Abstract

In this study, the application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is needed to generate preference values for 16 employee data which is used as an alternative employee performance appraisal. The application of the SAW method in this case also aims to improve the results of decisions made by managers. So that in one period of performance appraisal of employees at the end of the year the manager can make decisions on employees who have very good performance (0.80 – 1.00) to employees who have poor performance. The results of the preference value from the calculation using the SAW method will be made in the form of an assessment range, so that based on the value of the range the manager can provide an employee performance assessment.

Abstract

The community service team of STMIK Royal conducted training with the Margarajagukguk Group throughout the Asahan District in carrying out community service activities at the institution using online. This community service activity team provides training to participants on E-Commerce training to increase income through Kokedama (Online Training) for the Rajagukguk Clan Group in Kisaran, Asahan Regency. Training in the use of IT, especially e-commerce in expanding market share, is needed for the Rajagukguk Kisaran clan group in particular, who are able to compete in today's global business. By utilizing e-commerce promotions and sales can be carried out throughout the world without time constraints and at a very low cost than conventional promotions

Abstract

Abstract

The selection of employee leaders which is an important process for the company and is the most awaited thing by other employees to improve social status, salaries and many others, it is necessary to select employee leaders to become role models and examples and assist company leaders in managing and monitoring other employees for can work as expected by the leadership of the company, in the selection of company leaders it is necessary to choose a computerized process, namely making a decision support system to get the right and good results based on the system and not based on personal interests, in the decision-making process the ROC and Topsis methods are used as a step procedure that helps get a value with a high level of accuracy, the ROC method is used as a method of finding the weight value of each criterion and will continue the process of finding the highest value using the Topsis method as a ai the chosen alternative. The results obtained were 0.591835 as the highest score and the selected candidates in the selection used the ROC and TOPSIS methods

Abstract

Taufik Sport shop is a store engaged in the sale of sports equipment, located in West Kisaran City, Asahan Regency. Every day many sales transactions occur at the Taufik Sport Kisaran Store, which of course will affect the supply of sports equipment in the warehouse. The problem faced by the Taufik Sport Kisaran Store is the difficulty in predicting the number of sports equipment that must be available in the following month in order to meet customer demand and not cause the accumulation of goods in the long term. The forecasting process has been carried out only based on estimates by looking at the sales data recap of the previous month. Therefore, it is necessary to build an application for forecasting sales of sports equipment using the Single Moving Average method and the Weighted Moving Average method to get more accurate forecasting results. The data used for this study is data on sales of sports equipment from March 2021 to February 2022. This study aims to compare the Single Moving Average and Weighted Moving Average methods in predicting sales of sports equipment and determine the level of accuracy of the two methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is a method that uses a technique of giving different weights to the available data with the thought that the most recent data is the most relevant data for forecasting so that it is given a greater weight, while the Single Exponential Smoothing method does not use weighting in forecasting calculations but take the average value of the price of a sale in a certain time range back. The results of this study are based on the MAPE value, the WMA method is better than SMA because it is more suitable for forecasting fluctuating sports equipment sales data. The comparison indicator is seen from the forecasting accuracy by finding the smallest error value between the two methods

Abstract

CRM is a marketing strategy to create and maintain a good relationship with customer and decrease the possibility customer move away to other competitors. This research present the analysis of web-based CRM development in Marketing Information System at Toko ZU MS GLOW SUMUT STOCKIST. The result is an CRM web-based system which can manage customer data, product promotion, product sales data and managing of customer service that used to save customer question and complain to create good relationship with customer. This application, Toko ZU MS GLOW SUMUT STOCKIST is expected to mantain good relationship with customer or get new customer, which eventually bring benefits to the company. With this method, results can be obtained in the form of the realization of a Customer Relationship Management Application to simplify, accelerate and optimize the quality of customer service

Abstract

To get information about a cafe in accordance with consumer desires is not easy, sometimes consumers feel confused. This is a problem in providing solutions in choosing the right and best cafe places according to the tastes of consumers in Kisaran City. To provide solutions to problems that arise, a decision support system (DSS) is made using the AHP method to make it easier for users to provide solutions to their problems. The method used is to collect data on filling out forms given to consumers who frequently visit several cafes in Kisaran. The results obtained in the implementation of this study were selected as the criteria for a place with the alternative being Callisto Cafe.

Abstract

Employee leadership is someone who is influential to be a role model and example for many employees who have positions below him, a company will definitely choose to increase employees to become employee leaders as a form of appreciation to employees who have quality and good work performance for their loyalty to their work towards a company and the importance of conducting employee leadership elections to motivate and fill vacancies caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The owner of the company strives to avoid gaps in the rights of employees so that the owner of the employee must conduct an employee leadership election by utilizing the existence of technology in making a decision. In this study, the selection of employee leadership was carried out using a decision support system with the help of the ROC-SAW method so as to get the results of the candidate or alternative A4 which became the main choice for employee leadership with a value of 85%.

Abstract

A scholarship is a gift given by the government or a university to help reduce the cost of education where the higher the level of education taken, the more money that must be provided to fulfill, the opportunity to be able to continue master's education is the dream of many young scholars. Every opportunity that is open to get a master's scholarship makes many prospective scholarship recipients compete to register themselves as participants, but not all participants who apply to receive scholarships get the same opportunity because the quota is limited. It is necessary to make a selection in determining the award of scholarships to the right people and avoid fraud in the selection process, this can be solved by using the application of computer science, namely a decision support system assisted by applying the SAW method in obtaining more systematic results based on previous research. the results obtained in this study
