Abstract

Purpose of this community service activity is to improve the empowerment of the community in transferring information and skills from officers to the community and among fellow citizens and to bring basic health services especially related to the reduction of maternal mortality rate (MMR), infant mortality rate (IMR) and under-five mortality rate and to achieve the goals of Healthy Cities. The target to be achieved is that cadres can increase their knowledge and skills in carrying out posyandu activities independently. The method used is to provide cadre training with the number of hours of training for 3 days @ 5 hours of training (45 minutes per hour of training). The participants were posyandu cadres in the area of ??Kersanagara Village, Cibeureum District, Tasikmalaya City, as many as 22 people. Cadres are given a pretest at the beginning of the meeting and post-test at the end of the meeting as an evaluation of the activities carried out. Facilities and infrastructure to be used LCD, laptop, mic, TOA, posyandu cadre training modules & materials, posyandu props, sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, weighing scales, dacin scales, metlines. The results of cadre refresher activities were an increase in knowledge after training with an average pretest score of 68, post-test 80, so that the average increase in knowledge was 11 points. Cadres can also practice blood pressure measurement, weighing using dacin, system posyandu 5 table practices, counseling practices and recording reporting. The output of this community service activity is the production of modules and the publication of the results of community service activities. Facilities and infrastructure so that they can be equipped so that posyandu services can be optimized. Posyandu cadres further increase motivation to conduct counseling.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung merupakan penyebab kematian nomor satu di Indonesia. Masih Banyak penduduk Indonesia yang tidak menyadari tingginya resiko terkena penyakit ini. Faktor resiko penyakit ini adalah usia, jenis kelamin, keturunan, riwayat merokok, diabetes mellitus, hipertensi, hiperkolesterol, manajemen stress yang tidak baik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk pemberdayaan kesehatan yaitu kader Kesehatan dalam melakukan deteksi dini factor risiko penyakit jantung coroner serta penyuluhan cara pencegahannya sebagai pencegahan kegawatdaruratan penyakit jantung. Sasarannya adalah masyarakat usia dewasa sampai usia maksimal 50 tahun di wilayah Setiajaya, Cibeureum, Tasikmalaya sebanyak 25 orang. Targetnya adalah masyarakat di wilayah Setiajaya, Cibeureum Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan menitikberatkan pada pemberdayaan masyarakat (kader Kesehatan) yang telah dilatih untuk melakukan deteksi dini dan pemberian pendidikan tentang pencegahan faktor risiko penyakit jantung koroner. Kader Kesehatan terlebih dulu dilatih cara mengisi kuesioner, cara pengukuran tekanan darah, cara pengukuran gula darah sewaktu, dan diberi penjelasan cara pencegahan penyakit jantung coroner. Kemudian kader mengambil data ke masyarakat untuk melakukan deteksi dini factor risiko penyakit jantung coroner dan malakukan pendidikan Kesehatan dengan media yang telah disediakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat 9 orang (36 %) yang mengalami hipertensi dan 9 orang (36 %) yang mengalami diabetes mellitus. Deteksi dini ini digunakan sebagai data awal mendeteksi faktor risiko penyakit jantung sebagai pencegahan kegawatdaruratan penyakit jantung.

Abstract

Schools are part of a community unit consisting of students, teachers, principals, and other employees. Elementary students and teachers, as well as employees, will spend a lot of time at the school. Many problems can be helped to solve in schools, such as preventing sexual violence through underwear rules, monitoring growth and development, and disaster preparedness. All of these activities can be carried out in a series of community service activities at an elementary school (SD) in the city of Tasikmalaya. Community service activities are applications of research results conducted by lecturers at the Nursing Study Program, Department of Nursing, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Tasikmalaya. The method of activities carried out included the provision of health education about underwear rules, measuring the weight and height of elementary school children, and how to manage disaster mitigation in the Tasikmalaya area. The facilities and infrastructure used are laptops, in focus, body scales, height measurements, and disaster simulation tools. The results of the activity include an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants or elementary school children about underwear rules and disaster mitigation. Abstract

Community health center (puskesmas) is the front line in providing health services to the community, including pregnant women. However, during the Covid-19 outbreak, forcing people to keep their distance from other people, wear masks, and prevent crowds, Puskesmas has been unable to optimally provide health services to pregnant women who will check their pregnancies. In addition, the long and uncertain pandemic situation, and the high potential for transmission are stressors that can have an impact on discomfort in the form of anxiety and fatigue for pregnant women which will encourage various problems during pregnancy until delivery. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of pregnant women and their families and the cadres in reducing the level of fatigue due to pregnancy, through planned training activities, increasing public awareness, and participation in maintaining the health and welfare of pregnant women as an effort to reduce morbidity. pregnant mother. The action was carried out in Setiawargi village, Tamansari Tasikmalaya. The method used is training in small groups directly using demonstration techniques by devotees and red demonstrations by pregnant women and the cadres. The media used for the training were audio-visual presentations about the concept of changes in pregnancy, videos on how to do PMR, and reading materials in the form of leaflets and pocketbooks. The activity results showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of pregnant women and their families, and the cadres after the training activities were carried out.
