This research is purposed to identify whether or not there is influence between lesson plan, teaching style, and teaching skill to certified teacher work productivity. In doing this study, the writer used descriptive verificative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this research is all certified teachers of the state senior high school in Tanjung Karang Barat sub-district that consisted of 93 teachers and the sample of this study is consisted 75 teachers. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression model and multiple linear regresion model. From the analyses of the study it is found that (1) there is influence of lesson plan to certified teachers work productivity. (2) there is influence of teaching style to certified teachers work productivity.(3) there is influence of teaching skill to certified teachers work productivity. (4) there is influence of lesson plan, teaching style, and teaching skill to certified teachers work productivity. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran, gaya mengajar, dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi. Dalam peneiltian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri bersertifikasi di Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat berjumlah 93 guru dengan jumlah sampel 75 guru. Uji hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana dan linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (2) Ada pengaruh gaya mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (3) Ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (4) Ada pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran, gaya mengajar, dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi.Kata kunci: gaya, keterampilan, perencanaan, produktivitas
