Abstract

This research analysis titled the quality of services in a Clinic Laboratory Gora. The purpose of this research was to know if the quality of service in terms of dimensions consisting of tangible services, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy by Clinic Gora. Type this research, descriptive research in methods of data collection the sampel survey.The sample of the trophy is some 82 respondents to technique purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and question form. Instrument data collection used is the questionnaire. Instrument the analysis used is analysis quality value services and diagrams of the kartesius. Based on the results of data analysis quality value services shows that the quality of services applied when viewed of the dimensions of service exhibited by clinic gora is in the category of less than good. This is shown by the result of reckoning NKJ 0.92 as much as .Where based on the assessment criteria that NKJ < 1, So the quality of services applied is less well. While on a Cartesian Diagram, the quality of service that is considered important by pasen for improved again in this Clinic Gora is on dimensions of service skills and knowledge of employees, cleanliness and comfort of the room, intensifitas information provided companies, companies will need pasien, guarantee an effective service, and courtesy to pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work experience and education level on employee performance at the health service of Mataram City. This research consists of 2 (two) variables that are independent variables work experience (X1), education level (X2) and also dependent variables of performance (Y). The number of population in this study as 91 people, the number of samples taken is the whole and samples taken use nonprobability sampling. Data were collected by interview/questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed with correlation data which was previously tested for validity and reliability. The result of this study indicate that the independent variables work experience that has a strong relationship /close with the value of coefficient 0,559<0,5 to dependent variable (performance) and level of education have weak relation to dependent variable (performance) because have coefficient value 2,11>0,5 on the staff of Mataram City health office.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of workload variable, work environment and compensation toward employee performance, and to knows the variable that has dominant effects on employee performance in PT. Kalimias Bintang Pratama Branch of Central Lombok. The population in this research is employees in PT. Kalimias Bintang Pratama Branch of Central Lombok. The number of samples that taken was 30 peoples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously of the three indicators of independent variables significantly have effects of employees performance in PT. Kalimias Bintang Pratama Branch of Central Lombok. In accordance with partial, the workload, work environment and compensation have positive and significant effects on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dimasa pandemik ini yaitu omset selama 3 bulan terakhir mengalami penurunan, stock pakan ikan sedikit dan harga pakan naik, teknik pemasaran terbilang sederhana dengan menunggu pengepul datang kelokasi, kurangnya aspek permodalan dan belum pernah didanai oleh pihak bank ataupun koperasi, belum adanya manajemen dan administrasi bisnis yang baik dalam pengelolaannya.  Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan menggunakan teknologi system Bioflok untuk menghemat air, ramah lingkungan dan efisien terhadap pakan serta hasil produksi meningkat. Tujuan dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberdayakan UMKM dimasa pandemi dengan memberikan alternatif solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu memberdayakan teknologi Bioflok dan teknik membantu proses sumber permodalan untuk perluasan usaha melalui pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Adapun Metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan yaitu merancang bentuk, meng,aplikasikan system, proses pembinaan yang selanjutnya diiringi dengan pelaksanaan pembuatan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana.  Dalam hal pelaksanaan kegiatan pembuatan kolam bioflok dapat terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dimana tim pelaksana kegiatan melaksanakan tugasnya dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana sebatas pada pemberian contoh kasus cara menyusun atau langkah-langkah penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci : bioflok; manajemen keuangan; pemasaran. ABSTRACTDuring this pandemic, business partners are facing difficulties, which is the sharpest decline of turnover for the last 3 months, lower fisheries feed stocks and rising feed ingredient prices, simply marketing techniques only waiting collectors come to the location, lack of capital aspects and have never been funded by banks or cooperatives, yet the existence of good management and business administration in its management. Researcher offereda solution by using Biofloc system technology to save water, environmentally friendly and efficient in feed ingredients and increase production yields. The purpose of this community empowerment program was to empower MSMEs during pandemic by providing alternative plans to solve current problems, namely empowering Biofloc technology and techniques to process capital sources for business expansion through simple financial reports.The method used in achieving this goal was to design the form, apply the system, coaching process along withcreating simple financial statements. In order to construct biofloc ponds properly according to initial plan, therefore the implementing team performed their task and the preparation of simple financial reports was limited in providing examples of cases on how or steps to prepare financial statements. Keywords: biofloc; financial management; marketing

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin kerja dan pengawasan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan genteng UD. Karya Mandiri Desa Sikur. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai variabel Motivasi (X1) memiliki nilai  t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.361 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai diketahui variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.121 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).  Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai diketahui variabel Pengawasan (X3) memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2.762 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa f hitung memiliki nilai lebih besar dari f tabel yaitu 3.704 > 2.95. Maka dapat di nyatakan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Pengawasan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the influence of culture and organizational learning simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram. This study consists of two (2) independent variables, namely culture (X1) and organizational learning (X2) and the dependent variable is the performance (Y). This type of research is associative research. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram as many as 56 employees. The sampling technique in this research is the technique of random sampling with total sample of 36 people. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that proven organizational culture and learning simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram with F count larger than F table that is 21.859> 3.28 with a significant probability of 0.022 <0.05. Based on t test showed that the culture and organizational learning proven partially significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram. The results also showed that the increase in performance of 64.7% employees are influenced by culture and a learning organization.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce a product of socio-economic research methods: 1). Learning tools, 2). Learning assessment/evaluation guidelines, 3). The product of the socio-economic research method is based on the identification of learning objectives by considering the curriculum that has been applied, namely the development of material from the 2013 curriculum on the material "designing and conducting socio-economic research", the socio-economic research method focuses on one material only, and cannot be applied to a different method. the same for other subject matter.The product that has been developed is then carried out by an expert validation test process, individual trials, small group tests and field tests. Based on the test results, the socio-economic research method is very valid, interesting, and effective and can be applied in classroom learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test with the product feasibility level from each material expert of 90%, the product is effectively used with an average percentage score of 91%. The results of the small group product trial were found to be 87% and the class trial was carried out after going through the stages of being feasible to be applied in a classroom learning. The results of the pretest and posttest trials were found to be quite satisfactory with an achievement level of value of 100%, which indicates that this product is able to boost student interest and learning outcomes in this case using a development product in the form of the GISAKE socio-economic research method in the socio-economic research design material.This method can also be used for a wider audience with adjustments, especially adjustments to the characteristics of students as users. Furthermore, the GISAKE Socio-Economic research method that has been developed can be integrated with the use of renewable information and communication technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Penjualan Pribadi dan Promosi Penjualan Terhadap Kursus Pelatihan Layanan Salon & Lembaga Penjualan (CGC) De 'Beauty Care Ampenan Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB)". Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada tiga (3): (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel personal selling dan variabel sales promotion secara parsial terhadap penjualan di Salon & CGC De 'Beauty Care Ampenan. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel personal selling dan variabel sales promotion secara simultan terhadap penjualan di Salon & CGC De 'Beauty Care Ampenan. (3) Untuk menentukan variabel mana antara penjualan pribadi dan promosi penjualan yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap penjualan layanan Salon & CGC De 'Beauty Care Ampenan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus slovin dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa persamaan Y = 0,701 + 0,157X1 + 0,678X2 + e. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat korelasi atau hubungan antara variabel personal selling dan promosi penjualan dengan penjualan di Salon & CGC De 'Beauty Care Ampenan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 10 persen. Dari penelitian ini, variabel promosi penjualan paling dominan pengaruhnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel merek, harga, kualitas produk, desain produk secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk lipstik Wardah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi AMM (STIE AMM) Mataram, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswi STIE AMM Mataram yang menggunakan lipstik Wardah Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda di peroleh formula Y= 0,020+0,383X1+0,074X2+0,284X3+0,214X4+e. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis bahwa secara simultan keempat indikator variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk lipstik Wardah. Secara parsial, merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk lipstik Wardah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 2,600 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,014. Sedangkan variabel harga, kualitas produk dan desain produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk lipstik Wardah, hasil dominan dengan melihat standar beta sebesar 0,399. Dan menunjukan bahwa hasil dari koefisien Determinasi linier berganda (R2) sebesar 0,492 atau sebesar 49,2%. Hal ini berarti bahwa derajat pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel (Y) adalah sebesar 49,2%. Faktor lain sebesar 50,8% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan faktor pisikologi.   Kata Kunci : Merek, Harga, Kualitas Produk, Desain Produk, Kepuasan konsumen. ABSTRACT The purpose of the judgment that is carried out is to gain knowledge about the procedure for carrying out the procedural law process in court regarding simple lawsuits in the event of a claim for rights, and also to find out what legal remedies can be made against the judge's decision. Because it examines regulations, this type of research is Normative Juridical Research, Normative Juridical Studies relating to statute opproach studies and conceptual studies from the opinions of several legal experts, especially regarding simple lawsuits. There are two kinds of laws and regulations and recommended legal concepts in normative legal research, including using a statutory approach (statute opproach) and a conceptual approach (conceptual opproach). The legal materials used are literature legal materials, namely primary law (UU), secondary legal materials (books) and tertiary legal materials (legal dictionaries and also the internet). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that in carrying out a simple lawsuit it is used in simple ways such as the verdict period of only 25 days, the value of the lawsuit cannot be more than 500.000.000, - million, the judge who is judging is a single judge. Then the legal remedies that can be made in a simple lawsuit do not recognize the name Bnading and Cassation or Review (PK), but can be done by objecting to the judge's decision to the same court, then it will be tried by the Panel of Judges and as the chairman is a senior judge appointed by the head of the court. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untu mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik individu, dukungan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pegadaian (PERSERO) Cabang Dompu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan assosiatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian (PERSERO) Cabang Dompu yang berjumlah 30 orang. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. teknik analisis analisis data   menggunakan   analisis   regresi   linear   berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan karakteristik individu, dukungan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.
