Abstract

Cooperative is an institution founded by and for the members with the purpose to prosper the members with maximum achievement of outcome. The phenomenon that happened in Sharia civil servant cooperative Al-Ikhlas in IAIN Batusangkar from year of 2015 until the closing book in 2016, shows that member deposits and financing toward members has increased. Meanwhile, the net income is decreased. This phenomenon is interesting to investigate because it seems like the increasing of deposits and financing do not influence the net income. Consequently, This research aims to analysis the effect of deposit, such as special obligatory deposit, financing deposit and financing simultaneously and partially towards net income (SHU) at sharia civil servant cooperative (KPN) Al Ikhlas IAIN Batusangkar. This is a field research with quantitative approach during the year of 2015 and 2016 as the secondary data. The Result of this research shows that partially, merely financing that has effect towards net income (SHU) with significance level accost 6% that is 0.059 on wald value in the amount of 3,561.While basic contribution, obligatory deposit, special obligatory deposit, financing deposit have no significant effect on net income (SHU). Furhtermore, the amount of basic contribution effect, obligatory deposit effect, special obligatory deposit effect, financing deposit and financing simultaneously on net income (SHU) is 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors that not examined in this research. It is suggested to the management of this sharia cooperative to find out another halal finance to increase financing so it can increase net income such as increasing member participation by gaining the amount of deposits.

Abstract

The study is aimed at finding the differences in students’ academic achievement based on the admission system type to IAIN Batusangkar and the size of the contribution of admission systems to students’ achievement. The study uses the quantitative research approach. The comparative multivariate technique is used for the data analysis. Subjects include 159 student candidates for the local-exam stream, 161 for the national-exam stream, and 123 for the achievement-based stream. Findings show that there is a significant difference in academic achievement between students admitted through the achievement stream and students admitted through the local and national-exam streams. There is no significant difference between the local-exam system and the national-exam system. The contribution of admission systems over academic achievement is 5.4%; specified: 5.2% for Semester I, 2.3% for Semester II, 3.8% for Semester III, 4.1% for Semester IV, and 4.4% for Semester V.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengevaluasi SMA INS Kayutanam dan (2) menyusuan strategi pengembangan SMA INS Kayutanam berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa kelas X dan XI, satu kepala sekolah, empat wakil kepala sekolah, 30 guru, dua pembina asrama dan dua orang dari pemerintahan. Hasil penelitian dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu hasil evaluasi dan strategi pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa komponen yang perlu perbaikan yaitu kurikulum, kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, fasilitas, peran serta masyarakat, dana dan organisasi. Strategi pengembangan terdiri dari: (1) perumusan kurikulum terintegrasi yang memuat tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan yang diprakarsai oleh Sjafei; (2) perumusan metode mengajar yang sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan yang diprakasai Sjafei; (3) pengelolaan aset produktif dengan pemanfaatan modal sosial; (4) pemanfaatan basis alumni; (5) membangun kerja sama dengan instansi terkait seperti sekolah lain, pemerintah daerah, dan pihak swasta.Kata kunci: evaluasi, strategi pengembangan THE EVALUATION AND THE STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING INDONESISCH NEDERLANDSCHE SCHOOL (INS) KAYUTANAM SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLAbstractThe study was to: (1) evaluate the development of INS Kayutanam Senior High School; and (2) design the strategy to develop INS Kayutanam Senior High School based on the results of the evaluation. The approach used of in the study was quantitative and qualitative. The data source in the study was 50 students from the X grade and the XI grade, one principal, four vice principals, 30 teachers, two dormitory advisors and two government representatives. The results of the study were divided into two groups namely the evaluation results and the development strategies. Based on the results of the study, the researcher found that there were several components that demanded revision namely the curriculum, the educator and educational staff competence, the facility, the society participation, the fund and the organization. Then, the development strategies consisted of: (1) formulating an integrated curriculum that contained the educational objectives and targets that had been provided by Sjafei; (2) formulating the teaching methods that had to be in accordance with the educational objectives and targets that had been provided by Sjafei; (3) managing the productive assets by utilizing the social capital; (4) utilizing the alumni basis; and (5) establishing partnership with the related institutions such as other schools, regional governments and private sectors.Keywords: evaluation, development strategies

Abstract

This research aimed to develop and validate the construction private Islamic high school model. This research method is research and development, Borg Gall model. The sample of 40 people consisted of foundation administrators, principals, vice-principals, and senior teachers. The assessment of the model was requested by the model users with a total of 20 people consisting of the principal and the head of the foundation. The study's data collections are through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and Delphi. The product to be developed is focused on management functions. Test the validity of the instrument using confirmation factor analysis. Based on the trial results, it had known the instrument used was valid and reliable. Analysis of the assessment results using Aiken found that the lowest V index was 0.625 and the highest was 0.775 with a rate of 20 people, and the rating category of 5 was obtained Vt = 0.64 with p = 0.05. Thus the entire Vo ≥ Vt, except in item 10 with a value of 0.625, but this number can be categorized quite well. It can be concluded that the Model of Private Islamic senior high schools Development in Tanah Datar is generally said to be valid. Based on the fittest the model was found (1) Chi-Square 386.07 2 x df (804), (2) P-Value 0.7074 0.05, (3) RMSEA 0.000 0.05, (4) GFI 0.97 0.90, and (5) Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index 0.970.90. Therefore, the model can be attached to fit.

Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat stres akademik pada mahasiswa belum teridentifkasi berada dalam kategori apa selama perkuliahan daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres akademik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya pada mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar selama kuliah daring. Gabungan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitaif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini, 585 orang mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar dipilih secara random, di mana skala stres akademik  diisi oleh meraka. Untuk memperkaya data kuantitafif, 6 orang informan diwawancarai. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk data kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data Miles, Huberman dan Saldana untuk data kualitatif. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar mengalami stress akademik pada kategori sedang dengan presentase sebesar 53,50 %. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil wawacara, diketahui bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik selama kuliah daring adalah: 1) Prokrastinasi. 2) Rendahnya efikasi diri mahasiswa. 3) Kualitas jaringan yang buruk atau lemah. 4) Buruknya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi kuliah. 5) Banyaknya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk kuliah daring. 6) Banyaknya tuntutan tugas akademik.

Abstract

The problem of this thesis related to the emotional intelligence and personality of the headmaster in state of  madrasah at Agam Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1) to know how much the influence of emotional intelligence in the leadership of the headmaster of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 2) to Know how much  the influence of personality of the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 3) to Know how much the influence of emotional and personality intelligence  in the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency. The research method used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach through the technique of correlation of the data analysis and regression by using parametric statistics. Data was taken by using questionnaire. The population of this reseaerch were MTsN teachers in Agam Regency, the total of  the population is 450 people, with the sample of  this research were 85 teachers. The results of this research , stated that  two independent variables of emotional intelligence and personality had a significant influence on the leadership of the headmaster of  madrasah in Agam regency. Thus the hypothesis which stated that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah  is accepted. Likewise, the hypothesis that stated there is an influence of personality on the leadership of the headmaster is also accepted. Emotional intelligence and personality  had influence of the leadership of the headmaster in  madrasa at Agam Regency.

Abstract

This research has revealed the decline in students' cognitive abilities in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in students' cognitive abilities in studying independently at home by completing various tasks without classmates. This study aims to determine how integrated learning can improve students' cognitive abilities happened in learning the Qur'an and hadith. The research method with an experimental quantitative approach was carried out to measure students' cognitive abilities through integrated learning, in the class XI State Madrasah Aliyah Padang Japang Payakumbuh student group with a research sample of 17. The experimental group was treated with the connected type of integrated learning treated The research applied pre-test post-test control group design. Before the treatment of the sample group, a pre-test was carried out, and after the learning was carried out a post-test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' cognitive knowledge through connected type of integrated learning in learning the Qur'an Hadith of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Padang Japang Payakumbuh with an average pretest score of 32.17 and an average post-test score of 48.47. Thus, improving students' cognitive abilities can be done through integrated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the pagang gadai contract and identify its impact on the social disharmony of actors in the Minangkabau community. The category of this research is ethnography, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 13 people as resource persons who were determined based on purposive sampling and snowball sampling, located in 5 Nagari in Tanah Datar Regency, as a representation of the Nagari of origin of the Minangkabau people. The results of the study found that the implementation of pagang gadai as a form of part of debt and receivable transactions has many variants in processing and utilizing the results of the object of pawning land. Some are managed by the pawnbroker (the debtor) with some of the proceeds destined for the pawnbroker (the debtor), in addition, some are managed by the pawnbroker with the proceeds of the object being fully under his control. As for the impact on social relations, there has been disharmony, both internal to the pawnbroker and between the pawnbroker and the pawnbroker, which is caused by inconsistencies in the implementation of customary norms and rules, unequal paradigms in following up on awareness of mistakes in the implementation of pawning so far, and also because authoritarian leadership pattern on “mamak” as tribal head.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan karir menjadi permasalahan yang banyak dirasakan siswa di sekolah menengah atas saat ini. Banyak intervensi yang dapat di berikan agar terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir, salah satu diantaranya melalui konseling kelompok cognitive information processing (CIP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh konseling kelompok CIP terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen one group pretest and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah dalam pengambilan keputusan karir, sebanyak 50 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 8 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik analisis uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menemukan; terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir setelah diberikan intervensi konseling kelompok CIP. Konseling kelompok CIP berpengaruh secara siknifikan terhadap peningkatan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada konselor sekolah dan tenaga professional konseling untuk dapat menggunakan konseling kelompok CIP dalam melayani klien yang bermasalah dalam pengambilan keputusan karir di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah.
