Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have always been considered as a barrier to progress because they are considered educational institutions or religious social institutions that do not respond to change. Even so, there is no doubt that from the womb of the pesantren there have been many figures who have contributed to this country. Pesantren as a legacy of the past Indonesian Muslims grew up in the community to serve their various needs. He can serve the needs of education when people need it, especially when modern educational institutions that are generally formal, have not been able to penetrate into rural areas. Abstract

The shifting of leadership pattern in pesantren from individual kiai leadership to collective leadership of the foundation brought a considerable change in pesantren. These changes, especially regarding the authority of the kiai and the participation of religious teachers and students. Through this collective leadership, the succession system is not based on genealogy but emphasized on professionalism. But if there is a cadre who has the ability, in addition to the founding kiai is also a potential cadre, will probably convince the foundation to lift him to be the successor of the leadership of the pesantren because he has prestigious requirements. Ideally, the existence of individual kiai leadership shifts toward the collective leadership of the foundation must bring new nuances to the emergence of democracy, but the problem is not that simple. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai partisipasi politik masyarakat desa Kadundung Kecamatan Labuan Amas Utara dalam pemilihan kepala daerah di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tahun 2010. Dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala daerah secara langsung, Desa Kadundung merupakan salah satu desa di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah provinsi Kalimantan Selatan yang memiliki tingkat partisipasi masyarakat relatif tinggi. Padahal, kalau kita mencermati hasil dari pemilihan kepala daerah secara langsung beberapa tahun terakhir kecenderungan yang ada pada saat ini adalah menurunnya tingkat partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam pilkada. Banyak variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, antara lain variabel lingkungan sosial politik langsung, lingkungan politik langsung dan lingkungan sosial politik tidak langsung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dimensi lingkungan sosial politik tidak langsung yaitu popularitas calon, dimensi lingkungan politik langsung yaitu status sosial ekonomi, dan lingkungan sosial politik langsung yaitu kondisi sosial politik terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat desa Kadundung dalam pilkada kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tahun 2010 dan faktor apa yang paling dominan pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan maksud untuk penjelasan. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilih di desa Kadundung Kecamatan Labuan Amas Utara Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan sample acak. Adapun jumlah responden adalah 92 orang dari populasi 1.096 orang yang tersebar di 3 RT dari 6 RT yang ada di desa Kadundung. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan adalah analisis korelasi produk momen dan regresi linier berganda dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dimensi popularitas calon, status sosial ekonomi, dan kondisi sosial politik berpengaruh sebesar 38,5% terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat desa Kadundung. Secara simultan (uji f) popularitas calon, status sosial ekonomi, dan kondisi sosial politik berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat desa Kadundung terlihat dari hasil f hitung 18,395 > f tabel 2,708. Secara parsial (uji t) popularitas calon (2,178 > 1,987) dan kondisi sosial politik (6,550 > 1,987) terlihat berpengaruh, sedangkan status sosial ekonomi (-813 < 1,987) tidak berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat desa Kadundung dalam pilkada Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tahun 2010. Hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian diwilayah lainnya. Oleh karenanya perlu diadakan penelitian yang sama di wilayah lainnya untuk membandingkan hasil penelitian ini guna mengetahui lebih banyak lagi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi politik dalam pilkada.   Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Politik, Pemilihan Kepala Daerah

Abstract

This study discusses how to implement the method of Tilawati in the study of the Qur'an in TPA Al Falah Unit 081 of Banjarbaru City. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the method of Tilawati on the learning of the Qur'an in children and what are the factors that influence it. The subject in this study is Ustadz, Ustadzah, students and the guardian of the students, while the research object is the implementation of the method of Tilawati in learning to read the Qur'an in children at TPA al Falah Unit 081 City Banjarbaru. In data mining, researchers use observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques are done by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Based on the research that the implementation of the method of Tilawati in the study of the Qur'an in children in TPA Al Falah Unit 081 City of Banjarbaru, in general, has been doing very well, this is based on good and the truth of understanding Ustadz and Ustadzah in the implication of the method of Tilawati. While the factors that influence it is the spirit of students and students in learning the Koran, facilities, and infrastructures that support and conducive environment in the study of the Qur'an using the method of Tilawati. Abstract

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of extracurricular activities in instilling religious character in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Amanah Pandahan Village, Bati-Bati District. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of extracurricular activities in instilling religious character in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Amanah Pandahan Village, Bati-Bati District and the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence these activities. In extracting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data management techniques are done by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Then analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis and inductive conclusions drawn. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of extracurricular activities in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Amanah has been going well. The implementation of extracurricular activities is influenced by supporting factors, namely educational background factors and the personality of teachers who teach in these extracurricular activities as well as the Islamic community environment so that the implementation of extracurricular activities in inculcating religious character can run well.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal about the management of madrasah in pesantren in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru in terms of organizing, implementation of education and curricular programs, and supervision. This research uses qualitative approach with research subject are leader of Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru, Head of Madrasah every education level held at Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru, that is Head of Madrasah Aliyah Al Falah Putera, Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Falah Putera, board of curriculum , student affairs officers, administrative division, teachers and students at madrasah in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera. Data collection is done by observation, interview and document analysis. The validity of data is done by extending the time of research and triangulation. Data analysis technique used is with interactive analysis model. The results showed that; The management of madrasah at pesantren in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera viewed from the organizing aspect, this pesantren has organizational structure from the top level to the bottom with accompanied by clear delegation of authority and responsibility so that every member can work efficiently. The delegation has also been running well so that the organization can use its resources efficiently. As for the management of madrasah in pesantren in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera viewed from curricular exercise, in this pesantren curricular program development has been going well, because between curricular madrasah with curricular pesantren has been systematized in accordance with the basic framework of pesantren development since its inception. With systematized every activity undertaken concerning curricular program between madrasah and pesantren become easily synchronized, so that can minimize conflict which can disrupt work climate and organization of boarding school. Then viewed from the aspect of supervision, boarding school Al Falah can easily control and supervise all activities of the santri, because between boarding activities with madrassas have been well structured, according to ladder and time. There are four elements that conduct supervision for the smoothness of learning activities in this pesantren, the four elements are; leader of Pesantren, coordinators/head of Madrasah, ustadz/teachers, seneor santri/students.
