak keuntungan dan peluang bisnis bagi negara asal komoditas tersebut. Negara atau orang yang melakukan ekspor disebut dengan eksportir.Proses ekspor bukan hal yang baru di dalam dunia bisnis. Ada banyak perusahaan yang sudah melakukan ekspor produk ke luar negeri. Proses ekspor ini telah dilakukan sejak lama, tidak hanya oleh perusahaan kecil, tetapi juga perusahaan besar.Barang-barang atau komoditas yang diekspor bisa jadi produk jadi atau pula bahan mentah untuk diolah. Semua barang atau komoditas yang diekspor wajib melewati jalur yang legal dan telah diatur prosesnya oleh pemerintah. Setiap eksportir juga wajib menaati peraturan ekspor agar tidak melanggar kebijakan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi kepada pemerintah untuk dapat memprediksi ekspor menurut kelompok barang ekonomi di provinsi sumatera utara.Data yang digunakan adalah data dari Badan Pusat Statistik melalui situs web www.bps.go.id. Data tersebut adalah data tentang ekspor menurut kelompok barang ekonomi di provinsi sumatera utara dari 2013 hingga 2018. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan metode Backpropogation. Variabel input yang digunakan adalah data 2013 (X1), data 2014 (X2), data 2015 (X3), data 2016 (X4), data 2017 (X5).dengan 5 pelatihan arsitektur dan model pengujian, 5-2-1, 5-4-1, 5- 8-1, 5-16-1,dan 5-32-1. Data target diambil dari data 2018 (T). Output yang dihasilkan adalah pola terbaik dari arsitektur JST. Model arsitektur terbaik adalah 5-2-1 dengan zaman 614, MSE 0.00885524, dan tingkat akurasi 83.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and apply decision support system software in recommending the best fertilizer for oil palm productivity. Sources of data were obtained from PTPN IV Marihat through observations and interviews with PTPN IV Marihat regarding the data used. The solution given is a ranking using the Vise Kriterijumska Optimizajica I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method. In selecting the best fertilizer for oil palm plant productivity, several parameters of the assessment criteria are used, including soil type (C1), nutrient content (C2), dosage (C3), shape (C4), properties (C5), and price (C6). The alternatives used as a composition in selecting the best fertilizer for oil palm plant productivity are Urea Fertilizer, SP-36 Fertilizer, KCL Fertilizer, Dolomite Fertilizer, and Abu Janjang Fertilizer. The results of research conducted with the VIKOR method that ranking can be applied to selecting the best fertilizer for oil palm plant productivity where the best alternative with the smallest Q value is Dolomite Fertilizer with a value of Q = 0, the second alternative is Urea Fertilizer with a value of Q = 0.626, the third alternative is KCL fertilizer with a value of Q = 0.678, the fourth alternative is Ash Janjang Fertilizer with a value of Q = 0.833, and the last alternative is SP-36 Fertilizer with a value of Q = 1. It is hoped that the results of this research can help PTPN IV Marihat in recommend the best fertilizer so that it can increasing oil palm productivity at PTPN IV Marihat.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze rubber plant diseases using expert system techniques. Sources of data obtained from PT. Bridgestone Jl. Dolok Merangir Satu, Simalungun Regency by conducting observations and interviews with PT. Bridgestone. The presence of several diseases in rubber plants can make PT. Bridgestone incurs losses, so it needs proper handling. The solution given is the Forward Chaining (FC) method, which is part of an expert system so that a more efficient solution is to detect diseases in rubber plants. The results of the study indicate that the analysis can be carried out using the FC method in the diagnosis of rubber plants by implementing it into a web-based programming language so that the company can detect rubber plant diseases based on the symptoms given and find out solutions to overcome diseases in rubber plants.
